Their car wash scratched up my car along with other customers right before and after me. I got a call saying that they were not going to fix it, and I have been a loyal customer, coming here since they opened! Complete disregard for the damage they caused. Avoid this car wash.

The $20.00 monthly fee for daily carwashes is definitely worth it. All of the staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile and ready to help. The vacuum areas are always clean and work well. Glad they put a Rich's in Alvin

I went to the alvin location to quickly run through the car wash and while vacuuming I accidentally hit the lock button and locked myself out. The employees were so quick to help me try and reach someone and when that wouldn’t work they took it upon them selves to help me and were able to get into my car for me. I am so thankful for their help and patience as I was close to a full anxiety attack. I was already a returning customer but this just solidifies my future visits

Best drive through car wash around!! I take my personal vehicle there and my company washes our trucks there too. You can actually see the clean from this wash. Tires look good for days afterwards. Free vacuums too are a bonus and even those work great!!

This is a good option for car washes in the Alvin area. I had originally given this spot three stars for the equipment not working all the time, but they have fixed that issue. Every now and then the final dry roller won't come all the way down to your windshield if you have a small car, but everything else is good. The best thing about this business is the staff. The regular staff that I have interacted with are cool and very professional. Can't ask for much better than that. Would recommend to others in the area looking for a good subscription car wash.

The staff is really great but this car wash works about half the time. I have the VIP sticker that I pay monthly on and more times than not, my car still has dirty spots, sometimes I drive out with soap suds still all over it, sometimes it's still sopping wet, and most recently it broke the antena off the top of my car. Definitely going to rethink this "convenience " since it's costing me more money and time than it would otherwise.

I literally love this car wash. That have a pre wash bug station to make sure the areas of concern are targeted, the car wash is great and cleans your tires and the side of the car well! The vaccines are always working, suction is always high, and the places is always super clean! I have been with this company since the day they opened and we have all of our cars with passes! I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Rich's is a great car wash! I signed up for the $40 monthly membership a while back when it was on sale during the summer months. To be honest, I had every intention to cancel when the price jumped back up to $40.. But I loved how clean my car looks so I kept the membership. I usually go by a few times a week.. So I definitely get my money's worth. Plus the vacuums are amazing! High powered and are free after the wash. Also they have a car mat rinse and micro fiber small towels you can use. I definitely recommend this place!

Not a bad car wash, but I personally don't feel it's worth the price. The layout is bad, the towels are only upfront and the discard for the towels is also upfront.

I've had a monthly pass for Rich's Car Wash for quite a while. The washes were OK - not great, but OK. I kept it because of the convenience. Yesterday, I drove through a road with a lot of dirt on it from dump trucks that were dumping dirt on a lot to build up a foundation pad. So today I tried to get it cleaned at Rich's Car Wash in Alvin. Despite having a monthly pass, they turned me away saying my car was "too dirty". REALLY?? Too dirty?? I'm no car wash expert, but I would think they are built to handle dirty cars. I know my wife has never told me not to take a shower because I was "too dirty". And I've never had a barber turn me away for a hair cut because my hair was "too long". Cancelled my monthly membership on the spot.

They have my account sooo messed up, they owe me 100.00 for 2 months, they withdraw 20.00 almost every day. Talked to 2 managers, in person, then check my bank, they withdrew another 20.00 yesterday. Im livid upset with Rich's. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN AND IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE THEY OPENED. TERRIBLE SCREWED UP SYSTEM, I THINK SOMEONE IS STEALING MY MONEY, ILL GET IT BACK!!

Need a nice, quick car wash? Rich's is convenient and easy. I'm signed up for it monthly, so it scans my tag and I'm in and out really quickly. If needed, I can use their powerful vacuums, mat cleaner (with our without water) and towels to spot dry. It's always clean, no loud music and easy when I'm in the area. Shout out to Scott for being so helpful the last time I was there! He reminded me that the air fresheners are free and even went inside to get me one. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for the past 3-4 months and it’s been nice. The wash does a good job on cleaning my car and the staff is friendly. My only gripe is that I wish they had something to where you could get towels further down the parking lot
