This is the only Detailer I trust with my baby, Jeepers Creepers. John knows what he is doing and loves doing it; which makes all the difference. His advice for car care between appointments is spot on for taking spots & bugs off! He charges a reasonable fee for his work and always appreciates the tip he gets for the work he does. And he does work hard! I got to watch him the last time and he earned every bit of the 20% tip I gave him. Waitress's earn 20% tips so I figure this type of service deserves the same. It's physical, it requires attention to detail, customer friendly and he's a Christian so you don't have to worry about being cheated. (Ladies; John is happily married to a wonderful woman. So, you don't have to worry about inappropriate behavior or being cheated. This is a safe shop to bring your car.)

Had Paint Protection film and Ceramic coating applied to my new car. The experience could not have been better. John explained everything thoroughly and was always available to answer questions of which I had many. After the project was completed John has always been available to help and answer questions. He definitely goes above and beyond to help his customers. On top of all that John is also a great guy. He has always been a pleasure to deal or just to have a conversation with. More specific, I had my 2017 370Z ceramic coated. John and his team did an excellent job. John is well versed with auto detailing (all aspects) and he doesn't mind educating his customers. He is very professional and has the "attention to detail" mentality. I have learned a lot from him and now I can be more aware of what to use and not use on my car. He now has my loyalty, so my Z will only go to Reflections Auto Detailing. Many kudos and thanks goes to John and his team!!

John, at Reflections is incredible. He made my brand new 2020 Acura look better than when I got it from the dealership. His knowledge in ceramic coatings and detailing is quite extensive. I spend quite some time learning from him about how ceramic coating is applied and what it does. The attention to detail was impeccable. Every inch of my car was perfect and highly reflective but I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. 10/10 highly recommended

I’ve been with Reflections Auto Detailing for over a year and could not be more pleased. Our Amg wagon is black and requires much maintenance to keep it looking great. I trust John(owner) 100% to keep the ceramic coat refreshed every 6 months.He also removed all water spots on the glass , sunroof and trim. John placed interior film on the console and dash piano lacquer. The car looks better then when we bought it brand new! Also John went above and beyond giving me a ride home!! Reflections and its owner John deserve much more than a 5 star rating in every aspect of his detailing business from customer service to the final product which is a rarity these days. Having newly purchase my lifelong dream of owning a Porsche John amazingly transformed what I felt was already a beautiful car into a magnificent one which never fails turning a head. Although at first reluctant I opted for a full PPF instead of a partial track while adding the Modesto ceramic and very glad of my decision, maintaing the look has been effortless. All that’s left to be said…Thanks John, money well spent.

I never thought I would use a Detailer for the simple reason that I didn’t believe anyone would do as good a job as I would. But I recently purchased a new truck for over 70 K and the truck off the showroom floor actually had spiderweb like scratches on the surface when the sun shines on it and it was too big a job for me. After a couple minutes on the phone with John ,I felt comfortable and made an appointment to have a three-year coding done. I couldn’t drop my truck off on Monday. It had to be a Sunday but I wasn’t comfortable with leaving it in the parking lot overnight, to make me feel comfortable, After church, John went to the shop and pulled my truck in for the night, which is over and above in my book and after three days with constant communication from John I picked up my truck and was amazed at how beautiful it was better than off the showroom floor. I told John I was buying a low profile bed cover for it and asked him how much it would be to have it done, he said call me we’ll make an appointment and I’ll throw it in. I had it installed called him and he got me in that week again put the truck in the shop coated the bed cover and I picked it up that day. He didn’t charge me for it. Again absolutely beautiful I couldn’t be happier. In fact, I’m making an appointment to have my daughter’s car done. Very kind very professional again I couldn’t be happier. You actually do get what you pay for sometimes. Thank you John. I’ll talk to you soon . PS I added a photo of my hood that you can see the spiderwebs on, and they are no more Thanks again John you’re the best. Oh yeah, he took the time to coat my suspension just saying.

I was referred to Reflections from a couple of their former clients. I contacted them and John got right back to me. He explained and provided information about the services and process. There was no pressure. Ultimately I decided to go for Paint Protection Film for high chip areas and then Ceramic coating on the exterior and interior. I live in Rehoboth. I picked up my new care in Pa and dropped it off on the way home. The car was meticulously worked on and back to me in 3 days. John and his team went out of their way to install mud flaps while it was there. From beginning to end the process was professional and transparent. John was a pleasure to work.
