I have two large SUVs, a Tahoe and a Suburban. I saw an advertisement for Red Carpet Detailing listed on Facebook and decided to give them a chance. Let me tell you at the completion of each project the work blew me completely away. From listening intently to what I wanted to see done to keeping me abreast of any additional questions they had when they arose Alex and his crew did an amazing job. Both vehicles I tasked Red Carpet with were quite a labor-intensive tasks as one vehicle had not been cleaned since prior to purchase and the other is my wife daily driver with our five kids. I very highly recommend his services and will be bringing my vehicles back this spring to have them cleaned once again for the year.

I recently had my truck detailed at this car detailing company and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the overall service. Despite paying $250 for the job, the results fell far short of my expectations. Firstly, I noticed that the truck was not adequately detailed. The parking brake cover still had grime on it, which made me question the thoroughness of their cleaning process. Moreover, to my dismay, there was still trash lingering in the seat cracks, indicating that the detailing crew overlooked this crucial area. Even the cloth seats, which I expected to be thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned still had crumbs between the back and seat meeting area. While I understand that achieving perfection may not be possible, I had hoped for a solid detailing job that left my truck in noticeably better condition. Unfortunately, the windows were another letdown. They still exhibited traces of residue, which was not only unsightly but also showed a lack of attention to detail on the part of the detailing team. Considering the price I paid for the service, I expected a higher level of professionalism and precision. It is disappointing to see that they fell short in multiple areas, leaving me dissatisfied with the overall outcome. I must admit that the staff was friendly and the service was completed in a timely manner. However, the lackluster attention to detail and the failure to meet my reasonable expectations for a thorough car detailing job make it difficult for me to recommend this establishment to others. I hope that the car detailing company takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their attention to detail, ensuring that customers receive a truly comprehensive and satisfactory service in the future.

Alex did an amazing job on my 2020 Ram 1500 Midnight edition. It had all sorts of swirls,scratches and holograms from the previous owner. I took my car here and paid for the gold package which cost 350$ for him to do the worst job I have ever seen. It was so bad I had to take it back to him to ask him to redo it and he did barley anything. Please do not take your car here if you want a professional working on your car. This is what he gave back to me the second time I took it back.
