Bad experience, I asked to get my sedan a good interior and exterior clean and selected the best option presented to me at $36.99. I also requested cash back to tip the gentleman who took vacuumed my vehicle. At the end of the service I asked if my vehicle was complete and the manager said yes. The first thing I noticed was that they did not apply tire shine. I then opened the door to see the interior was not properly cleaned. I requested a refund and the manager said I would not be allowed there in the future. Bad customer service

If I could, I wouldn’t even give one star. I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years, but today was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I waited over 2 hours just to get in for an oil change, even though only three cars were ahead of me. The service here has really gone downhill. While I was waiting, I noticed the manager working on another car on the side and he didn’t seem to care about the long wait times. In the end, I had to spend 3 hours here just to get my car finished. Sadly, I think it’s time to take my business elsewhere. Thank you for the last 10 years, but this was the final straw.

Customer service when I was checking in was friendly and very easy. All of the employees who I interacted with generally seem to have a positive attitude. The other car wash of the street had a broken track this morning, so I ended up coming here and I am happy with the cleaning and service. I did pay a little bit more than usual, but the quality is worth it.

Rhonda was amazing. Yeah, it was slow, but a red shirt stood in my drivers door area occasionally wiping something. In that same amount of time, Rhonda did hood, front, windshield, entire passenger side, back, driver side & both sides back seat. After he wandered away, she tackled the inside glass in back. & there is ALOT of glass on a Navigator. She straight up shamed him. He wasn't paying attention to what he was doing. Wish he didn't even do the fake wiping. Again, Rhonda deserves Employee of the Month. This is my preferred location. Willow & Blackstone, just an average wash at each location

Almost always get a great wash and detail. I don't worry about it when Kenny does my truck. He recognizes it when I bring it in and knows exactly what I want done and always cheerful!

First time going to Red Carpet. Always have washed my own truck but Sunday I was on a time crunch. It was apparently 35 min before I got my truck I was maybe 5th car in that morning as they opened. My truck was not properly detailed. I paid $35 Didn’t touch the inside it seemed, my dash has dust all over still, my mats misplaced and flipped the wrong way and not secured to the floor locks.

This place is so bad to cleaned cars I was embarrassed to call them and show them how bad the cleaning they miss so much they cleaned everything so fast they miss places I pay extra to get full clean How about the job they do there .

I bought the platinum today. I wanted my truck to be cleaned thoroughly. This is my second try here and the same thing happened. I paid extra for the mats to be washed, and all the did was shake them. Before my truck went through the wash , and I was paying for the service, I even asked right then, “hey, I’m paying extra for the Mats to be washed” , and she said she’d make sure they were washed. They waived the towel and I was told it was done. I pointed out the dirt and debris on the plastic mats. Then the cleaner admitted she didn’t know the mats were supposed to be washed, I showed my receipt.. I asked if it was vacuumed and they said yes, which I them pointed out the carpet that showed hair and sand everywhere. They said they’ll re vacuum and have the mats washed. I noticed dirt still on my wet chrome bumper and around the tail lights and on the tail gate. I went back inside and told the lady who rang up my service, she said the truck was going over to the manager for detailing…. I guess expecting a clean vehicle, which is why you’d go to a detailing place, it expecting too much. I could’ve paid $15 bucks for a drive through wash somewhere else and got better results. Manager checked over and thought it was clean enough and offered a free wash next time and I said no thanks. . I won’t be back again.

Left a deep creasing dent with oaint damage on the front of my vehicle. There are no aftermarket parts or any alterations on my vehicle, nor is it abnormally shaped or sized in any way. Was not reported by anyone at any point in the process. Zero integrity or honesty. I left without inspecting the vehicle (yeah guess that's on me). Warned everyone about what happened and will never return. Besides that, vehicle interior remained dusty (light dust, no mud), windows were dirty, etc. I never tip less than 100% and still get this service. If you want something done right, just do it yourself.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years and we’ve never gotten bad service. Service is always done in a timely matter and a particular employee, Francisco, makes sure everything is detailed and does a great job cleaning the inside. He’s very considerate of anything you feel needs more detail or cleaning. Definitely recommend getting your car cleaned by Francisco.

Called in to get some information on Ride and Shine and realized the female that answered said red carpet so I double checked and she said they don’t have a physical business line. As I was trying to ask my question she cuts me off and says “let me talk” and completely shuts me off from finishing my question. So I just let her answer with what she had and didn’t even want to ask my next question about. If you’re going to work the phone lines, listen and wait for the customer to finish their sentence before you impose your answer and be rude. Sounds like she was too busy to even really listen considering she was helping out a customer as well, if you can’t do both at a professional level then don’t multi task if it’s too much for you. Heading over the Surf City since they were able to pleasantly and politely listen and answer all my questions. If your looking for Ride and Shine it’ll connect you to Red Carpet so just know that you aren’t going to be able to speak with Ride and Shine directly

This is just my third time coming here it’s because I was never happy with their service (Red Carpet Carwash in Blackstone is worse). I prefer washing my car at home because why waste your money on a sloppy job, right? I just don’t understand why they use the same rag for wiping down the exterior and interior then they tell me, they have a rag flipping procedure they follow. I watched this happen all the time even if I try to emphasize this at the car check-in. Each Today, I did the same thing when I was checking in my car. The intake gentleman knew it wasn’t my first time coming here and he agreed with me that it’s hard to remember how many times you flip the rag. Instead of grabbing and enjoy their free popcorn, I’d rather watch them clean my car from the inside waiting area. Kenny, you did an EXCELLENT job today and you deserved that nice tip. I watched you clean my car, vacuumed it for the second time (no one ever done 2nd time vacuuming before…only at the intake area), not just flipping the rag correctly but you went and grab new rags several times! The interior was very clean (I saw you used a dusting brush), you went and washed my floor mats (not just wipe down with the same rag) and corrected what I had pointed out with so much enthusiasm. Keep up the good work, Kenny! I’m definitely coming back and look for you. Thanks again. Lastly, I’m also happy to see their lead person checking their guys work like a QA person. I’ve never seen them do this before.

Manager George was also fantastic, very professional and made sure everything was done right. My car looks spotless and smells incredible. We were in a hurry and needed a quick car wash, and Joey was amazing. He greeted us with a friendly hello, walked us through the options, and helped us choose exactly what we needed. Even though we went with the express wash, he still came over to assist with the payment and guide us through the rest of the service. We were in town for my mother‑in‑law’s funeral services, and his kind attitude, thoughtful words, and genuine smile made a meaningful difference during a difficult time. Thank you, Joey. Didn’t leave a 1 star cause the quick lube service tech is 5 star but the Car wash detailing is worse every time I go. Love going here for the Full service oil changes and I always upgrade but seems like the car wash detailing has been more about quantity than quality. Paid for a “platinum” the last 2 times and the results are garbage. This last time I had to go to a different car wash to have it washed properly.
