We went to Ceramic Pro Fresno for a ceramic coat and front end PPF wrap on our new car. Zack was very helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all our questions and walked us through the process. There were a few minor areas of the coating that needed buffing and some small bubbles in the wrap but those were taken care of during the follow up visit. Overall great service and high attention to detail.

Hello Auto Enthusiast, I'm here to share my experience working with Zack from AtoZ Auto Detailing. If you want to have the assurance that your vehicle will be in great hands of professionals, then look no more. AtoZ Auto Detail went above and beyond to help me with my needs, I had my truck detailed, ceramic coated, front end PPF and tinted. They gave me an awesome price that I couldn't resist better than all the shops I had gone to get quotes. There work is amazing, easy to communicate with them and even provided me with a rental. Can't beat that. When these guys say they will take care of you before and after the service is done, they mean it. I recently got my truck egged and as soon as I told Zack he said "bring it down". Got there and he immediately repaired it free of charge, and viola! fixed. I had a 2 stage paint correction and ceramic coating. It looked great before I washed it. After I finally waited to be able to wash the car I noticed orange peel all over and waterspots. Also there were plenty of tiny scratches that weren’t removed. I don’t recommend this shop as they also Never gave me any warranty information or responded to my concerns.

I’m glad I did that through these guys Hunter and Zack made the process easy and with a peace of mind no regrets feeling at the end. They never once tried to up sale or pressure me into anything. Instead listened to my wants and my budget in mind and came up with the best game plan. Lastly at pickup they did a great job explaining everything and gave a first wash after 10 days of the curing process to make sure I was truly happy with the finished product. The guys where very knowledgeable on there products and how to use them they also took out a lot of deep scratches off of my hood and swirl marks around my car. My cars pain was brighter, shinier and more sleek looking than when I bought it so I was super pleased with the paint correction and ceramic coating done to it. My interior was also left looking and smelling better than it’s looked in a long time from shampooing my leather seats to getting a soda stain out of my carpet these guys rocked it and where the only place that offered me a monthly payment plan that fit my budget.

I can't say enough good things about A to Z Auto Detailing. My first call I spoke with Zack and he is such a nice person, very easy to talk with, and extremely knowledgeable. He did his best to explain all of my options and not sell me something I didn't need. After talking with him I decided that a ceramic coating and leather treatment would the best options for me. I dropped the car off with them and when I got it back I couldn't believe the quality of the work. The car looked amazing. Zack had me go around the car and was more than ready to fix any issues, but there were none that needed to be addressed. The paint was so deep looking and the leather looked great as well. I was really blown away by the difference. I will definitely be bringing my car back to Zack in the future. Thank you once again for doing such a great job!

Had No Intentions In Writing This Review But Being Unprofessional Shouldn’t Exist In A Business. In November Of 2024, Gave Them A Deposit For A Ceramic Coating That I Was Going To Get Done In January Of 2025. I Ended Up Pushing That To April Of 2025. Throughout The Year, I Ran Into 3 Of Their Customers Warning Me To Not Take My Car There Due To A Poor Job They Had Done. After April Of 2025, They Never Called Me To Schedule My Appointment & Nor I Never Reached Out To Them. Reached Out To Them On January 9th, 2026 To See If My Deposit Can Be Returned. I Believe I Spoke To A Guy Named Hunter. Nothing Is Mentioned In Their Contract About Deposits Being Non Refundable . The Guy I Spoke To Didn’t Like How I Went To Another Shop And Said My Deposit Will Not Be Returned. I Asked If I Can Use My Deposit Towards A Tint Or Towards A Friend’s Car And He Replied Saying “He Wont Do That Because He Wont Be Making Any Money On A Small Job” So Please Be Aware When Giving Them A Deposit. This Shows That Customer Service And Quality Isn’t Their Focus, But Making Money Is! (I Believe The Original Guy Who Was Part Of This Business, Zach, Is No Longer Part Of Them And That Guy Was Super Professional So Nothing Against Him If He Is Reading This)

Hunter is an expert in his craft with ceramic coating vehicles. I called to get a ceramic coat with a possible PPF on my vehicle and Hunter explained the pros and cons of both. After hearing him out, the ceramic coating was the best option for me. Hunter accommodated my needs by being flexible with his schedule and mine to get the vehicle done which, I really appreciate! Hunter explained the whole process from start to finish. When my car was done, the vehicle looked amazing and looked like it just came off the dealership lot but 100 times better! The professionalism, communication, and respect he shows to his customers is one of the best experiences I have had in awhile. The quality of his works shows in the vehicle - just stunning!
