My car was very clean on the outside so I was excited to see how the inside looked when the job eas done. I was very disappointed when I opened my door. The seats were sticky. There was dust still visible in alot of areas that should have been wiped and cleaned. The floor was dirty and disgusting. I would never come here again and spend my money. I paid $51 for shiny on the in and outside, yea flippen right..... I was so upset, thie ruined my mood the entire ride home. Went home and re-did the cleaning. Don't come here, highly recommend elsewhere. Do your research on places because i sure didn't.

On 12/26/25 I went through the Express Wash at this Red Carpet. Elias, Valentino, and Jesus were working the vacuums. They answered my questions and even let me use the vacuums to vacuum my car because there didn’t happen to be any other customers there right then, even though I had purchased a coupon from a fundraiser for an express wash only. Then, as I was driving into the express wash, the one who guided me in gave me a beautiful peptalk wishing me well for the season. This well wishing from a total stranger at the carwash meant a lot to me because I actually did have a pretty stressful Christmas. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers. I’ve always had a good experience at this car wash and that’s why I keep coming back.

After having a bad experience at the Clovis location, I left a review on Google. Alisha the Manager from the Blackstone location reached out and took amazing care of me to make it right. Alisha, her manager Cerna (sorry of I misspelled her name), and the staff at the Blackstone location were amazing! They did great work and treated a 15 year loyal customer the way one should be treated. I was about to take my future business elsewhere after the dissapointing treatment I got at the Clovis location, but Alisha saved my business. I will be going to the Blackstone location moving forward because she was so amazing! Thank you again. I hope the Owner reads this and realizes that the way you treated me is what is best for a business long term. Thank you again Alisha for making things right! You are a rock star!

My first time coming here to get my car washed and boy, what an awful service. I watched how my car was being wiped down (the manager also helped the guy then left him alone after few minutes). You cannot use the same towel to wipe the step board then to wipe the interior of the car then the rim to the hood! I had to tell the guy about this and I appreciate that he apologized. I also had to tell the same manager who helped him. She tried to tell me their procedure of flipping the towel but my point was, train the workers not to use the same towel for exterior & interior when the exterior was cleaned first. It’s only okay to use the same towel if you wipe down the interior first then the exterior (never the reverse way). I’m driving away looking at my dusty dashboards and side mirrors. The backseat is also not wiped down. I paid $36.99 and a $5 tip to a 1 star service.

I got my minivan washed today at Red Carpet and I am still impressed by the quality of service I received. Not only was the interior spotless, but the attendant (Daniel Garza) was able to remove sap that has been on the exterior windows for the last five years (in spite of many washes and previous attempts to remove it.) I appreciate the thoroughness, attention to detail, and how quickly the work was done. (I received the “Better Wash” service)

Went in for an oil change and car was. Christian did a great job with the oil change, and Meghan went above and beyond on the wash side. I brought a van that my wife and kids use, and she made it look almost like new again. Will definitely recommend.

When going here I never have a problem it’s nice to have a place to be able to get your vehicle cleaned when needed! I appreciate the help of those who work here as it is not an easy job. Besides all that met a nice guy Daniel who seemed very eager to work and great guy overall hope to go here meeting lots of people like him and did a great job by the way!

So, I took my vehicle here for a "detailing" and I paid for the Gold package which is priced at $229 online, i had a coupon that i found on their website for 12% off for detailing with the Gold package. I get to the car wash and I park at the detailing station and was greeted by a young man named Tyler, I believe and he was really sweet. Tyler, did a quick inspection of my vehicle, went inside the main building where the cashier was, and came back out with a receipt totaling what I'd owe for the detailing which showed $269 on the receipt. I gave Tyler my keys and I went inside of the main building to talk to the cashier Patricia, who by the way may come off as seeming rude (i saw that mentioned in a few reviews), but she seems to always be that way from my experience of dealing with her or witnessing others interact with her as she has been with RC for some years now, but you learn to just ignore that and move along, she knows her job very well! Well, anyway, I ask her why was I quoted $269 when online this particular package costs $229...she mentioned to me that the price goes up for bigger vehicles, okay, understandable. So I show her my coupon and she takes the 12% off, and the new total comes out to $241. After about an hour and 20 minutes of sitting in the lobby, I noticed that my car still hadn't been touched and saw that there were 3 cars in front of mine. I realized that they were not going to get to mine anytime soon, so I went and asked to cancel today's service and for a refund. The manager came out her name was Megan, and she was just so sweet and really tried to problem solve... Well, I ended up continuing on with the detailing and left until they called to tell me that my car was ready to pick up. I was handed my keys and looked around at the finished product and wasn't too impressed. I immediately noticed the heavy use of Armor All ( which felt really greasy on my armrest and steering wheel, but RC is known for the shine), and there were a few areas that were not touched, 2 of which i mentioned to the staff member that handed me the keys and she kindly fixed it...sprayed the areas and wiped them with a towel. The other areas I didn't bother, it was 5:35pm and they were closed up for the day and I figured by the time they got to my car, the workers were tired and it was hot outside like 92 degrees hot! This was my first and last "detailing" with RC, I honestly feel like this outcome with my vehicle could've been achieved with their regular carwash and vacuuming for like 15/20 bucks. The lobby is a nice size inside, it looks almost like a convenience store that sells snacks and fountain drinks, there are restrooms for customers, a few seats inside to wait for your vehicle, they also have a gentleman that shoe shines. There is a runway/observation strip outside, where you can watch your car go through the wash. Lastly, they have complimentary popcorn while you wait. The lot is a nice size. I come every now and then and I don't mind coming back, just not for detailing. In my opinion all of the workers are trying their best to satisfy their customers.

Went for a basic "Better" car wash and was a blown away at how much attention to detail and time they spent cleaning it after it ran though the washing drive thru station. A young guy with the employee number #28 was on my receipt and he did a wonderful job, wish I could request him next time but all the employees seemed to be going the extra mile. This place is nostalgic and an old Fresno gem. Will be going back again!

Very disappointed with upholstery cleaning. I felt I was cheated by only doing a minimum . All the same stains are still showing. Will never go back. Do not recommend this place to anyone. I even left a 20 dollar tip which I regret tremendously. God don't like ugly.

I paid extra for full interior dressing and the job was done unsatisfactory, the vacuuming was done improperly, the mats were not even lifted to vacuum underneath them. Please Do Better.

Don’t take ur car here my husband and I just picked up our Ram truck we paid 160.00 for inside detailing and steam wash inside carpet- the result was unbelievably laughable the truck is literally wiped with armor all as a really fast wipe not rubbed, the carpet is so dry you can literally see the dust there was absolutely no water nor wet wiped on the carpet, the ac vents so dusty- there’s visual hand prints and fabric stains , our truck is fairly new went once to the beach so there was a little sand we could not clean on the side cup holders which is why we took it in and paid so much— the manager told us sorry because they had four Fresno unified school district cars and they are strict insinuating that we were less of importance!!! But paid the same money and left our vehicle at 9:30am for 10:00 am appointment it was not ready until 5:15pm so they literally vacuumed and wiped with armor all and it was done —— at this point if possible I’d get a refund and never go back!!! The radio face was not even wiped !!!

I bought a membership in Ride & Shine around 6 months ago for $55 dollars a month and I realized that I could also use Red Carpet, I went to this place for the first time I asked for a wash the person at the entrance, this person scanned my membership and asked if I wanted something else, to which I replied, what else could I do "being the first time I went to this place", the person said do you want them to clean the board and put wax? I answered, can you do that? The person said, of course this is “the traditional wash”, (he never warned me that it had an extra cost), I answered yes please, this person asked me more things like what fragrance they put in the car etc. When my car was ready, the young man who had the key to my car (very good job by the way) said that I had to pay $49 dollars at the checkout, I replied that I was paying a membership, then he brought the manager and then the person at the entrance, they explained to me that my membership only covered the washing of the car, I replied that no one warned me anything about an extra cost, the person at the entrance very rude told me that he did warn me that it had an extra cost (which I would not have accepted Because I pay a membership for $55 dollars a month). At that time I didn't have money to pay the cost of the wax, and very rudely the manager told me, that if I didn't have money to pay I could leave my cell phone or something in warranty, she left and left me there standing next to my car. Maybe some already know these things, but they should be more considered by the people who go for the first time. My car was super clean and shiny but for me it was a bad and expensive experience.

Does it look like I even got the car wash yet? This is AFTER my service today. Before coming, I called and let the detail manager know I spilled coffee in the center and on my driver seat and hasn’t been a good day. He said no worries and we will take care of it. I got the “best wash” and a shampooing on my driver seat and side. The guy who took my keys asked if there’s anything specific I want them to focus on. I let him know the same thing about my coffee situation and he was very kind and told me quick story about how that just happened to him. I get my car back and the detail manager talks about my seat and ask me how the seat looks. I said it looks good and thanked him. Immediately sitting in my car, I looked down and see all the coffee in center and crap down the side of my seat, the exact same. I lift up my coasters and huge amount of coffee there. I just left. I didn’t have the energy or time to argue after the day I already had spilling my coffee. Disappointing after spending $50 and tipping. All for nothing. Can’t believe this is their “best”

The seats look a little better after the detail job and the carpets look great, but it wasn't worth the cost. There is dust in places there really shouldn't be after a "detail" job. It looks like they used the same towel for the whole thing and didn't buff out any smudges on the silver pieces. All the vents are dirty. The windows don't look like they cleaned them at all outside or in. I had an appointment for 9:15 and picked up my car at 2:30. Granted there were 2 cars ahead of me, you'd think that means they spent a couple hours on my car. It didn't look like it had that kind of attention at all. It looked like a rush job, with dirty rags used, oily film over everything, and the details were certainly overlooked. I'm happish with the carpet and seats, which were my primary concerns, but I'm pretty unhappy with everything else. There were things that weren't even touched, like the center console and the plastic areas above eye level.
