I have been getting the hand wash and yearly wax since I purchased my car new two years ago. Joshua is assigned to do the wax detail. This year, he also did the hand wash. I swear he handles my car as if he is kissing it! The care Joshua applies with my car is exquisite!

Dropped my car off at 9am, it wasn’t ready until 4:30pm. When I picked it up they did a really bad job. Seemed like they forgot about the car, then remembered it. So they tried to clean it as fast as possible last minute. Mirrors, steering wheel, and windows where still dirty. NOT TO MENTION they left their soda pop can TRASH IN THE CAR. I paid 140.00 and felt like I was getting punked.

Looks good on outside but when you pay to have it cleaned.... you want it cleaned. I paid alot for a larger package to get door jams cleaned. They didn't get them.

Just left red carpet. I still had dirt on the carpet front and back. I still had crumbs in the front passenger seat and back. They didn’t clean the trunk carpet as requested when I pulled up to get services I got out and showed the rep what I wanted still didn’t do it. I went in to speak with Bella who’s very rude. I ask her to send me car back through to get vacuumed and she rolled her eyes stated I need to ask speak with the manager. I ask who that was. She stated the man outside comes from behinds the counter walks outside walks off smh. I the went to speak with the fill in manager requested my keys . I said I would go to the car wash and do it myself. He offered to wipe the floor. I wanted them vacuum like ai paid for! Bella needs to be retrained. Sincerely a paying customer .

This place is a joke. Asked twice if they would do the inside windows and was told yes. They look the same as when I went in. The vacuuming lacked, the outside mirrors were still dirty, had to say something for them to get the bugs off the front.. Photos were after I left and got in sunshine where I noticed how bad they STILL were. Front windshield still had some dirty places.

Would have given more but once I got car home realized they did not remove debris in between car seats after I paid $200 for a complete detail. Called and they did not return my call. The young lady that I did ted my car before had attitude after I didn’t want a service they offered no warranty for. Want be back. This happened Sept 2025.

Update. Took my wife's car in today. Was told the VIP wash wasn't an option today. So I got the red carpet special with tires and wheels for $58. Attached are 2 pics and a video. I wasn't offered anything else to clean the seats and dash, so i thought it was included. They didn't clean/wipe down the dash or seats. Some of the door jams weren't wiped down. I have no desire to go back. I got how and finished their job for them. They do a good job for the most part. I always have to ask for the to clean the back windows in my truck and for some reason they never roll down the windows to get the top part of the window.

Today my son took my car to Red Carpet for my birthday which was so sweet, but we were both highly disappointed. I honestly couldn't believe the poor quality that he received! He was so disappointed and frustrated at how it looked afterwards, yet he still tipped because it's cold outside only to find out that there was $20 missing from underneath the armrest smh. You guys should know that if someone leaves money, it's definitely a test to see if you're a thief or not and someone failed. It's ok tho. You reap what you sow. I've used this company several times before, get the same package every time, but this was the first time I've ever been disappointed. That tells me that the staff that you're hiring isn't as good as it used to be... Just something you should think about.

Paid almost $70 for the VIP cleaning with leather conditioner for all 3 rows of seats. First off, yes, the exterior looks great......from afar. But it's far from good. It specifically states the VIP includes hand cleaned wheels, which I would expect to hit the areas the automatic wash doesn't get to. Survey says!......that was a lie. The VIP also states it includes the basic service which includes door jams wiped down. Survey says!.....THAT was also a lie. The dashboard looked and felt like they used a bucket of crisco to clean it along with the door panels, tire walls and leather seats. I'm really glad I have a center console to stop me from sliding straight out the passenger side door.

STOLE MONEY and who knows what else. Like most people I have a built-in change holder in my vehicle (it was full), and one of the employees stole all of my quarters. Huge loss? No, but thieves work there. Manager said she’d “run the cameras” but offered nothing to make it right. Not that I’d ever take my car back to them after being stolen from.

They left bug guts all over the front bumper, and said they "Cannot" remove it. They put a new stain in and I'm not even sure how that happened, assuming they did not dry it correctly as it appears to be a water stain. Incase they refute this I attached photos. This place changed 240$ to clean interior Overpriced and not worth it with how little effort was put in. I will gladly adjust review if they respond to request and give me a partial refund. Update: denied partial refund due to this review and they want me to come back for a free wash so I can waste several more hours for a poor cleaning. Would rate them 0 if I could.

I have to say, I’m very disappointed in service and quality at this location; I feel like I wasted my money and time. I got the 39$ service and waited for over two hours for my car to be completed. My car still had dust in the vents, my dash and backseats had not been cleaned, and the very back had not been vacuumed or cleaned at all. The staff was continuously grouped together laughing and talking while they had cars lining up, which wouldn’t be as frustrating if the service had been completed. I will not be returning to this location.

I went to Red Carpet on Thursday and gave to say they did a great job! We have 3 dogs and we all love the outdoors so my truck was not very clean (to put it mildly). 😅They removed all the hair, vacuumed, polished, etc. the interior and it looks brand new! They also did a great job cleaning and polishing my wheels. Of course, the exterior wash was also awesome! I will definitely be going back. My wife was so impressed that she plans to take her car too! Thank you Red Carpet for doing a great job at a fair price! ❤️🙏

I love how my suv turn out, it was neat and clean. I love what was the outcome. Yes I do have 3 kids and the twins are really messy while the eldest hiding trash on the backseat. This SUV we drove it from here to West coast, here to East coast. Yes we keep cleaning it but not as deep like they did. It was a good experience with them and I love doing business with them in the future.
