Finally got around to getting my truck in for a cleaning. It had numerous scratches and a little bit of fading color. They did a full detail and cleaned on the truck and it turned out far better than I expected and all the surface scratches were treated and are gone. I did not expect for any of the deep scratches to be fixed. But they improved greatly. Very satisfied.

I cannot recommend RC enough! I purchased a sectional on marketplace and tried cleaning it myself. I had a severe reaction to the products I used. Rich and Paxton came out and took care of it right away. Their process not only got rid of the cleaner residue but it doesn't even look like the same sofa. It came out beautifully! Thank you!

Terrible all around. Worst car wash I have ever gotten- even compared to express places. As far as I could tell they did not even touch the inside of my car (see pictures)- they simple did an exterior wash to an already clean exterior. I could have saved half a day and a bunch of money and gotten the equivalent service at the touchless wash at the gas station. It was a complete pain to interact with and schedule the appointment as well- they forced me to put down a $75 ‘deposit’ on credit card to schedule the appointment (in addition to the already paid charge for the actual service), and conveniently failed to refund the ‘deposit’ at the completion of the service as was promised. I had to call and tell them to refund my deposit, which they said they would. Of course they did not, even after a second call, and I have had to contest the with my Credit Card. Total scam. Needless to say I’ll never be back.

I brought my car into RC to get cleaned, and they did an outstanding job. I can't remember the last time my car looked this clean. But even more than the cleaning, I appreciated how Romi and his staff went above and beyond in helping me with another issue. My make/model of car makes it very hard to replace turn signal bulbs....the area where you have to squeeze in is so small I couldn't fit my arm and hand in there to change it. I mentioned this to Romi while I was there and he found one of his employees whose hands and arms were small enough to fit in there and change the bulb. He saved me probably several hundred dollars from not having to go to the dealership and using their proprietary tool to get at the bulb. Thanks for the great work and customer service!

10/10 do not recommend. Super disappointed. Brought two cars there to get detailed back to back. I was told I would be charged an extra 40 bucks for the pet hair upon arrival which is normal but after picking the first car up, it was disappointing to see pet hair still on the seats and in Between the seats. All of the seats were soaking wet as well. It was also disappointing to show up and have them tell you that they do not wash the car mats with their carpet cleaning service. After picking up the second car, my dash was still caked with dust, and the entire trunk area of my car was not touched at all. Im not one to complain but after paying hundreds of dollars it is frustrating. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Weak sauce. This place is a joke

RC Auto detailing did a great job on my car. A bottle of Carmalized Garlic Balsamic Vinegar* broke under the driver's seat. The entire bottle soaked into the carpet. Romia and his crew had to pull the seats and carpet to clean it. They replaced the under mat cleaned the carpet and got out the smell. I am extremely impressed. Thank you RC Auto Detailing for cleaning my car. *When purchasing specialty oils and vinegars wrap them better then then store does.

This was our first time ever having our vehicle detailed so it was long overdue.
