Used to be decent, not now. When this place opened I went through about 2-3 times a month and my cars came out reasonably clean. Today I went through, and honestly, I could have done better just spraying it with a garden hose. The overhead rotating brush that gets the hood, windshield and roof never functioned, the spray nozzles that are supposed to rinse the car with a wide spray of water are nothing but full-blast pointed streams, and my windows are just as dirty as when I went in. For that I paid $8. This is not the first time, but it is the last time.

Friendly staff, BUT be cautious!! do not let them up put a censor sticker to your front windshield. After finding out my Jeep did meet the criteria to get washed front to back. I canceled my membership 5 days in. Attempted to remove the sticker and the censor was left on my windshield. Not a happy customer nor would I recommend.

Quick service when the line isn't long. The wash itself was not bad, but like all other automated washes the rear of the vehicle never gets much attention. They give you a free trash bag and dash wipe when you enter which is nice, not sure if this is permanent or just while they are newly opened. Also get a FREE microfiber towel for checking in with them on Facebook or Yelp, unlimited offer with multiple towels given if more than one person checks in, proof of check in with greeter required(unsure if this is permanent also). MEMBERSHIP SERVICES! That's right, you can pay a monthly reoccurring fee for the wash you want: Platinum $39.99/month, Gold $34.99/month, Silver $29.99/month, and Bronze $24.99/month. For those prices you can choose an unlimited wash for any 1 vehicle for 1 month(limit 1 wash per day) or a 4 share deal where 4 total washes in the month are given but can be used on any 4 different vehicles. The normal daily purchase price of the washes are as follows: Platinum $14/wash, Gold $12/wash, Silver $9/wash, and finally Bronze at $6/wash. Check out their website for a list of what each wash tier does.

I decided to wash my daughters car this morning. I went through the car wash. The car was still dirty. It did not dry the car and left water marks. Some of the vacuums do not work. There is a sign. You cannot vacuum first. They have it set up where you must wash the car first...I do not like that. I understand. People will come to just use the vacuum and leave..but doesn't not allow the window to finish drying the car.. Unless you bring a towel...and habd dry your car.. plan on water marks.

I've been coming here for over 5 years now and used to love it, but recently things have changed a lot. Washing your car here now is like gambling, you never know what you are going to get. I always buy the "Platinum" and sometimes I get what I paid for and sometimes I just get half of the services. Lately the issue has been the drying part, sometimes the last drying rollers never come down, so my truck is wet at the end. I know no car wash does a perfect job but come on, I have to heavily hand dry the whole thing or I'll get dry water stains. On top of that they have been rising the prices, platinum is now $20!

I started going here when they opened without any issues. Today I take the same car in for a wash and the hood was still dirty so I went back around to go through again. They tell me the hood was still dirty because of the roof rack. They don't use the brushes because it could rip the rack off. So I asked for a refund. They said they do not issue refunds. I still have a dirty hood. I'll never go back.

This is not a good wash save your money. Your car will have water lines and the vacuum do not work all the time. Customer service is terrible

horrible experience. Paid for the highest wash as this was the first wash on my new van and wanted it shiny. came out of the tunnel and it did not wash anything. front and back of the van was still dusty and dirty with mud and water spots from the rain. I walked around and noticed my brake light was damaged as well. I went to the cashier and told them my van was not washed and I filed a claim for the damage. was told they will contact me for the claim. 3 days went by and no call. I called and was told to call them in the morning. I called today and was told they cannot do anything about it as their machines do not put pressure on the cars. I told him my van was being bumped and shacking while being "washed". they said it was already damaged and they will not pay for the damage. my van still has paper plates and wasn't even a month old. Do not come here! they will not wash the car, and they will damage and deny responsibility.

Do not waste your time coming here your car will be filthy in the end management doesn’t know how to go and do a refund even though the receipt was never provided. They stated the receipt says that they have no refunds and I’ve never received a receipt so therefore telling me that they cannot refund because the receipt their argument is invalid, therefore, customer service is irregular in all honesty. Just wash your car at home. You’d receive much better care for vehicle if you did it yourself or hire somebody else to do it because in all honesty, this place is crap. #Incompetent.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Caucasian guy with a beard was very unprofessional. I had questions and he completely ignored me. Would recommend Quick Quack wash instead, take your money elsewhere.

Dear owner/manager: I called and left a voicemail this morning because after I washed my car there was a line to wait for the vacuums. This cause a very dangerous situation and I feel strongly that something needs to be done to prevent this dangerous situation from happening again. The one star is just to get your attention. I actually think this is a 4 star wash. I have been to other car washes that limit your vacuum time to 5 minutes. I do not think this is enough time to use the high-pressure air and vacuum a car. I timed myself and was able to vacuum and use the air in 16 minutes. I think the problem is that some people will use air and vacuum, but then will take an addition 10-15 minutes to properly dry and wipe down the inside of their car. This is what cause the backup. A perfect example is the guy that was still wiping his car when I left, even though he had been there before me for I don’t know how long. There is always plenty of parking just outside of your vacuum area. I recommend that you instruct your patrons to vacuum and use the high-pressure air first, then vacate the vacuum area before drying their car. I understand that the guy next to me wanted to make his car look nice because he drives for LYFT. I really enjoy using this car wash, but my one star review will remain until I see a response to this concern. And to anyone who read all the way to the bottom of this review...bring a towel or two if you do not want water spots in your car. This is a machine that is washing your car. If you don’t want water spots, go pay $25 for someone to dry your car by hand.

Paid for highest wash. No spraying back or sides, no towel tro dry off car after and the girl that charged me was beyond rude. The girl directing me into the wash kept telling me to stop but I physically couldn't because the track was already pulling my car, she didn't guide me at all and my car got pushed and pulled horribly when being fully pulled onto the track. The wash barely washed my car and left horrible spots on the entire passenger side of my car afterwards. The front hood of my car and grill still had bird poop all over and smudges all over. My car was a normal amount of dirty with a platinum wash it all should have come off. My local car wash costs $5 less and they give you a towel to dry off your car and have air sprayer to help with drying. Now I'm stuck with a still wet car and smeared dirt all over the front and back of the car. The spots on the passenger side are all over the metal and have to rub very hard to barely get them off. Windows are still dirty but now have water spots on top of it. I would have asked to have them wash it again but given the employees attitudes it be a waste of time. Paying for the platinum you get 1/2 off your next platinum wash but I wouldn't return even for a $10 wash. If you care about your car avoid this place.

Did anyone train the big girl? She's kind of... like she hasn't even finished giving instructions and walks away to the back of the car and never pointed for me to put it in neutral. .. big b I can't see what you're thinking. And then she makes a face like I'm wrong when I'm only following her instructions. Well, at least the ones we can both see. I think she's tired or bored or just hates her job

In and out with a fresh looking car in 5 minutes. Vacuums work really well They also have a little air wand to get into all the tight crevices. Purchase the best wash they offered $20 comes with wipes and air freshener.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this car wash. About two months ago, we got a membership that was supposed to allow us to wash our car up to four times a month. But without letting us know, they charged our credit card again for the second month automatically. Every time we went there, we had to stand in line for 10 minutes and they’d say our card wasn’t registered or ask whose name the car was under. We had two cars registered with them and they still gave us a hard time. In the end, they double-charged both of our credit cards for each car without our permission. Even after talking to them, they didn’t fix it. Their customer service is really poor, and most of their team members are rude and unprofessional. They made things really difficult for us. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone.

Over the past 2 weeks we tried to go into the membership side like we have been for about a year now and the lady in the front was nothing but rude, told us to go on the other side of the lane, we did so even though we have a membership, we do so and 3 people in the membership line go right past us dont even show her anything. Didn't say anything to us other than our card doesn't work there anymore.. Canceling our membership, this place hardly even sprays the front or side of your car, the spinners on top hardly worked. Just all around will be taking our business elsewhere if they wont treat they're members right.

Horrible wash . this was my first time trying this car wash and never again will I go back? It was fine. The location the quick service but the wash was horrible. Horrible. I should’ve just went a little further to my normal one now I have to go to my normal ones to fix the job that the wash at this location did. My car wasn’t even that dirty but after I could see all the water all the spots. It was like there was no drying whatsoever done. I don’t even know I’m just not ever gonna return to this location for this car wash company
