I usually don’t go to Raintree but I had a lot to do yesterday so I stopped in. I paid $40 for a crap job! They didn’t do a good job vacuuming and when I got home I opened my rear hatch and they never opened to clean or vacuum. Still full of dirt and leaves from my time at lake. Do not go there! They also did not clean inside of rear window.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that it needs to be shared. I took my truck to Rain Tree and paid $50 for their top-tier wash package. I had already cleaned everything out to make it easier for them. When they said it was ready, I checked the interior and found it was still dirty. The vacuuming wasn’t thorough, there was dust all over the dashboard, console, and doors, and they hadn’t even touched some surfaces. I contacted someone there and sent a video of the condition. She said she had spoken with the owner, and told me they had been busy and understaffed, but if I brought it back in, they would redo the wash. When I returned the next day, it was busy, so I called her and said the detail area looked clear. I asked if I could just apply the $50 toward the $250 full detail instead. She said to check with the owner, but that it was probably a better option. The owner wasn’t there when I arrived, but they called him. He said that since it was a truck, it would normally be $300 anyway, even though the advertised price was $250 and didn’t mention any vehicle type exclusions. He offered to do it for $250, and I agreed. I told them I just wanted it cleaned properly and left the truck there all day so they would have plenty of time. At 4 PM, I got a text to pick it up. When I arrived, they were closing down. I looked over the truck and it was still not clean. The center console still had grime on it, the visors hadn’t been touched, and it looked like they had just wiped Armor All on everything without actually cleaning anything first. I went inside and asked the man behind the counter to take a look. He came out and I pointed out the dirty areas. That’s when I realized , this was the owner. His response was, “Well, we can wipe that off,” followed by, “It was hot today and we were busy.” Then he said, “We gave you a good price,” and, “You don’t have to tip us if you don’t want to.” Then he actually said, “It’s not like it’s a new truck or anything, what did you expect?” I was stunned. I had paid for two services, was more than patient, and all I wanted was for them to clean the truck like they said they would. No extras, no discounts, just what I paid for. What I got instead was half-done work, no apology, and the owner himself dismissing my concerns with excuses and sarcasm. I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend Rain Tree to anyone who expects their vehicle to be treated with care or their business to be appreciated

Great local spot for a thorough clean! I had a great experience at Raintree Car Wash. The staff was friendly, and they took the time to make sure my car looked spotless inside and out. I really appreciated the attention to detail — especially the vacuuming and interior wipe-down. My car hasn’t looked this fresh in a while! It’s a convenient location with quick service, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you want your car to feel brand new again!

They do a pretty good job, but I always have trouble with them join my trim/molding around my vehicle, Even though I pay for it ❓ Otherwise I'm going to give you a 5-star rating because you do a very good job other than the trim ❓❓❓

They need to hire more people...this long wait time people they dont want to give employees more hous is ridiculous l. Sitting here i seen several car leave to avoid waiting. If anything your losing more business. Maybe ill start going elsewhere for my business.

Too many cars/trucks too few workers. water spots, truck not dried completely, interior not wiped down completely, window edges not cleaned, bugs on grill and side mirrors, carpets not vacuumed completely...but the truck was shiny and rims were shiny

Brought our truck to be washed paid the highest price $48. Only 2 people wiping cars down after they are washed. 8 vehicles waiting to be wiped down. Been here since 12:45 it’s now 1:35 and they haven’t touched the truck. Water spots every where. Asked prior to purchasing wash if running boards would be cleaned , they said yes . Time came and running boards aren’t done water spots and dirt still on them. Need to find a better place. Won’t be coming back. Horrible service

This place damaged my Tahoe over a month ago by knocking off a huge chunk of paint. I reported it immediately to the manager Tim and after many weeks still no calls from the owner to fix it. Now I'm going to small claims court. I do not recommend!!!!

I went there yesterday 5/9 and spent over an hour waiting for my car to be done. I have two hairy dogs and paid 48$ (the most expensive option) to get my car clean and mainly vacuumed out. My car sat out of car wash for 30 minutes and sun dried. After the were finally done, my car was NOT vacuumed out at all! Hair all over! What a waste of money and my time. I WILL NOT be back to this establishment and urge everyone else to stay away!

Terrible! If you don’t care waiting over two hours, have absolutely nothing else to do, and feel like wasting your money, this is the car wash for YOU! NEVER GOING BACK. I got in my car and drove off after sitting there for 2 hours watching no one doing anything. Very understaffed.

This place is overpriced, slow as hell, and inefficient. I bought the most expensive car wash and was there an hour and a half and still very dissatisfied with the result. When I complained they made excuses and gave me the runaround. I will never go back. Don't waste your time and money at this business.

I never write bad reviews but this was terrible experience. Waited 2+ hours for my car and it wasn’t clean, the mats were still dirty and you pay extra for those. There was visible dirt and bugs and the running board wasn’t polished. Terrible experience and I will not be coming back I use to come all the time but this was sooo bad I never wanna experience this again. Multiple people complaining this day as well.

My husband told me about this place a long time ago, but we have used a lot of different places which were not bad, about this place I want to tell, you it's a very comfy great place with amazing service, we love how they our car was cleaned, very happy with that. Absolutely terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. I used their dog wash which includes shampoo, flea wash, and conditioner. They were out of shampoo and flea wash. Cool, I’ll just give them a call tomorrow. After multiple calls and messages left, still no response. So I decided to go in and talk to an employee. This guy tried blowing me off at first, then eventually gave me a number to contact. I did and again no response. Customer service is awful. Not to mention how ghetto the outside is. Take your business elsewhere. You’ll thank yourself.

In previous years, this was an excellent place to get your car washed: reliable, efficient, and worth it. However, over the past year, there has been a tremendous decline in quality. Cars come out still dirty, with grime and residue. Additionally, customer service has gotten much worse, making the experience frustrating and disappointing. Not worth anyones time. On 9/17/25 decided to give them another try, since I had a couple people tell me they seem to be improving. Once again, not a good experience. This was my truck AFTER the carwash and then the hand cleaning. I should add, my truck wasn’t even that dirty. Looks almost like before I brought it in! This is what $50 gets ya
