They do a great job of getting your car cleaned for affordable price. I usually go with the $6 option and I'm always satisfied with how the car looks afterwards. Very efficient and fast trying to get people in and out as quickly as possible. It's nice that you can buy multiple car washes at once and then reuse them when you need to. Also very affordable to use the vacuums to clean the inside of the car out.

Probably not your best car wash. This place used to be better before it was bought and changed to rainstorm. The value of the packages has become not worth it even compared to the gas station touchless washes, which are better for your paint. I appreciate the free vacuums, however I lost my ability to recommend this place after their sneaky sales tactics of selling the memberships as they make it extremely difficult to cancel. Other than that it’s your basic car wash. Usually pretty busy but lines move fast.

Horrible. Tried cancelling my membership back in March and I'm still getting charged 2 months later. After 2 phone calls, 2 emails, and 3 in-person visits later to cancel (every time I came in since March I was assured it was cancelled) they finally cancelled everything. I even gave them all my receipts and, who I assumed to be the manager, still said "I don't have enough information to give you a refund for the last two months" --and those were months that I never used the car wash. Money hungry manager who obviously doesn’t care about the customer or trust them. The employees also don't seem to know how to set up or cancel the fast pass system correctly. This place used to be great back in the day so it pains me to say all this. I really never leave bad reviews but this place is awful.

Update came today just to vacuum out the car. They had plenty of lanes to use there were attendants near cleanung up around us. Lazy Sunday evening slower and probably closing soon. Its a good day.

Nice set up for in and out car washing for your vehicle. We have 4 kids we take and even as they get older they love the trip there. The staff is great, if you bring your puppy along they have dog snacks for them. Always a beautifully cleaned car

Well.... There's a setup on these machines were the back of my car doesn't get clean as well as I thought I always have to do extra work after the car wash so... When I am I paying for a car wash when I have to finish cleaning my car? When I brought that to management attention and the fact that the whole rear of the car was not washed thoroughly they told me that there is a "lip" on the top of the lift gate that is not allowing the brush to get in there to clean... I tried a different car wash (Mister) and I didn't have that problem. I know for a fact that these machines can be adjusted. I may be terminating my unlimited monthly wash on both of my cars and switch to the other company.

This place sucks now! Used to be a great wash… but I think it’s under new ownership now but it SUCKS… prices went from $15 to $20 Now half the vacuums are off, half the trash bins are gone, the most expensive wash didn’t even put tire shine. The wash is terrible now it used to clean good but now it’s no good… It used to be favorite places but I won’t be going back anymore.

This used to be the best wash in town. This is now a Rainstorm Car Wash and in a month, they have already run it into the ground. 2 of 3 computers broken, high pressure sprayer in the wash broken, half the vacuums broken, apparently that is employee parking now. Price went from $15 to $20 and my gently dirty car came out dirty. Rainstorm has wrecked another great car wash.

I used to love this place but their prices shot through the roof! Not worth going here over the other comparatively priced places anymore. The others in the new price range give a far better wash. I used to come here to get a quick wash because it was cheap. Didn't expect a ton when it was cheap but now that it is expensive I expect more than what they deliver. It is like if McDonald's started charging $12 for one of their cheeseburgers. NO THANKS Update: Checked back this year and the prices are even h8gher and you get less. This was the last time I will give them a shot. Went from offering a $3 wash to me now spending $16 for a single wash.

I purchase the $25 car wash. Really make on truck shine. All I recommend is wiping it down might a good microfiber cloth after you go through otherwise you end up with a ton of white specs all over. Besides that great place to go.

Firstly, in order to use the car wash you must subscribe…which threw me off, because I didn’t want to do that, as I do not wash my vehicle every day. Then said attendant would be over to help me with the subscription process, all he did was insert my card and sent me on my way. I’m like ok, WHATEVER. I go through and come out to vacuum the inside out and there is still soap dripping down my windows that I had to find something to clean off myself, dirt all over the tailgate that wasn’t washed off; like it wasn’t even touched, or simply smeared, and when I went online to cancel my membership…guess what? You can’t cancel your membership without a barcode from your windshield. I WAS NEVER GIVEN A BARCODE! And trying to get ahold of customer service is a joke. I am very disappointed and highly upset… Do not recommend. If you need a good wash and detail, go to Windsor Hand Wash on Windsor or Wash Factory on River Lane!

Poor management and ownership!! Used this wash 10 days ago and it tore off part of my grill on a brand new truck! Kendrick and Travis helped me retrieve the part, and fill out the incident report. Both guys were nice and helpful. Ten days after filling out the accident report no call from management or ownership! I stopped in to talk to the Manager Jamie to see what their intent was, and she could have cared less. No I’m sorry or no looking at my truck, nothing. Car washes are popping up left and right I would have thought customer retention or satisfaction would be a priority! I would use any of the 5 brand new car washes except this one!

Had trouble with membership barcode scanning but the manager came over and was able to bypass the system and allowed me to go on through the car wash. All and all the car wash does a fairly good job of getting all the dirt and grime off and having vacuums readily available is a plus I am now adding my other vehicles to the membership

Used to come here all the time. Paid $12 for the 2nd best wash they have. Car was still soaked after drying, as they have the belt running too fast. Now I reported to the Mgr, and he told me "Oh well, what do you want me to do about it". (Running the car thru for a dry only cycle wouldve worked since the wash was empty). He then told me "if I didnt like it, I didnt have to come there". He said "plenty other idiots like you line up here". Nice. With so many car washes in the area, maybe choose a different one. I wish I wouldve.

First time going through a car wash with my >>new car<< and came out with a broken light! No wear and tear as they mentioned! I will never go to a car wash like this again! $100 later! Thanks for nothing! Belvidere has the best car wash around and I will stick with them for now on. Kick rocks!
