Car wash itself is fine. My issue is this: I have nothing against tipping for an actual service provided. For instance, if they were washing my car by hand I would tip. I've waited tables for a long time and depended on tips, but the tip ask is getting out of control. They have a person standing at the point of sale machine I presume to give the appearance of "good service" and facilitate, but when the machine asked "would you like to tip". I said "no thank you.," which because apparently that is his job he had to press the no thank you button. I held my card out and reached for the machine, but I was too far away from it. The person put his hands behind his back and said nothing, Presumably because I didn't tip a buck. He just stared at me and watched me struggle. Of course, I did consider unbuckling and opening my door slightly so I could reach the machine, but he was literally just standing there watching me with obvious disdain. Finally He did ask if I'd like his help, but isn't that his whole purpose of being there...why watch me struggle?? I'm sorry but putting a card in a machine and giving it back to me is not worth a tip, but he acted like he was irritated that I didn't tip him. Get rid of the person by the machine. It's not necessary and is awkward. Felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode....Honestly I won't go back because of this, not worth the awkwardness.

This is the best Carwash in this state. The employees are very well mannered and customer focused. The area is clean and the wash quality puts out a beautiful car. Tommy’s and Rainstorm are not even close in comparison. It’s not hard to get in if you have eyes. The bugs are done well. The vacuums work great! Favorite car Wash!

It seems like the staff when they first opened didn't have much of an idea on how the car washed worked. I have just looked at my accounts and I'm getting charged twice for the same vehicle twice. When i came a month after first signing up. A lovely lady told me my 10.00 promotion was over and i need to resign up. I signed two vehicles up with them and canceled one for my Mercedes because its my summer car. I had a my antenna ripped off my infinity as well. It's a short one on top. Had tons of car washers never an issue than we got this place. Sad to say because its on my way to work so i stopped quite often. Silly of my not pay more attention. Car washers are popping up like dandelions in Rockford so there's other places to check out

BEWARE! My car was hit from behind, inside the wash, 9 months ago and am still waiting for someone to call me back to discuss the accident. I have sent numerous emails, called and left several messages, and they are unresponsive. Taking no accountability whatsoever. I would bring my business elsewhere if I were you!!

Never had been there, decided to try it out. Ended up ripping the mirrors off my truck and scratching the paint and etc as the brushes were frozen and it was just slapping ice against my truck. Was nice and tried seeing if they would want to resolve the issue and after 3 days of waiting they call me and say they aren’t liable for the damages. Never spend your money here.

Best car wash in town. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. The air pressure hose is a nice feature to blow water out of the mirrors and crevices. Always clean and well maintained!

Got stuck in here earlier today with the brushes slamming against my bumper and grill repeatedly while the conveyor kept going under my tires banging my car up and down the whole time. Slamming against my grill so hard it blew my headlight and took the paint off my bumper The employees stopped and had me go back through with the brushes off. Yeah I go to the $30 carwash for there to be no brushes. Just had to stop and buy a $22 headlight now. Machines in here are dangerous. They blamed corporate saying they came in and turned up the machines.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!! On Saturday, 2/7/26 around 10:30 a.m., the power went out while we were stuck in the car wash line. I understand that a power outage is outside of your control. However, the way the situation was handled by staff was extremely poor. Employees seemed unsure of what to do and gave conflicting information, with no clear updates. The bypass gate would not open due to the outage, and there appeared to be no manual override. Teach the employees how to OPEN gate!!!!! Eventually, staff essentially left customers to figure out how to exit the line on their own. I had two young children with me and was forced to back out without any guidance or assistance. The entrance was never closed, so cars continued trying to enter, creating a dangerous situation. I was honked at and yelled at by anoother customer trying to enter not understanding it was broken down, and nearly got into an accident while backing out. I received a free wash token, but given the circumstances, a full refund would be more appropriate. Management needs to ensure staff are properly trained on emergency procedures, including power outages, and have clear safety protocols in place to prevent this from happening again.
