Switched from cajun carwash to rainforest and so far I love it. Nothing wrong with cajun carwash, but rainforest is closer to me. The guy there was really helpful with picking out the right wash package, and explaining where everything is and what all you have access too. Even worked super hard to get the old sticker off my windshield. He did and excellent job.

The guy at the beginning scanned my code, the 2nd gentleman guided me into the wash with perfection and my van came out clean top to bottom!!! It was quick, easy, and well I will always go here for the vehicle upkeep cleaning!!! Thanks guys!!!!

I live in Ocean springs and the rainforest car wash is 20mins outta my way in St Martin, and there isn't another car wash that i would take my car to. This was my first time visiting the rainforest car wash and it was a free one, the staff was so friendly and smiling and even said "i love you Star Wars decals" the wash itself was by far the absolute best I've ever ran my SUV through. I have already set up a membership and will not my car anywhere else to be washed.

Okay so it's 8:40 on a Sunday morning and I'm an Uber driver and I'm heading out to work and I need to wash my car cuz I got home too late last night. So I go to this car wash cuz it's right around the corner from my house and first of all they don't have the stuff that they spray on your car to get rid of the bugs, and second of all they don't open till 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday. Get it that folks are up going to church, but some of us have to get up and go to work on Sundays and I need my car to be cleaner. When I asked about the bug stuff the guy acting like he didn't know what I was talking about. So you have to get out and actually scrub the bugs off whereas at the pit stop in Gulfport is much nicer and they spray the stuff on there for the bugs and there's no more bugs after the wash so I do not recommend this car wash. And God forbid you to have a monthly thing because you're going to have to do all the work and as much as they charge for the monthly pass I'm talking hell to the no. But that's just my experience take it with a grain of salt

The crew at this carwash are very respectful and helpful. I’ve never been to a carwash that made me feel so welcomed, and the wash is great! They also have a comp. mat cleaner, air freshener, wipes, etc. The team was there for any questions/concerns I had and I will be back! 10/10 definitely recommend

It's an ok car wash. I drive a lot as an uber & lyft And have my car washed daily. Sometimes I'm in a different area where my vehicle gets a little more dirtier and I need an extra car wash that day. My experience here was ok. Not great but ok. I'm not wanting a refund or anything.

By far the best automatic car wash. I have ever been to in this area. My car gets clean at some of them but not nearest clean as this one. The tires looked absolutely amazing. Ive had good luck with the staff and equipment here. I do frequent on 1/2 price Tuesdays, and $5 Wednesdays for those touch ups if needed. Vacumes work well, free dash wipes, air fresheners add value.

It’s an OK car wash. Went thru on March 9th, 2018. There was still plenty of soap on the car even after going thru the air dryers and had to wipe those soap spots off by hand. Dryers not exactly the best that day. The vehicle was still very wet. If your just driving in and out then get the $6.00 wash. I got the $10.00 wash and then pulled in the vacuum bay to dry and get the soap spots off the car. The vacuums are strong and the hoses are long to reach the trunk area. With the wash I purchased, I had the tire shine option included, only one side (driver) got the tire shine. The other side (passenger) got only small patches of tire shine application. The assistant soap brushed the front grille before I went through and there was plenty of suds as I went thru. Note: Also watch out for enormous huge pothole filled with muddy water (it must of rained earlier that day) as you exit Shineline Express Car Wash lot, you can’t miss it because it’s right in front of the arm bar that lets you out. You have to go slowly around it to avoid this watery moon crater otherwise you’ll have to pull back around and get another wash. Also there is a monthly option for $29.95 or $16.95 a month for unlimited washes so it won’t be an issue anyways. *****update***** April 5 2018 3:00 PM went through today and it wasn’t busy for the day and time. Purchased the $8.00 wash, as reported 3 weeks earlier it’s about the same. Plenty of suds but a lil soapy after the dryers. Vacuums were strong. Oh yeah watch for the mud moon crater when you leave. I took a picture of it as I went out.

Tore light off my truck! Stated MY truck is 15 years old & the glue seperated?? So full if it. My truck is like new. I pride myself for always keeping vehicles in top shape inside & out. Not over at all. Pretty sad OBVIOUSLY their fault & just don't care to cough it up! MY 15 YEAR vehicle

I have brought my SUV here a few times. This past time, I heard a loud pop & got out after the wash as I was not planning on servicing the inside, just to see if something happened. I never really imagined anything had.. well, it tore the REAR light off my SUV. The owner stated that since my SUV was old, it is 15 years old , and the age & the glue on my SUV ( no glue anywhere) was separating he would refuse to pay the damages I have ALWAYS kept my vehicles in pristine shape. I do plan to take him to court, I am waiting to make sure the light harness is working as it was snatched with the full light assembly

Just got my new Tesla and was excited to try out “car wash” mode here. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful — big plus there. Vacuuming was a breeze (pun intended) and the area was super clean and easy to use. Where things went downhill was the wash tunnel. After going through, I noticed a gouge in one of my stiletto rims while detailing the tires. I suspect the guide track might have had some exposed metal that caused the damage. That was really disappointing. Also, the tire shine application was uneven — it only covered about 35% of the tire, so I had to finish the job myself. Again, the people and vacuuming were top-notch. But unfortunately, the wash tunnel caused damage and didn’t deliver a complete finish, so I can’t recommend it for premium or low-profile wheels without caution.
