Excellent vacuums. Friendly staff. A well ran locally owned business. The monthly plan is prices well. Only takes 2 or 3 washes a month for it to pay for itself. I highly recommend.

I prefer Rainforest since it’s close to my house. Reasonable prices and I would get a membership but I’m waiting to see if they got on a better schedule in regards to swapping out their foam brushes. A few times I went (about a year ago) the brushes smelled like mildew and didn’t clean my truck very well. I stopped going for a while and just recently started coming back and it seems like they’ve fixed the issue. If they keep their brushes clean then I will update to 5 stars.

My experience was very pleasant. Employees were very helpful and super courteous. The wash was excellent. The vacuums were giving vacuum. They even provide towels and cleaners by the office. I was able to thoroughly clean my vehicle inside and out. Would definitely recommend this location. Even the curb appeal was pleasant.

Got car washed the top tier package. Car clean. Tire wash was awful dirt was just spread around very noticeable because of white hubcaps. The jets cracked and broke off my left tail light cover and cracked the light covet under as well. A rep. said he will get a Mgr. so we can do an incident report. This report did not happen that I am aware of.. Mgr. sent someome back to find the parts. Then I was told "there is really nothing we can do" Except give me 2 free car washes at $22 each. Being short on time and need to get to work I had no time to discuss the situation further, also there is nothing they can do. Now I have the time and also took pictures there of the incident the day it happened. Normally I would call police to have an incident on file and reported so I can make claim with my insurance. Which I will have to do now after the weekend. This happened on Sat 6.18.22 and I will talk with insurance on Mon. 6.20.22. Wash of car great had that not happened. Tire wash can do without does not work for now. Would liked to have had some courtesy of properly filing an incident report or exchange of info, or some sort of a follow up with concern of the incident. but I will have to wait and see. Once again wash is great, Tire wash not great, vacuum great, customer service 6 out of 10. Yes be vigilant to check for damages after wash.

Always quick and efficient. Seems like some vacuums lose suction. The brushes always push my mirrors all the way out despite folding them in. We have the monthly pass for everything so it's worth it. 4 stars because of less suction vacuums, brush at the end is sometimes caked with grease from trucks and the brushes pushing my mirrors out. Otherwise, good local stop for a quick wash and vacuum.

I like taking advantage of its specials, whether the daily or monthly ones. Without this value it would probably be a 3. It is an easy way to keep your car relatively clean in missing weather, especially with the constant rain. I do wish it was slightly better at drying, but there are only a few spots (mostly on the back of my car) it misses. The biggest complaint is when they stuff cars in eith little buffer. I've seen people have issues with not hitting their brakes and would like a 30 second buffer between cars. If the customers can't wait that long, i feel like they can go elsewhere. The vacuums work pretty well and best of all, are free.

The workers there are friendly and helpful. The carwash is magnificent. Scratch proof, and do a good job the first time you go through. I highly recommend over any other carwash on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi.

like every other automated car wash (only reviewing the actual car wash, they have self serve bug removal station for before the wash and self-serve vacuums for after which I did not use). I chose the tire & wheel package. My car obviously got clean from all the cedar pollen on it (honestly, hosing it off with water would have helped it, but definitely needed a wash) but only the driver's side tires (front and back) got the tire shine on it, the passenger side tires did not (don't mind the scratched rims, this car has seen a curb or two 🤣)

1 star out of 5 if you have a hybrid. My experience with the $39 monthly membership was not great. They have a camera system that’s supposed to detect your license plate and automatically let you in when you pull up. It never worked for me, despite asking them to fix it. It’s a big problem if you have a hybrid because you have to shift to neutral Inside the car wash. With the hybrid you only run on battery power in neutral, so you have to pull in with a full battery and can’t wait too long before entering the car wash. I always had to wait for someone to come out and manually punch my information into the computer to access my monthly memberships. They usually have someone that comes out pretty quickly, but my car almost completely died three times.

Kind service, I like the extra amenities like rug cleaning machine, and the extra cleaner for windows is nice. My only feedback is the vacuums could work better they don't pick up sand, hair, tissue, or fuzz no matter how hard you scrub with it.

Only car wash my man I and I trust!!!! We recently got a monthly membership to Rainforest because it's the only place we will go! Their prices are great and we have the highest package. Go two times a month and it pays for itself! Car always comes out clean, they have great space for self detailing! Always clean and they even have a big wash, before you pull into the actual wash!

I was passing through MS on my way to Texas and went to this car wash. The quality of the car wash was amazing but when I was going through the dryer one of the spinning threads got caught in the glass portion of my passenger side mirror and ripped it right off. All the plastic tabs behind the glass section were snapped off and I could not reattach it back into place. I ended up filing an incident report with Hana who was the manager on duty that day and Barry reached out regarding helping me fix my mirror situation the following day. I told him the part is super expensive but as my car is old I would be fine with a used one if he could source it and I even found options on ebay for him. He then told me because my car is 10 years old that I wouldn't qualify and that I am on my own for the repair. However it's amusing because Hana filed the incident report and it clearly states my car is a 2014, even if she overlooked that part when the area manager sees it if this was the case he should have informed me of such. However instead of doing that he waited to see how expensive the repair was before making an excuse. I have attached the pictures of the damage and the incident report for you to see for yourselves. I ended up paying 756 for a new part out of my own pocket because the glue I used to put it back together wouldn't sit through rain and wind. I genuinely hate giving businesses poor reviews, but it is deserved in this instance. If you take your vehicle through here beware.

Be careful when using your debit or credit card at this car wash! Doing so is like taking a pull on the slot machine at one of the casinos. Consumer fraud would be another way of putting it. There are no telling how many "declined" card transactions have actually gone through, although the attendants send the customers away without a car wash. I was told by the attendant that the payment processor repeatedly declines cards (even his card), but the attendant who answered the phone to help me said the employees get their cars washed free. I was also told the owner knows about the processor declining cards. If that is the case, get another payment processor and stop inconveniencing the customers. The attendant told me if I could show him the payment posted, he would gladly let me go through the wash. I had to wait for the hold on the purported declined transaction to show as posted at my bank before I could call the car wash back to dispute a refund. I do not live in D'Iberville or Biloxi, so this was very inconvenient. Compared to where I live from the car wash, I would spend half the amount they charged me in gas just returning there. I can only imagine how many people (who do not live in the area) this has happened to, and who just chose not to follow-up on a charge that showed declined at the car wash's payment terminal, but actually posted to their accounts and took their money. I do not care if the cost is less than $25. It is my money, and I intend to get a service or a product for it.

I like this car wash pretty well! They have about 5 different price point options and monthly subscriptions if you come more than 3 times per month. My car looks very clean after. They have free vacuums and mat cleaners as well. The attendants are helpful and friendly.
