Same company owns the one in Gastonia near Hooters and while that one is newer, bigger, and faster this location has a friendly staff and full of personable ladies and gentlemen who are more than happy to help you with whatever you need. And since I'm not affiliated with or work for them I'll say that you should tip these kids

Terrible left soap on real Quarter panel. I went thru wash & now paint on my car is lighter. Dallas, they did not seem 2 Concerned. Manager said Wash did not cause it. Rainbow please contact me.

Want to back! Pulled up to talk to the guy and pay and I went to automatically fold in my mirror, but on the passage side this employee pushes in that mirror and broke it. Now they are says they don't pay for damages, but it was your employee that done the damage. So I'm not going to fit with them my attorney will.

I went to this carwash on 6/5/2021. I purchased the $6.00 car wash. After parking to vacuum and dry, I notice my vehicle wasn't clean. My towel would wipe the dirt off but it wasn't what I had paid for. I pulled over to talk with a employee but it was the manager Josh. I showed Josh the dirt that wasn't washed off on my vehicle. He asked which carwash did I purchase? I said the $6.00 wash. His response was "that wash doesn't include any chemicals". I said so what you're saying is, the $6.00 wash isn't designed to clean my vehicle? After showing him again with a paper towel that the dirt was wiping off, he said he'll wash it again. All I wanted was what I paid for, a carwash. I pulled back in line then I was approached by a employee by the name of Robert. To my surprise he said he is a manager too. He looked at the dirt and said they can't wash it again. All he can do is put the pressure washer on it. I said well Josh the manager told me he'll wash it over. Robert said Josh is here from another store. He'll only be here for a couple of months. He doesn't know what he's doing. Sounds like the $6.00 wash at this location is a rinse and go. I'm not one that post a review good or bad but I couldn't let this go. #badcustomservice
