Raceway car wash is the best in town. Everyone here is very nice and cares greatly about what they are providing. Get the monthly wash deal…it’s a no brainer. With that deal you can bring the car in for a $25 basic interior detail along with a wash and hand dry. They vacuum the interior, wash the mats, clean all glass and wipe down all surfaces. It’s an extra $10 bucks if you have extra dog hair for them to deal with. I wash the exterior of both my vehicles every other day and sometimes daily. I will vacuum the cars when needed with the free vacuums onsite and bring them every other week for the $25 interior clean. It is worth every dollar.

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻today I was at this car wash I came with a request to do a detailed car wash inside and outside, they gave me a price of $150 and they didn’t do anything about it, they let me show the car, the carpets weren’t washed, the trunk inside wasn’t washed, there were stains everywhere, they didn’t wash the car and the outside by hand. wasting money and time. after that they still asked for $200 for detailing washers! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

For $40 you will only get an exterior Automatic wash with a half done vacuuming job and streaks on the glass absolutely horrible customer service. I was told not to expect more than a quick wipe down. They were done with the entire car and under 10 minutes. This place is a joke. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.

Have a membership for 3 cars, for over a year. Recently have been extremely disappointed. Half of the vacuums don’t work, the lines are long, plus you have to pass the car TWICE to get it clean. Most of the time, you have to ask for towels because they don’t restock. Plus, you have to take your own things to clean the interior whereas with Everclean, they provide everything for you for the same monthly price. I pay for the super wash which is $29 a month per car, which is $87 a month for the 3. Taking my cars and money elsewhere.

This used to be my go to spot, not anymore. Employees must be capable of communicating accurate information to customers. I attempted to get interior and exterior cleaned with steam. I was told they didn’t take more than 4 cars at a time and that I had to come back. Not a problem, I asked what time they closed was told 7:30pm I then asked if I could come back before then she said yes. I went back at 6:35 and was told they stopped at 6pm and could only get the exterior cleaned. I quietly left and am now looking for a new business to take my $90 every 2-3 weeks.

I took my Lexus RX450hL for a hand car wash, both exterior and interior. They did a great job cleaning the outside – the paint looks shiny and smooth, and all the dust and dirt are gone. The wheels and tires are also spotless. Inside, they vacuumed very well and cleaned all the surfaces. The seats, dashboard, and windows look fresh and neat. Overall, I’m happy with the service – my car looks and feels like new.

I brought my brand new car to Raceway Elgin for an indoor hand wash to wash off some of the salt and paid $50 plus a $20 tip. Unfortunately, when I got home and looked at the hood under the lights, I noticed fresh scratches that were not there beforehand. I chose a “hand wash” specifically to avoid this kind of damage, so this was really disappointing. I’m posting this so others are aware Update: The owner asked me to call to “resolve” it but when I did, they took no responsibility and blamed “road salt.” This is a Ford Bronco that was about a week old with under 100 miles, and the deep scratches showed up on the top of the hood immediately after the wash. Salt doesn’t do that. If you care about your paint, don’t go here.
