Stop in everyday on my way to work. Very nice people and I try to get my coworkers to stop in before work or during lunch since we work at ntn 3rd shift.

Horrible service, says it’s 24 hours open, the doors are always locked, whoever works this 3rd shift they need too get rid of him/her. Do not recommend this place, they don’t know how to answer calls, their dirty, horrible service.

Guy is deaf and will charge you $45 when you clearly said $25. Then will want you go out and fill $25 and have to come in to get change for his mistake.

The employee at the register was super kind and friendly, asking me how I was and made sure to wish me a good day, as well as smiled at me and behaved very politely. Highly recommend this location because of the kind employees.

This is the most disgusting gas station in Elgin. The bathroom is horrible and I have yet to see soap in here ever. I really doubt anyone here has ever washed their hands and the DOOR HANDLE HAD POOP ALL OVER IT! I thought about getting food at the restaurant once but since I know nothing gets cleaned here I'm sure the kitchen is worse. I don't want food poisoning or some disease from this place. There wasn't even a phone number posted in the bathroom to call corporate like every other gas station on Earth.

Reasonable gas prices and a nice staff. Owner is a friendly guy and tries to accommodate every customers need. If you don't see something, he will try to get it. This gas station supports many payment methods including EBT cards. This location includes Picnic tables outside. From my understanding, many people don't understand that the convenience store is separate from the branded gas they sell (BP). It is branded as BP, but the store doesn't control gas prices. Everything is handled through BP separately when it comes to billing. Decent place.

This station was closed for a long time by different owners. It was reopened to reasonable prices inside and out. Over the Memorial day holiday they went down to $4.85 but today right back to $5.19 in one day. Make a profit but stop gouging. Wont get my 35 gallons a week here ever. Go to Randall road or by ECC for cheaper gas.

I always purchase regular gas and thought I was paying $3.35 and not $4.44. The price for Ultimate. This has never happened before and paid $10.62 more for gas. I talked to the owner and he didn’t have people skills or cared about Customer Service. Oh well, his business his loss

The day workers here are not friendly or helpful! All they care about is talking on their phones and harassing the paying customer, for not moving fast enough. We the paying customer can make or break a place! I'll drive a little further to pay less at another BP where the workers are considerate and helpful!

I visited this establishment yesterday and was overcharged . Upon removing the pump from my car i realized i was charged for ultimate gas . I did not select ultimate gas to fill up my car i selected regular. I approached the owner to rectify the situation not only was he unprofessional but he lacked customer service skills . The end result was me over paying $10 plus dollars for gas i did not select. I caution those who choose this BP Gas Station as the owner has not serviced there pumps.

I stopped by here during a road trip back home to MN from Chicago. This gas station is located close to the interstate. Staff was friendly upon entering location. Bathrooms were ok. Not the cleanest but not the worse I’ve seen either. I like that it was a single bathroom (2 total) for privacy.
