Friendly staff. I pulled in to dry my car and vaccine and staff was friendly and helpful didnβt mind I spent my money down the street at the other car wash. How do they stay in business.

WORST CAR WASH EVER! Had to ask for vacuums to be turned on and the suction was non existent, my car is now scratched. Towels are empty, and nobody was around, so I directed myself in. 2 cars here on a Sunday morning tell you how bad this place is. Go anywhere else, heck have a 2 year old wash your truck in the swamp

I spent $13 on a protecting shine which has like three different things of soap which should have cleaned my car. But there was bird dropping on the hood of my car. I asked to get it rewashed. I was told the company policies are to say no that I need to take it somewhere else to get it done. If it was of the light $5 wash, I could completely understand anyway I had to pay another $5 for a light wash and there was the young guy that works here. Kindly sprayed it off too before I went through the lightwatch but as for the company and their policies not good. I won't be coming back.

Love this car wash, close to home... Great prices!! π Free vacuuming and I just bring my own microfiber towel and do the trim. Great layout!! And the employees are very kind and make you feel good Always smiling Thanks again guys ππ I keep going back over and over. Hmmm, they have a seasonal package.... Think i need to get that next

This is my go-to when I need to wash my car and vacuum! I dont feel like I'm right on top of the person in the bay next to mine & they keep up on their clean/dirty towels. There is no pressure to dry & vacuum in a certain time frame. Employees have always been friendly & mind their own business ππ»

Every time I pull in to the 2500 Union hills location I sit for about 10 minutes before an attendant guides me onto the rails and starts the wash. I pound on my horn and wait. Every time. Finally after 10 minutes somebody shows, no apology, nothing and guides me in and starts the wash. The name should not be Quick Wash but rather When We Get To You Wash. Very slow service and usually a homeless person or two lingering near by. I would have cancelled my membership today, but I waited so long, I just wanted to leave. I will give them one more chance. Maybe.

I used this location regularly and am familiar with overall condition of paint on vehicle. I hand dry and scrutinize any marks ,etc I washed and dried truck on Friday 09 Feb. Hood and fenders were free of chips and scratches. Washed and dried again 14 Feb. I noticed right away, deep gouges,pits and scratches on hood more than 20. I notified manager who said the owner will call. 16 feb today, no call. Visited location and got the "not me" answer. Canceled unlimited membership and will not use or recommend again. I am more than reasonably sure this damage occurred during that visit. Moral of the story, check reviews before visiting, and carefully inspect before and after. I wonder if anyone else got blown off that day?I'll be checking.

This is a very good car wash and it has a reasonable monthly rate plan. The staff are always pleasant. I enjoy taking both my cars to this establishment. However, recently they changed their prices and didn't notify me. I found out whilst I was going thru the wash itself. I have the monthly service with the extra wax and tire shine. I always get a scented chip and a moist towelette to wipe the dash. As I approached the entrance, the board showed that I had a regular wash now with none of the extra perks. I asked the attendant and they stated that prices were raised and my service now was downgraded. I understand the need to raise prices, but this was not the way to go about it! There should have been some communication and I should have been given the opportunity to keep my same level of services.

Crappy service. My grandma couldn't reach the machine and he just walked away with his nose in his phone. And no lights at the end to tell you to wait or go. Good luck if you aren't paying attention. π

Love this spot! Ray, Homer, and Nicole always take really great care of me and my car. They always start my day with great energy. And I go there a LOT!! The monthly pass is well worth it and a great deal!

I stopped by for less than 5 minutes to vacuum the cab of my 2020 Dodge Ram Promaster 2500 work van that is fitted with racking on the roof when I was approached by a guy in plain street clothes who I initially thought was some guy looking to ask for money who told me I could only use the vacuum if I purchased a car wash. It would have been great if my work van wasn't oversized and would fit through the car wash tunnel.

I always vacuum my car first and then wash it after so I donβt get dust all over the car .. they came and turned the vacuums off on me and said itβs only for paying customers .. I was going to wash my car after but instead I left. Donβt come here if you want to use the vacuum first and then wash your car.

Bad experience, totally unsatisfied after taking their premium car wash service..seems like no difference between their basic and top premium car wash service....only good thing was no waiting..now I understand why...

Relating our experience today, from 9:30 am to 10:00 am. My wife maintains a subscription to this place and has a Premium wash anytime she wants. So... We drive up in there today and their system doesn't recognize her car. We waited, and waited, and waited, for somebody to come out to service us. Finally, my wife gets out of the car and walks around to the Office. An employee comes out, and instead of letting us in for the wash, instructs me to "drive around" to the front and wait. So... I drove around to the front and we waited, and waited, and waited, and... finally I joked with my wife that the employee FORGOT that he just told us to drive around to the front. But, that's exactly what I think that he did. My wife got out of the car and walked into the Office. She told the same employee that we came for the "Three Minute Wash" and don't have the time to be waiting around like this IN THE HEAT. This same employee told us to "drive back around" and he would let us through to be washed. So... I drove back around and we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, my wife, very angry by now, got out of the car and walked back around to the Office. The employee came out with her BUT somebody else got his attention and he walked over to their car and soon was marching back to the Office. My wife walked back to the Office and soon he was walking out with her and he, easily, tricked the gate and let us through to be washed. I did notice that he gave us a basic wash and NOT the Premium wash that my wife's subscription called for. Upon completion, I looked at my watch and it was a half hour later. What a clown show this place was. I think that the employee must have been stoned or something or else INCREDIBLY ADD. Or else, how can he forget stuff that he promised to do mere seconds later? How can his attention be captured away by somebody else when he was walking out with an unhappy customer? There is a Checkered Flag car wash just up Cave Creek Road and I belong to that. I am trying to get my wife to join that.

Horrible. Got my car washed. It didnβt wash the car. I had bugs on my car from driving to cali. None of them came off even when getting the most expensive option. I go here all the time. Never had an issue, but this time it didnβt wash my car. I asked to have it run through again or at least refunded. They refused despite bugs covering my car after going through the wash. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude from the workers. I am now getting refunded through my credit card instead of being taken care of. I used to go here all the time. Never again.

Most of the vacuum bays donβt work and the overall car wash is dirty and will scratch your paint. Hope they get rid of this business.

Horrible business practices. Trying to hide a price increase. This place has official introduced its BAIT N SWITCH tactic. This company was acquired by a Private Equity firm... and they don't care about anything but max profits

So unprofessional! First of all I had issue about 3 minutes with the machine to pay! Not only me, the other line also. Second when I went to the washing tunnel what ever you call, nobody there and I thought ok, it will soak, clean automatically. My washing trip finished and my car was with full of soaps! I came back to the line and told it still soap on my car, the guys said because you didn't wait for me to come and soak the car first! I said no body were there and and you didn't mention! The guy was so ruuuude and said I'm the only person here how can I help with machine and be there? I said it's not my business! You didn't even mention I should wait there until you come over there! Please let me wash ma car again. He said I can't do it. I need to ask manager I said. OK. He said my manager will be here tomorrow! QT carwash manager, is that the way you treat you customer? Let them leave with full of soap?! There was line behind me and I said at lease open then I can go. There was a cone on the way I waited for him to take off the cone but he ignored me. When off from the car to take off cones, he came to me. And I was like ...... the car behind me couldn't go to the washing tunnel because I was waiting for the guys to pick up the cone and the way blocked. Worst Carwash experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S I had to put water on my front window to see. It was a way worst than this picture. Lots of bubbles!
