I tried to wash my car and the Self service Port was broken likely due to water frozen in the pipes. The timer started and I could not get my money back. I will be following up for a refund

This place is terrible. They had scratched the side of my vehicle. Didn’t want to own up to anything told me I had to come back a couple days later because nobody in the office was working still will not own up to it.

STAY AWAY!!!! This car wash is the worst! They have no under carriage wash function, but its charged in their premium wash package. They DO NOT wash your rims, tires or mats. They do not vacuum the car interior. They do not clean bumpers. For a premium $28 wash, all that's provided is a half ass lather and rinse of the vehicle. If you ask the staff to do more, they play dumb, acting as if they do not understand what your saying. This place sucks.

I do not recommend this place! As the owner of a dealership, we needed a high-roof van detailed but couldn’t do it inside our own garage due to clearance from the high roof! , so we outsourced the job to this business. They quoted us $450 for a full detail. When we picked up the van, the results were absolutely horrible—unprofessional and extremely poor quality. To make matters worse, they cracked the windshield by slamming the wiper blade arm down and didn’t even mention it! How can they justify charging $450 for such a careless job? See the pictures for yourself! Avoid this place.
