Scraped the paint off my new car while cutting tint and say he didn't do it. My car had just came off the showroom floor 0 miles, but he denied it. Poor customer service, can't support your own folk. 1st and last time going I don't recommend them at all.

Great customer service 1/2023 tinted 2 front windows Update: 6/8/2024 I went to get my windows tinted on my brand new 2025 Camry and they scratched up my car in three different places, and I didn’t notice it till I got home. I would never go back here…

Referred by someone WHO SAID HE WAS A GO TO TINT PLACE TO TRUST IT WELL I DID and I can honestly say he is VERY RUDE!!!!!!! ASKED ABOUT MY TRANSACTION AND HE GOT HOSTILE OVER THE PHONE .HAVE AIR BUBBLES ON EVERY WINDOW BUT I WILL NOT GO BACK DUE TO HIS RUDENESS….. COMMUNICATION IS KEY. 1 star for customer service

Don’t even waste your time here. Just spend the little extra and have it done at a actual professional tint shop. Don’t dare let them do anything audio wise either.
