I love this quality car wash! Every time I go through I am greeted in the line with a smiling face. I use the vacuums a lot and sometimes the hoses get clogged, but Gavin has helped me fix that with a happy heart more than once! I’ve also had a couple issues switching the plan from different cars and Gavin was the one to help me with that as well. He made it so easy! The mat washers are nice… if you can figure out how to work them… but the employees are always watching to make sure you don’t need help, and if you do, they jump on it.

Conveyor Belt malfunctioned and damaged my new car. They are blaming it on me and won't take responsibilty to fix. Stay away from the Quality Car Wash at the Park Dr location near Walmart. Corporate greed has taken over Quality Car Wash. Use to be a reputable car wash.

We love our wash pass and come through the wash several times a week. The North Park location is our favorite because Gavin is always so friendly and helpful at the window. Not very personal. I didnt have the app so i went to the cashier lane. I saw about 4...5 high scool looking staff members clearly messing around. The young man was polite. As i went around, there was no one to guide me in to make sure i was centered like at other car washes. Instead someone popped out and put a sleeve on my back windshield...i needed that cleaned too.

I am very disappointed that my brand new car got completely scratched all over. My scratches range from looking keyed to deep scratches. I just bought this car and have photos of any damage it came with. I am hoping someone will try to resolve this soon. Very disappointed. Be careful.

So far all of my visits to this car wash have been nothing but hospitable and amazing! The staff are understanding very kind, also answer questions when asked in a kind manner. There is one worker there named Kailey who speaks both English and Spanish, she is amazing! Rock on Quality.
