Overall, the job was very good. The inside got a once over, even though I did not expect that with the package I requested. I was glad to get the peeling dealer sticker removed. The package I requested included cleaning the door sills. I did not ask, but expected that to include the trunk opening as well, but that was not touched. However, I was a bit disappointed to find the exterior area under the trunk lip, above the license plate was also not done. I had also requested the receipt to be emailed to me, but I never got it. Definitely good enough to give them another shot.

The ladies that I spoke to, before getting there this morning were very informative, helpful and pleasant. However, the actual detail job was sloppy and half done. The dash, front seats and backs, cup holders and carpet around the seats were still dirty. There was little effort to clean the outside, leaving swipes missed, drool from my dog down the outside of the doors. It still took him 1.5 hours to do it. I asked the office lady if this was what I should expect for their $50 wash and was told no. She offered to have the detailer correct it but because of the length of time it had taken, I was already late for a Doctor appointment close by. I will not go back. I spoke with the owner and realized, there seemed to be a miscommunication by all parties. I will be returning my car and look forward to a newly cleaned vehicle.

Great team. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked with me on schedule for delivery and pickup of my vehicle. I had some rust buildup on the inside of my rims, and they went the extra mile to ensure all of the rust was removed. They completed the work ahead of schedule, but didn’t pressure me to pickup early. Definitely recommend. You won’t see any cars parked out front, so look for the “OPEN” sign.

Wow! My car hadn’t been washed in probably a YEAR and it looks brand new now. I am blown away by how immaculate the car looks and at all of the attention to detail - and this was just for a “basic” exterior wash and interior cleanup. Website makes booking super easy, and the price for the service is unbeatable. Will definitely be back again.

I had my car detailed with paint correction to get rid of the fine scratches left from a drive through car wash. Thankfully Allen and the Quality Car Care Team @Redstone did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. I will be using them for all my car needs from here on out. Definitely give them a 5 star rating. Car was brought back to the showroom look inside and out.

I brought my Husband’s envoy to be detailed as a surprise. Not impressed at all. I’ll sadly be going home with a dirty vehicle and out $50 bucks. I definitely should have checked the work before I paid and tipped. I’ve been to this location before and haven’t had an issue. So I trusted it would be done correctly. I went right back once I noticed how the vehicle still looked. One of the workers said that he did everything I paid for. There’s smears all over the windows and even the rims are still filthy. On the price sign hanging on the front porch it gives a detailed list of what exactly should be done for $45, it’s obvious that a lot of work was skipped. It was a sloppy job at best. I’m not one to argue with someone. I just won’t be back.

Team did an amazing job detailing my truck. I needed to have it prepped to ship overseas (exterior, interior, underneath, engine bay) and they did even better than I hoped. These guys are excellent! I took my 2007 Tahoe to them and I picked it up sparkling and looking way better than I would have ever expected for a 15+ year old vehicle. They used a clay-bar before they polished in order to reduce the amount of clear coat that I had coming off, they got off all of the black road grime and bugs that I’ve struggled to get off on my own. They also got all the pre-existing stains out of my carpet (some that were there before I bought the vehicle) and there was absolutely no dust to be found on the inside! I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them, they’re already hard at work on one of our other vehicles, can’t wait to see it as well! Also, the staff are great. Knowledgeable, friendly and they kept in contact with me to let me know the status of my vehicle and to to confirm any services that they weren’t sure about to make sure I was OK with the charge. Owner, Kim Alston, went ‘the extra mile’ to ensure convenience and my satisfaction. Her staff are friendly, informative, and technically proficient. She personally provided ‘to and from’ work/home transportation during the installation period. The shop waiting area offered refreshments. A warranty guarantee was provided. The price was very good. Installation time was reasonable. And the product itself (installed) is superb! What is not to like? Not a thing! If you’re thinking of pampering yourself with UV and sun car window tinting, I recommend you do so using this excellent company.
