Q came to my house and detailed my car in the driveway! I was a little leery at first, but he pulled up had all of his equipment in his car, power cleaner, power wash just everything you need, spent four hours cleaning the inside, and when he was finished, it looked like new. In fact, it was cleaner than the day I bought it. I highly recommend.👍

He’s way overpriced. He will negotiate, but he was rude after the negotiation, so I decided to get my car cleaned elsewhere. He charges $150 for a basic package including: (1 hr of work) -A whip down of all vinal rubber and
plastics - Wipe down of leather or cloth seats - vacuuming from top to bottom A competitor Mobile wash company (for $25) - Exterior Wash - Vacuum - Dashboard Conditioner - Tire Shine - Glass Clean (Many other companies charge much less than he does, and they do great work! Search “Mobile detail Tyler Texas” and look yourself before booking.)

I can’t say enough about what a great job Q did. I gave him a jeep that hadn’t been cleaned in years and after a number of hours of hard work in the heat he had it looking better than I have ever seen it. He did an outstanding job inside and out and I couldn’t be more pleased. He is completely self contained and gets right down to work with no disruption to what you might have going on. Q is your guy. My guy Q has the hook up. He does an awesome job anytime I need some good work done I give Q a call. He’s a super cool and humble individual who takes great care in his customers and quality of work. I run a company with fleet vehicles and work trucks are not easy to clean. Q gets them clean every time. If my words don’t convince you give him a call and see for yourself. You won’t regret it.

Ordered a full detail with a focus on interior carpet. I had a lingering smell that my wife was wanting abolished. He did the job well. On time arrival and even pressure washed my garage to keep me safe while walking to inspect car. He had mentioned he had slipped and made sure i was good. My back was a little tight that day. I found QC Auto Detailing online while searching for a good auto detailing company in the Tyler Texas area. I left multiple messages with 4 different companies. QC was the only company that called me back within the hour. Q was very easy to communicate with. He listened to what I needed and then structured a plan to come to my home and detail my two vehicles. He arrived exactly when he said he would and he literally worked until after dark. Of the two vehicles I needed detailed, one was my daily driver which I kept fairly clean but the other was a 2019 GMC truck (company truck) that was COVERED inside and out with 3 years of film and mud from sliding around job sites after rainy days and hair from my dog riding to his vet appointments. After the vehicles were completed but before I was asked to pay anything, I was given an opportunity to go over the vehicle and to point out anything he may have missed. But there was nothing worth mentioning left untouched! I’m not over exaggerating. I checked every nook and cranny looking for anything that he may have missed but everything was cleaned and the truck looked brand new again. All the telltale signs of a human user had disappeared. He had even managed to get ALL the white pet hair out of my floorboards. The interior had been shampooed and all the spots were gone from the upholstery. I noticed that the areas that usually get ignored because they are in areas that are hidden from view and difficult to access during a normal car wash were cleaned and polished like new! The lower panels around my truck were clay barred and both vehicles were hand waxed, mirror finish! Yes, it’s expensive to have cars and trucks detailed, but I needed to have this done so that I could sell my car at a higher price. QC has competitive pricing per Tyler area market and they offer a product that is superior to others and the customer service is second to none as far as I’m concerned. I’m not sure why there are ANY bad reviews here, but I suspect that communication is the issue and not job quality. Look, Q is a young man working very hard to establish himself and his business in this crazy post Covid world we now live in. He’s a very determined person and I know that if you simply voiced your concerns, he would find a solution! But don’t take my word for it, call him and ask him yourself! I’m very satisfied with QC detailing and will refer everyone I know.

Just had my 2020 Civic Si done Friday last week, Still amazes me how clean it feels when I see it. I never really kept a dirty vehicle, but after seeing Q's work, I realize I was missing out lol. Ive included some pictures of my Si after about 70 miles driven after the job was done. Also had my wifes 2016 done, it looks GREAT! Ill be using Q again. As for the guy/lady who commented before me with the two stars, theres no reason they had to try and strike down a man trying to make it in this world, they prob cant afford a good detail like this. I can say it was definitely worth it 100%
