Paid for $39.99 platinum wash or whatever it's called. Got home, entire car was covered in tire spray (both sides) from tire coating, no protectant (armor all) on bumpers or other plastic parts. I had to basically rewash the car. I expected more from their top wash.

They do a reasonably good job but be careful and check your receipt. Twice I was charged for a higher cost wash when I know I was clear about what I wanted. I asked for gold and was charged for platinum. I was refunded when I noticed their error. No apologies offered. Buyer beware.

As someone that cares a lot about cars, this place had to be one of the worst car washes I’ve ever gotten. I went in for a normal car wash and it was fine. But when the guys outside were drying my car, they used towels meant for human skin on the paint on my car. The first rule in drying a car is that you ALWAYS use microfiber towels when you dry off your car. Instead I got giant swirl and scratch marks all across my car that look horrendous. Now I’ve got to pay even more money to get this fixed. I won’t bother coming back to this car wash unless they teach the guys outside how to properly dry off a car.

Giving this 1 star is being generous. The prices are ridiculous. $20 for a crappy car wash and vacuumed inside, if you want your dash cleaned that’s another $10. I watched the guy cleaning the inside of my car rip my dashcam off of the windshield then couldn’t figure out how to put it back so he left it hanging by the power cord.

I recently took my car to this location for a wash, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. After leaving the car wash, I didn’t immediately inspect the interior, trusting that everything had been taken care of properly. However, once I arrived home, I noticed that the driver’s side mat was missing. I contacted the business to address the issue, and I spoke with someone who appeared to be either an employee or possibly the owner. Initially, he made an effort to check with his staff, but the mat could not be located. Instead of offering any resolution or compensation, the conversation shifted toward a defensive tone, where he implied that I was accusing him or his staff of theft—something that was never my intention. My only concern was that I was missing a mat, regardless of how it went missing, and I now have to replace it at my own expense. The interaction was unprofessional, and the issue remains unresolved. I expected a more customer-oriented approach and a willingness to address the situation. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this car wash and advise others to exercise caution when using their services.

The pay system for the car wash does not allow you to tip. So if you want to tip you have to buy something and get cash back. That or you have to use the ATM and pay a fee. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with this I was told that I did not need to have an attitude. The repugnant little troll at the register thought that I took the cash back from my purchase with too much attitude. No respect for customers. Will never return. Do not recommend.

First time here, I paid for the full service $41 and some change, they gave me the basic. They did a great job on my tires. Water dried and you can see the dots everywhere. Cup holders and windows were not cleaned. They did not vacuum the passenger side, there were leaves in my car that were not there before. Their writing was still on my window when I left. When I called, the man, he told me to bring my car back in right then. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my car initially, I did not have another 30 minutes to waste that day.

What a pleasure not to get bombarded right out of the gate for upgrades, memberships, etc., etc.. I used to go to Jackson’s, suffered through the endless membership pitch, decided to switch it up and try cobblestone off the 51 & Bell road, and they were worse. Tried the PV Car Wash, and it was quick, simple, no upsell or membership push and they did a very nice job for a fair price. I found my new car wash!

Never coming here again. Paid $40 for the platinum wash. When it was done they couldn't close the trunk on my Highlander. I asked the "manager" inside and he said "maybe it's wet, just drive around for a while until it dries. We're not responsible." I was trying to fix it myself before leaving the property and they were telling me to leave. Super rude and worthless. Last time I come here.

I would take my kid bike here to wash Just had my 2021 Challenger washed here, it was almost as dirt as it went in. Told them that I wasn't happy about the way it looked and they said if you what a clean car you have to pay 150.00 dollar detail. I paid 29.99 for the gold package . They said it was my fault should have drove car in mud this car has never been in the mud . If you wash your car here you wasting money, I'm not from here I drove here from Idaho on Interstate and Hwys there has to be a better place to support ,with places like this and people like these they don't deserve your business. Sorry for the nasty tone but I paid good money for a crappy wash . Don't what to see this happen to you Robb

Came to this car wash for the advertised $7.99 car wash, looking for a quick drive-through wash. When I arrived, the guy told me there was an up charge making the total $13.99 for my car being “dirty”…. duh, that’s why I’m at the car wash, right? I said no thank you I’m just interested in the $7.99 wash, the attendant said no that is not an option and pointed me to the exit. I drove off without my car getting washed and will never return again.

I paid $45 + $7 tip for an exterior car hand wash. I would have liked for my wheels & tire wells to be cleaned. Some wheel tire would have been nice to give it a "clean car" look. If Im choosing a hand wash over running it through the machine I think they could do better for the price. If I get a reply for Mgmt for another try to do it right then I'll happily update my review & contue being a customer
