Horrible place. Most vacuums don’t work and there’s no signs indicating out of service. You find out after wasting money. Pleasant Valley car wash further up Rt 44 is much better.

Just came here to pressure spray my car mats off. I put about 3 three dollars into the Machine and nothing happens. No water or anything. Tried calling the phone number listed online and it comes out to be nothing but a fax machine. I’m planning on taking this company to court and possibility sue. This company is very unprofessional and they are stealing money from people in the Hudson Valley area.

Horrible experience there. No hot water and the soap froze to my van. Had a hard time rinsing it off. Called to complain and only get a fax machine.

I found out first hand why there was no line for the automatic wash. Even though every other car wash in the area had a line out the parking and down the road. The outdated equipment I could deal with. But this one sprays a "clear coat protectant" very last. Without doing a final rinse after. This protectant leaves a gross and obvious film on the entire car. When I got home, I had to get out the quick detailer and the window cleaner to get the film off my car. Any other car wash, when I pay $16. The exterior is done. I don't have to do anything else for my car to actually be clean. I don't know if they need different chemicals, or a reprogram. But they'd probably get more customers if cars came out the other side ready to drive away, instead of needing more work. *Update* As with many others, they double charged my card. So I paid $32 for a car wash that didn't clean my car. Really wish I could give 0 stars.

Pretty good. Tire guide thing was a little awkward. Person ahead of us had a lot of difficulty lining up as you can't see where it is once you start to enter. Made us enter with more caution. Also, my rear hubcap passenger side didn't get cleaned. Not sure what happened with that. The rest of the car is sparkling.

For a while I thought this place was no longer in business. You almost never see customers there and the place looks pretty ratty and run down. It's starting to become an eyesore. And like some other commenters have said, they're kind of expensive with older equipment. From the looks of it I would anticipate that this place will be totally defunct in a year or two. Much better going right up the arterial to Foam and Wash. - great modern equipment that does a spectacular job. Of course, this is just my opinion based on my own experiences.

Let's be realistic here, it's no foam and wash. The technology is a little older. I got the gold package. It washed my truck after not having having a wash in months of winter driving. I had a heavy coat of salt on the truck. It's a black truck so it shows everything. My truck is black again and the windows are clean. Nothing fancy.

Every time I've tried to vacuum my car it never works. I can never know which machines work or not. Put $1.50 like it says nothing happens. I can see some stuck where "not good" ones would come back out can't get those. Right after I put about $2.50 in and nothing happened someone came put money in a different one and it worked. If ones aren't working they need out of order signs maybe? And there's NEVER any employees here so I'm out money once again. No wonder this place is for sale it's gone down hill over the past years, so many better places in the area. Hope someone buys and fixes this place up. Don't waste your money here.

I use the self service bay and thank goodness they take credit card 💳 I never have cash. $12 and I was able to prep, wash and rinse the car and it came out great. Definitely will be back plus its literally right down the road from me.

Reasonable price to start the wash at $3 however when the warning noise came I I added 3 quarters. The first added 30 seconds the second added 20 seconds and the third quarter added 10 seconds. Probably won't be returning and will opt to borrow my father's pressure washer or even just buy my own. The vaccum worked well however

Literally the worst car wash I’ve been to. Card reader doesn’t work and when you try and use cash the machine its over sensitive towards bills. So while your fighting the bill machine and it accepts a bill the timer starts right away while your trying to add more money. Horrible design, they also only have one brush and no wheel scrubber so I sure the brush is extra clean and safe…

Well! Let's just say be prepared to have your money stolen and if you use a card 5 dollar hidden fee. That's on top of having nothing in stock, the hose's cut from the ceiling... leaking water allover. Carpet cleaner machine torn apart. Trash all over. At this point, this location needs to be under investigation for thievery. Also, I belive the town should get involved!!!

Absolute trash. Nothing works. I couldn't get change from either machine , wouldn't accept any of my new bills in the car wash teller , and wouldn't accept any of my credit or debit cards. Complete waste of time. Do not go here. Very run down so I don't think the owner cares about their business . I also used the Ring installed at the teller and got no response. I hate this car wash.

Went today to vacuum my car out, change machine didn’t work so dug around for quarters. I put $6 of quarters in there was no suction terrible. I went to talk to someone no one around. Horrible. Read reviews this place sucks. I knew I should have gone to wash and foam !

Just left after paying $10 (charged to my debit card)... just wanted to rinse salt off my car, only high pressure soap came out, frozen to car and the rinse would not work, hose totally stopped working. Left with car in worse condition than it started. Tried to call number to get a refund or just be billed the 4$ that's advertised and it's a fax! Will not return. Will dispute charges to my account.
