Need to get better credit card readers, ones that you can tap, always an issue. Also have a wash that’s between the $8 dollar and the $16 wash. Double that’s crazy!

This place broke my wife’s rear window wiper arm. She called and had to leave a message, they never called back. We will be canceling both of our monthly memberships and going somewhere else.

Parts of my car look worse than it did before the car wash. The back window looks like dirty water was dumped on it and the side windows and mirrors were not even touched. Not worth $16 or any amount of money to be honest

Last May I drove through, couldn't reach the credit card machine. The gal there put the card in for me and I asked for the basic wash. I was shocked to see my receipt in the wash for $19.99. Decided they were too expensive and wouldn't be back. Last night I reviewed my credit card bill and noticed a reoccurring charge of $19.99. I never authorized a monthly package. I was able to get on to their home page and find an active account w/my plate. WATCH YOUR CHARGES! They may charge w/out your authority.

Staff is super friendly. Had a lot of bird poop and bugs on the car from going up north. They told us we can go through twice if needed to get everything off. They also have a vacuum area, which offers two kinds of vacuum heads, air machine to top off your tires, and clean microfiber towels and solution to do touchups and clean off your windows. Overall, a very good experience and well worth $8!

I wish I had read these first. I'm going to echo a lot of what's going on here, the wash didn't actually clean the car. $16 for the mid-level wash, and I get home only to find the back of the car was virtually untouched. I submitted the from on their website, but I don't have any hope that they'll write back after seeing the number of like comments--this is perhaps the quality they expect to achieve. Ah well, lesson learned and I'll continue to drive a bit further to the one at 9 and Farmington.

My favorite car wash. Affordable and great service. I love the vacuums and the clean towels that are great for finishing job.

Horrible! No drying cloths available. I went to get some and was handed two wet towels. That’s not enough to dry my car. You charge me 19.00 dollars and I can’t even dry my car off! Complete rip off, it was the whole reason I picked this place. I will be disputing the charge too! And… my car is still dirty to top it off Do better!!!

Three times through the car wash with my brand new Traverse and they never got the bugs off the windshield. The lower side panels were filthy when I came out. They did a better job on my Impala but it wasn't good.

Came here for a car wash only for all the snow not to be removed from the front of my car. He said that’s not their job to sit there and remove ice…. Just know if your car has a lot of ice on it in front of your sensors it’s a waste to come here go to Jax car wash instead.

Although an individual full service wash isn't cheap, I signed up for the unlimited washes and pay just a couple dollars more a month than the single visit cost. That's more of a good deal. BTW they use an undercarriage flush here, which is necessary for our Michigan winters. I'm very satisfied with them.

It was great when it first opened. Just went there yesterday and 90% of the vacuums did not work or had very very poor suction. None of the air compressor /blowers worked and i walked to at least 5 stalls. It seems this place is not being maintained, which is a shame. It is practically brand new!

Spend your money elsewhere. I have used this car wash four times. Two times for two vehicles - a sedan and an SUV. In each case, the wash misses spots especially on the lower half of the car body requiring a complaint and another pass. I was hoping it would get better since opening. It has not. The payment process is wacky and always requires someone to assist you. Also, there is always something wrong with the vacuums and compressed air. Clean towels are in short supply. So, from beginning to end, the experience is bad.

I went for a protect car wash ($18 one) and have to say what a waste of time and money it was. Not even a single bug stain was removed. The guys at the beginning of the wash were just useless and not sure what they were doing. They pretended to do something, but nothing was actually done. Do not waste your money on this useless service.

I have been going to this car wash since it opened, and I find it to be a great car wash for the area. The team has always been very helpful. For example, if I know I have a lot of bugs on my bumper from a long trip, I can ask them to give it a good spray, and they will spray it down well, always taking care of all the bugs. I have the monthly "Protect Plan" membership with them and go in once a week; the car is always shiny and the tires glisten. It's also super nice that for members, the car wash can read your license plate and automatically let you in, which makes the experience so quick. If you go to this car wash, you should be aware of a couple of things. 1) If you are not a member, the wash is not the cheapest in town, but the price is comparable to others in the area for what you are getting. 2) It's clear that this car wash is steering its customers toward getting a membership; you get a better rate, and they get a monthly revenue stream. This isn't the first place in the area I've seen do this. 3) If you are a member and come in weekly, your car is going to look great. However, if you come in only once every couple of months with dirt plastered on it, you might be better off going to a manual car wash where you can really soak your car down. An automatic car wash, as good as it is, isn't going to turn a pigpen into a palace. 4) This place offers free vacuums and towels to wipe down the car after a wash. I see a lot of people just pull in and use the services without getting a wash, so it very much surprises me when I see complaints in the Google reviews that the vacuums were not powerful enough. In conclusion, this is a great place for people who like to make sure their car stays clean and doesn't corrode due to abrasive Michigan road maintenance.

This car wash is awful. The staff was polite but the wash itself does nothing. I paid for the $16 wash, which was the second best option and it didn’t clean my car. Front and back windows and hood were barely touched and I still had debris all along my running boards and down the side of my car. Will never go to them again.

My wife and I purchased a membership in January. On February 3rd, we visited your location (Novi) for a wash and explicitly requested to cancel the membership. We spoke to a tall male employee who took our receipt and verbally confirmed that the cancellation was done. We trusted his confirmation and left. However, on November 27th, I discovered that Pure Car Wash has continued to charge my credit card every month from February through November. I immediately visited your office that day (Nov 27) to resolve this. Here are the facts of the situation: The System Error: When I visited on Nov 27, your front desk employee checked my license plate and phone number. She confirmed that we were NOT on your active membership list. This is crucial evidence. It proves that the cancellation was indeed processed in your system (likely back in February), but the automatic billing was never turned off. The Visit Today (Dec 5): I returned today to speak with the manager. She offered only 3 months of cash back, refusing to refund the other 6 months of unauthorized charges. The Manager's Logic: The manager stated that because I did not physically enter the office to watch the staff update the computer in February, the cancellation "didn't count." I was shocked by this response. As a customer, I am not responsible for knowing your internal workflows. When an employee takes my receipt and confirms a request is "done," I rely on that information. Furthermore, since your own system shows I was removed from the active list, it is clear that the service was terminated, yet you continued to collect payments for a service I was not receiving. I simply want to correct this misunderstanding without trouble. However, penalizing a customer for your company’s clerical error is unacceptable.

While there was a few bugs when they opened like the licence plate reader not reading my plate or the vacuum sucking in the way you don't want by not sucking, that has been fixed. I have the middle monthly wash plan which is worth more than the cost. The service is friendly and efficient. They are working in the coldest weather. I am sorry I will have to find a new car wash since I am moving to a new city next month.

What an awful carwash. 1st, the employees have to essentially man the pay terminals because they’re non intuitive, tap to pay doesn’t work, you have to be careful on the sequence of taps/selections otherwise you’re not getting the payment to go through. This place was a ground up build and they didn’t manage to lay out the course leading up to the entry in a convenient way that allows the customer to align their vehicle to the track, a literal S-curve right up to the door. Yikes. The vacuums are a joke, zero suction. The sprayers, zero flow. Clean towels, forget it. I won’t be back. This place deserves to go out of business. There are an insane amount of car washes in 2026, avoid this one.
