Due to the abundance of rain that we’d received the last week or so, the vehicle had rainwater inside which could cause mold and left a very unpleasant smell. The next morning I was contacted via phone indicating that they had a cancellation and he could come earlier so he wouldn’t tie up my Sunday to which I agreed. He and his team showed to ten minutes before the set time and began work in my driveway. The gentleman listened to my concerns and finished the Jeep in a timely fashion while not overcharging me in the process.
