Under new ownership! Awesome experience... Washed all the salt off my wife's van! Update: I washed my wife's van again today. I Met the new owner he is an awesome guy. He was clearing the snow at the car wash lot and stopped to make sure I was happy! They have nice new equipment, lots of high pressure hot water, and abundance of soap when useing the brush and sprayer. Best car wash I have been to in a very long time! The machine runs flawlessly and gives you a long time to wash your car for a good price! Update! These guys are on top of it! I saw them there cleaning and taking care of the equipment... nice guys. They are super friendly, helpful and really care about there customers! Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for having the best carwash in town!

When this first opened after the rennovation, it was great! Now this wash seems to leave soap residue all over my car and the dryer leaves the car just as wet as when it came in to the wash. You would think after paying $10 for a car wash your car would come out spiffy clean. The plus side to this place... free vaccuums. My consumer rating C-

We decided to spend extra to have the undercarriage if the car to be washed to remove the road salts. If the wash sprayed underneath the vehicle, we didn't see it - and we were watching. In addition, the car was not dried very well. We had to get out a towel to remove beads of water. It was during our drying we noticed soap bubbles in the joints (hood meeting the vehicle). It seems that the basic $8 wash was just as good as $12 wash - and cheaper.

Good car wash, but undercarriage wash was too short, and dryer leaves spots. But, I do go there often. Update:. The auto car wash has a different, new, washing mechanism, and I love it. Changed my 4 stars to 5.

I always go here for my car washes, I like doing them myself so I can make sure I get the areas that need more attention. I love that they have hot water for the washes and their prices are very fair! I usually only pay about $5-$7 for a good high pressure soap and high pressure rinse. Plus they have free vacuumes for wash customers.

I used the manual carwash bay to clean out the back of my truck. The bay was clean and easy to use. The system takes credit cards, so that's nice. I'll definitely use this location again. I also used the automated wash another time. It worked well. It didn't get the rear cab window of my truck, and it missed a few areas around the mirrors and door handles.

The point of a self-serve carwash is to be able to scrub down things that an automated carwash would miss, but you can't really do that when the scrub brushes aren't dispensing any soap. Wasted money on two different stalls here before I realized that they must just be out of soap. No notice, no light indicating any problems, but they're more than happy to take your money and waste your time.

I had to leave with soap all over my truck. I used the middle self serve bay, the switch was so loose, when you turned it to a setting everything (bubble brush, wand etc) would shut off! I tried to use the “STOP” button and it would not shut off. Yes there is a minimum time, but it kept counting. The settings did not match the correct device. The buttons just did not seem to work properly. I tried to call the number listed with no answer. This was my first time and my last time using this car wash. It’s worth a drive to a better working car wash.

Impressive car wash! They recently upgraded their automatic wash and it is top notch. My truck hasn't been this shiny in a long time. Normally I have a few spots left or areas the wash isn't able to get to, but my vehicle was left super clean with my most recent visit. I like that the wash still uses brushes as that is really the only way to thoroughly clean stuck on grime and the drying process is the best I've experienced. Even the soap smells wonderful. Its a little pricey if you get the "owners wash", but for the quality you get, it can't be beat. Best car wash in town! I'll be making it my regular stop.

I didn’t think I was a car wash snob. I am now. Best car wash in Davis County as far as I’m concerned! Hot water wash. Every setting you want. An automatic wash that leaves our big vehicle with a shine that STAYS. I’ve never had an automatic wash (owner’s wash) clean this well. Once, the owner stopped by and scanned a card while we were washing by hand and quietly said “this one’s on me” before walking away. Last week I flipped a windshield wiper in one of the washes and I didn’t know what to do. I texted the number outside my driver’s window and I had a kind response within minutes. In fact, the owner dropped what he was doing and came over, in person, to fix a problem his wash may not have caused. I was totally impressed. Long live, ProShine! We are customers for life.

Did the self serve and it was awesome! So many options. The soap smells amazing and great water pressure! They have 4 different sprayers/diapers and they all work well! Will be going back.

Use at your own risk! I was carefully in the center and stopped exactly when the directional lights indicated. Got the ultimate wash. Destroyed my driver's side mirror and bent my front plate. These are real photos from today!

No complaints at all. I recently discontinued my QuickQuack membership (the fee increased a 3rd time and the quality never really was the best, I kept going probably due to laziness). Anyways, ProShine took me back to the real life, the smell of suds, the mist in my face, the feel of a power sprayer, the satisfaction of cleaning my own car and reaching every spot that the machine washes fail to. To top it off, the bugs on the front bumper/grill are finally gone (QuickQuack… “you can go through again, but we don’t guarantee bug removal”) - see photos. How? select the hot pre-soak, spray the bugs, then select bug cleaner, spray the bugs, then hot bubble brush, scrub the bugs (they don’t come yet), then select high pressure rinse and hold the nozzle close to the bugs, they spray right off. My car looks new again. I should have done this sooner in life.

Today was my first time using ProShine Auto Wash. It was in a convenient place on main street. There are several vacuums stations that had very long hoses and for a dollar you get 4 minutes. I've never used a vacuum that was so powerful. It worked great! The best part was there was no guessing how much time I had left as there was a timer. I was able to pace myself better and ensure I had time to get it all done. I also used the automatic washer. I paid $10 for the Ultimate and it did a great job cleaning my bug covered car. I paid .75¢ for a brand new Vanillaroma Brand name air freshener from the vending machine. I will definitely use this location again.

Absolutely impressed with ProShine Auto Wash in Layton! Our cars (truck, minivan, and SUV) always come out looking great, and the entire process is quick and easy. The prices are fantastic—much more affordable than other washes in the area, especially considering the quality you get. I love that they use advanced equipment and high-quality products, and the free vacuums are a huge bonus. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, making every visit pleasant. Whether you use the automatic soft-touch wash or prefer to wash your car yourself, ProShine delivers excellent results every time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality car wash in Layton. Five stars!

Love Pro Shine washes! 🤩 Decent prices 🤩 auto and self-service wash options 🤩 Free vacuums for customers 🤩 cash or card payments I’ve brought my grandpa’s truck here 3 times. Of course, the manual wash cleaned the bed out the best, but for a quick clean, the auto wash isn’t bad. The pics are when I brought my little Ford in. I paid for the “owner’s wash” and 🌟 she’s shining! Yes, it’s going to snow tomorrow but oh well. She’s clean for now!

Horrible automatic car wash. I bought the "best"one and it didn't even clean the car. Windshield and windows are still dirty and there is still bird poop on the roof of the car. It didn't even rinse the soap off. Last time I used the manual car wash, the hose to the brush was broken and squirted soap all over me.
