This is my favorite car wash in town. It's located on a large lot , which allows visitors to have plenty of room for cleaning out your vehicle. They have self serve vacuums and washing bays . If your willing to scrub and wash your car yourself , it's way cheaper than any other automatic car wash.

If I could give this place 0 stars then I would , I actually worked here and today may 28th I tried to come get my check since I don't work here anymore and the person who's supposed to be professional decided to cuss me out because I got a new job and said he didn't have my check . While he's doing all that he does have customers in the lobby area just listening to it. If the guy who owns the place can play with his workers money then I wonder what he'll do to his customers. I advise anyone reading this to go to a better place.

We bring our suv to Professional Detail every Spring for a thorough inside cleaning. This Spring we also had them clean the outside. The suv came back looking like a new vehicle! Very happy with the employees and their work.

I give them a 3 star because first of all when my step father arrived to drop off the vehicle the young man there was very rude & looked hung over … also did not seem very happy to be working at his job.. when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was SURE to do a full inspection of the vehicle before paying because with a attitude like that your bound to not do your job to the full extent… and come to find out there’s milk stains under my passenger seat witch initially that’s why I took my vehicle in for a detail. Also I have subwoofers I. My trunk witch I knew weren’t getting moved but there’s PLENTY of space around my subwoofers that they could’ve vacuumed. When I came to pick up my vehicle I asked him if he was one one here in the morning when my step dad dropped off my vehicle and he said no… I told him my step dad told me the man was very rude this morning and seems to hate his job. My step dad is not a argumentative or confrontational person at all and for my step dad to say that to me he must’ve been pretty rude… the man that was there when I went to pick my vehicle up I pointed out the things I wanted done again and he brought the vehicle back in to take care of it… all in all I would not recommend this place. It’s sad that one person that does their job poorly ruins it for the entire business. I believe the rude man’s name was Ryan.

Professional Detail was a pleasure to do business with! My vehicle turned out better than I had hoped for! I wish that they had a tip line on their charge card slip, because my technician deserved more than I had in my pocket.. I would recommend them whole heartedly!

Amazing transformation to my 14 year old car. David did the detailing, and he was so thorough. I knew I was going to be getting a clean car back, but never in my wildest hopes did I think he could make it look as pristine as he did. I looks like I just bought it. Thank you David.

I went to this place before and they did a fantastic job with my very dirty car full of white golden retriever hair. But this time there was still a bunch of hair left and the windows weren’t rolled down to clean the glass not exposed if up :/ little disappointed but otherwise seats and surfaces were clean

I chose this place because my aunt was pleased with her mini suv. I didn't get the same results. Parts of the interior appeared skipped over and when the owner said to me upon car drop off not to expect all the stains to come out, I should have taken that as a red flag and went somewhere else! My seat belts also make a clanging noise when I turn corners and that has never happened until coming to this place. So I had a careless encounter here. Do not recommend. Be careful how you treat people (esp God's chosen) because it will come back on you one day.

Went here first for a car wash, for $35, I was so impressed, I scheduled a wax job. They went far beyond my expectations. They made my Type R paint look like liquid. More importantly, not one speck of residue. Definitely a lifetime customer.

I had a great experience at Professional Detail on Lathrop Ave in Racine. They buffed and waxed my car, and it came out looking fantastic—super clean and with a great shine. They also included a wipe down of the interior and even cleaned my floor mats, which was a nice touch. The service was quick, professional, and you can tell they care about the quality of their work. Definitely recommend if you're looking to get your car detailed in the area!
