Don’t go when they are busy, your car won’t get clean, the sides along the bottom and back were still dirty. Good thing I’ve got unlimited so I can go back through and let them try it again. Half the vacuums are not working, but you won’t know until you’ve parked and gotten out of the vehicle.

Much of the experience depends on who drives your car. Some of the people are very thorough making sure your car is clean. Others are not, and they don't get the things cleaned off that the automatic washer didn't get.

Watch your personal information and cards. I somehow ended up spending 40 dollars for an exterior wash. I asked for inside/outside. Got the 27 ceramic (which is exterior only)on my receipt. I originally handed a guy my debit card and he informed me it would be at the overhead door and id have to drive around on my way out. This breaks terms for Visa and MasterCard. Anyway I didn't like this and have him two twenties. Again somewhat weird, my change is again at the overhead door around the front.... (I went through my wash and then realized I was only getting a exterior)I tipped a few dollars. When I did drive around no one was present and no one to give change. The intake employee was hell bent on offering me a wash program. I quickly indicated I was not interested today. Based on his demeanor, I assume they are beaten if they fail to sell enough programs. I hope the albeit shady behavior is appreciated. I will be rethinking my car wash needs next time. P.s. I'm calling MasterCard and Visa to have this location audited for breach of their terms.

The exterior wash service is okay. Nothing to write home about, but it's fine for the price, I suppose. At the time of my review, however, most of the staff is remarkably unfriendly and downright rude. I honestly would have considered getting a membership here had the experience not been so off putting. Pretty disappointing.

I am leaving a review specifically for Ashley T. I not only love this car wash I have been a member of for a few years but she goes above and beyond to help customers. I hate vacuuming and all of the inside cleaning of my vehicle but she just made it easier yesterday not only for me but all the other customers. Love my monthly car wash pass - easily pays for itself month after month. Today I was there and Ashley offered to wash my cars mats - which was awesome - even the one in the trunk!! She did a great job - very friendly and had all the supplies you would need to clean out your car ready to grab. Plus even gave me car air freshener too! Really appreciate Ashley!!

Came here to get a full service wash and wax, promised it'd be out within half an hour following the wash. They expedite another customer who arrives later than us and have the decency to tell us to wait another half hour. Wax was not buffed correctly. Interior looked like it wasn't cleaned at all. Unprofessional. Will not return.

Horiffic service. My wife and kids were insulted in regards to their nationality. A racial slur was used. Employee even called into question who my children's parents were. Unreal. Spoke with manager who issued an apology but that's it. Been a member since 2021. That is no longer the case smh.
