Make you sure you keep an eye on your bank transaction with the use at the bay. We’ve gotten several charges for $25 on 3min usage…although it’s a process to get a refund, it’s still an inconvenience to know that this is still happening..could only imagine the ppl on the go who do not check there bank transactions.. please FIX this issue..

Overall like the car wash but you really need to have some workers wiping cars down after the wash. I have a black car and it’s a must especially in the winter. So this is why I’m only giving 3 stars. Just want to mention that your staff if friendly and helpful

Have two cars on accounts that I bring here on a regular basis love that i also have access to bring my car to any prestige location. I had a problem with one of my cars sticker not working and chris at that location went above and beyond helping me fix it and gave me a free air freshner something no car wash has done in my 40 years of driving. A little act kindness goes a long way thank you prestige for making my life a little easier

Amazing service so yesterday I got the pleasure of meeting Carlos Who introduced himself as the manager because Aftergoing through the Touchless wash, I noticed my rear wiper was what I considered broken. He could tell I was pretty upset, but that most certainly didn’t last long. He looked at me and told me he did not care that I was not leaving there until he fixed the problem at that moment, I felt a sense of relief. He was very kind friendly And most certainly a people person you can tell he enjoys doing what he does after some determination and some elbow Greece we fixed it. He turned my frown upside down that’s for sure I highly recommend this car wash. The service was great all around

The new management has really stepped things up, when I get there I’m immediately greeted with a smile & warm welcome, the service is faster, the facility feels cleaner, the vacuums suction is stronger than it ever was and I actually leave with my car feeling clean, they are so sweet and amazing, if you aren’t happy with how your car looks they will let you go back around for free, the customer care is top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

just had to take a minute to share how impressed I was during my visit! I went up to let the manager Carlos know that I could really see a big difference in the car wash and the vacuums, they’re working better than ever! He introduced himself as the manager and was so nice, friendly, and genuine. You could tell he really cares about the place and the customers. It honestly made my day to talk with someone who takes so much pride in their work. His positive attitude and great energy actually made me want to sign up for a membership on the spot! I’ll definitely be back and am really looking forward to coming regularly now that everything is working so well. If you haven’t been in a while, definitely check it out, the improvements are noticeable, and the customer service is top-notch!

Worst car wash ever unless you go every single day. Car comes out soaked. Pay for an under wash and literally my rockers didn’t have a drop of water on them.??? Go to the barn on squire road best car wash ever dry as can be. For 20 bucks the truck should be spotless and dry it comes out like the blowers aren’t even on 😂👏🏻

Be aware that this car wash has the possibility of breaking your car windows. We will not be returning. They need some updates to their equipment! The huge heavy strips that beat against your vehicle are not safe.
