If I had more cars, I would definitely take them to Prestige Car Wash. From the initial phone conversation, I knew I was at the right place. Yusef provided a clear explanation of expectations and a detailed, easy-to-follow quote. In addition to window tinting, I originally wanted a chrome delete. When we reviewed the vehicle in person, rather than force the chrome delete and do a botched job, Yusef and his partner explained the obstacles that would prevent them from doing a quality job (the vehicle had its own nuances). I was very satisfied with the window tint. I can tell the quality of tint was top-notch and will last as long as I have the vehicle. And nothing beats a lifetime warranty; peace of mind.

I brought a Honda CRV to Prestige that I had inherited that probably hadn’t been cleaned in at least 5 years. There were stains on the seats, dust and dirt in every crevice, the arm rests and seat belts were filthy and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The team at Prestige blew away any expectations I had! I purchased the show room finish package and that is exactly what I got. All the stains GONE even down to the seatbelts. Every surface was cleaned and vacuumed and the cigarette smell was gone. The staff was also professional, very courteous and easy to work with and schedule.

I recently had my car detailed, ceramic coated and the windows tinted, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! From my very first visit years back, the team has always been professional, friendly, and truly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step of the detailing process and made sure to address all my specific needs, and questions without trying to upsell me on things not needed. The detailing was impeccable — my car looks brand new! And mind you, it’s a 2021, but it’s new to me and no one would ever know the difference! Every inch of the interior was spotless, from the seats to the carpets, and even the tiniest corners were cleaned to perfection. The exterior was restored to a beautiful shine, and the paint looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. That’s also thanks to the ceramic coating that was done, the difference is out of this world! Blown out of the water is truly an understatement. As for the window tinting, I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. The ceramic tint looks sleek, and it’s made such a difference in the appearance of my car. The suggestion to do the front windshield was by far a great idea also. They provided me options and feedback and in the end it was the perfect choice. The sun reduction is noticeable right away, and the privacy it provides is exactly what I was hoping for. This team is top notch and so is the quality of materials used; and their attention to detail was second to none. I’ll definitely be returning (as always) for any future detailing or tinting needs. I was genuinely impressed with Prestige Detailing and Carwash, not just by the quality of the service, but by the hospitality. It’s clear that making customers feel comfortable and well taken care of truly matters here. This is the second tint job they’ve done for me and i’d never go anywhere else. The work is clean, cuts on the window edge are precise and they always go above and beyond. What other tint business washes your car inside AND out? In addition, i asked if they could debadge the back of my car and they did it no questions ask and didn’t even ask for anything extra for it. If you want professional work done for tint that lasts for the lifetime of the car, look no further. -Max

I’ve been contemplating whether or not this is even worth writing and I feel it should be known. I took my car to get PPF wrapped and ceramic coated over a year ago. They damaged the weatherstrip to my sunroof. It wasn’t something I noticed right away because of its location so the owner is trying to say that because I signed off on everything being ok when I picked it up, that means any damage noticed after the fact is not on Prestige. I brought the damage to the attention of Yusef immediately after I noticed it. It was two weeks after it was completed at the first car wash. At the 6 week check up, I showed Yusefs brother and he said “it was probably done by a tuck tool”. When I brought it to Yusuf’s attention, it took months for them to let me know that the part it not just some weather strip they can replace, they would have to replace the entire roof glass attached to the weather strip and the cost was $7000. They suggested I contact the manufacturer to find out about warranty coverage so I did and was told that this is NOT covered under warranty because the damage wasn’t due to dry rotting or manufacturer defect. Prestige’s techs would have gone over every inch of my car with a fine tooth comb to prep it to be wrapped so if there was any damage, they would have noted it, and brought it to my attention. No damage was brought to my attention which tells me it wasn’t there before they started. I literally did nothing with my car for two weeks as recommended by Yusef to allow the PPF to set properly. I know for a fact the damage was done by the installer at Prestige. All that smooth talking done in the reply to this review is just smoke and mirrors. Before I left I was told “if there is any problem, let me know”, that’s what I did and instead of doing right by myself this customer and replacing what they damaged, they hide behind the “you signed off” b.s. The video clip show how easy it was to not notice the damage until that first car wash. I knew Prestige wouldn’t take responsibility for the damage they caused so my only course of action is to make sure any future customers are aware of how Prestige does business. I will never recommend anyone go to this place for anything. As you can see from his comment below, Yusef can sell water to a whale with the way he so professionally responds. That fact of the matter is, Prestige damaged my car and refuses to fix it. Let me reiterate, 2 weeks after picking the car up while I was washing it for the first time is when I noticed the damage and I told Yusef via text message immediately. His response below says otherwise which tells you that he is a lier as well as a bad businessman. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP FOR ANY OF YOUR AUTO NEEDS!!!

Have now used Prestige for care for my cars on two occasions. Had my Model 3 Performance PPF protected and Tint installed. They are professional on all levels. The Tesla was impeccable. I now have had my new MB GLE total PPF protected in a collaboration between my dealer and Prestige. You can trust the care of your car to Prestige on all levels. The Cars look great and their follow up care is unmatched. We recently did the final touches and added the chrome delete with gloss black on the window trim.

Highly recommend ! I spoke with Yusef on the phone and in email, and he was incredibly helpful, professional & kind! He sent me a proposal after speaking on the phone and allowed me adjust what i needed/didn’t. They squeezed me into their schedule & cleaned in 3 hours to get it done in time. They did an amazing job & I’m very happy with it !!!!!! I wish I took before photos, because it was a huge improvement :) P.s the salt on the ground was from myself after I picked up the car, it was left sparkling clean
