I just want to say that I used to see all these prestige stickers and used to think it was some kind of trend until I noticed it was a car wash/detail and gas business. So one day I pulled into the Burlington location because it’s where I spend most my time working and Wilmer and Jose was working and these guys explained to me all the package plans that they do monthly and I have to say these guys were incredible and a pleasure to speak to because of there kindness and informative explanation I have to say this is now my home to my car detailing as well as the best location I’ve ever been to so if you haven’t signed up and became a member of the prestige family then make sure you go ahead and get your car situated with these guys!

Great people, great service. Always given 2 air fresheners for free. Only thing I wish the touch less wash had a dryer. Other than that, probably one of the best locations in the Middlesex area

I would give this car wash five stars for its washing service. However, i went into that car wash at the beginning of september for a single wash. The man at the kiosk told me that for $2 I could receive an unlimited month if I signed up for the membership. I told him I was not interested because I do not live in the area. He told me that he was going to put a sticker on my car so I could get the wash for $2 dollars today. I said, okay, but I wanted to make sure that I would not be charged in the future because I would not be back to this car wash. He ensured me I was inly.oaying the $2 and I would not get charged in the future. I didnt sign anything other than the receipt for the car wash. Fast forward it is now october 11th, and I just got a charge for $34.99 out of my debit card. The man that told me about this two dollar wash, without my approval, when I paid for it, put my card on file to charge me monthly for something that I did not sign up for. This company has no one that you can get a hold of by phone, i log on and put in my cars information it tells me that I don't have a membership. So I have no way to receive a refund or cancel this. Buyer beware, when you go here, they will definitely scam you and I feel like I should report them for stealing my bank card information and charging me for something monthly that I never approved. Totally pissed - per your response- I did email that email address. And have not heard back. Waiting for a response so I can receive a refund. Your employees at that place have a bad business ethic. Even going online to your website. It says enter a member.I don't have one because I don't have a membership ? Its absurd, that your employee thinks it's okay to take people's cards without their permission and charge a monthly fee. I see that I am not the first person posting a review about this on here.

The crew here is top notch friendly! Facilities are always clean, the vacuums have great pressure and the car wash bays are open even when the rest of the facility is closed. You can even join their membership and get unlimited use of the car wash, vacuums, and air for your tires. In the winter this availability is great to keep my car clean and salt free.

Their best franchise I’ve ever been to in Massachusetts, the employees are very helpful and communicative and the service provided is of extreme quality.

Very high pressure sales. I repeatedly said I just wanted the $10 basic wash but the employee just kept me there trying to sell me a subscription. After several minutes of this, I agreed to a $2.99 1 month premium trial which I was assured several times would not auto renew. It auto renewed at $50/month. The "premium" wash quality was ok, it got rid of dust and road salt but not sap, bugs or bird droppings.

This review is for touchess car wash only: first touch less car wash that does not have a dryer. For a minimum of $18, this was not worth it. We ended up having to dry the car outside in the cold with our own rags. Unhappy customer.

BUYER BEWARE. I went to Prestige a few weeks ago for a basic wash, but when I pulled up to the pay station, a worker offered me a “free trial” premium wash — they explicitly told me, to my face, that there were no strings attached and that I would not be charged for a membership. We were moving out of state, so I explicitly told him, I did not want this. I trusted that assurance. I was never given any membership information, a sticker, or any notice that I was being enrolled in a program. Later, I saw on my credit card statement that I’d been charged for a full month of their membership! When I contacted customer service to explain what happened and asked to be refunded except for the cost of the basic wash I originally intended to buy, I was met with condescending and unhelpful responses. They repeatedly said they could only refund “the difference” between the membership and the wash I received — the most expensive one, of course. This is deceptive and unethical business behavior. It’s deeply concerning that staff are misleading customers into unwanted memberships and that management chooses not to make it right once notified. I would strongly urge anyone considering this place to be very cautious — and make sure to decline any so-called “free trial” offers. I’ll never return to Prestige and will be sharing this experience widely.

The first and only time I visited the Burlington, MA location I only wanted a single wash. The gentleman who I spoke to said I could try it for a month for $2.88. I told him that I DO NOT want to be charged past the $2.88 and he assured me that I would not be.This was a complete lie and a scam. I have requested a refund while I continue to be charged. I wish I read these reviews before I went because this sounds like their normal practice and it is unacceptable.

The toucheless bay isn't worth it. Not enough pressure to remove salt and dirt in the winter. The traditional brush bay does the job. Turning into the car wash from any direction requires parience. Reasonable prices. Free air.

My rear wiper was broken during the car wash today. A staff member found the broken part inside the machine, which was completely damaged and cannot simply be reattached. It needs a full replacement. While the staff was kind and provided a QR code to report the incident, this is still a serious issue. I’ll update my review after I see how they handle this. [Update] About five weeks later, I finally received a check covering the cost of the part. It does not include labor fees, but that’s fine because I installed the new part myself. However, they did not cover the tax.

Been here a few times always hoping it’ll be a better experience – it’s very convenient location. I can’t speak to the regular car wash, but the touchless one rarely is operational. There are two bays, one of which is always closed and the other works sometimes – long waits, chaotic entrance with very little signage. This last time we waited 20 minutes for three cars to go through only to have water only come out of the jets- no soap. When we got through pulled around to alert tenant he could only give us a QR code to request a refund, there were several people waiting to do this as well. I want this place to be better as it is close and affordable, but it’s just too unpredictable. They at least need an attendant manning the touchless area. It’s never less than a 20 to 25 minute wait & lots of confusion.

Extremely unprofessional experience. I went in for a regular wash, but the employee refused service unless I purchased a monthly plan, even shutting off the machine to block me from paying for a single wash. If regular washes aren’t allowed, it should be clearly stated on-site. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and the worker should be held accountable. Definitely won’t be returning.

Like a bunch of other people, a man told me I could get a special deal for $2.88, I said no and he insisted it was a special deal they were doing that day. Took my card somewhere and I saw nothing that was done. Eventually, caught wind of what was going on and canceled my membership. Still got charged for the next month. I tried calling them to cancel multiple times and they tell me they can’t help me. Awful customer service and they clearly are promoting this scam to make money to make up for their “deal”. I see the person jumping in here on the multiple other reviews mirroring mine acting surprised. It’s just an attempt to save face, you email that email and they don’t respond. You call the customer line and they tell you too bad. You can’t pretend to be surprised when multiple people have had the exact same complaints. 11/8/25 Oh look the bot replied with the same copy and paste message they posted on the dozen other scammed customers with irrelevant information because of course we call customer service to get a refund, you refuse to do one or take accountability for your business. Just let the bots take care of saving face.

One of the employees made us wait north of ten minutes while he hit on a girl to go through the wash. I tried to explain to him, that as a medical service provider, I was limited on time and had to go. He could’ve easily have easily pulled over. The individual then decided to scream at me to be patient; I had to wait another 5 minutes. Putting your needs, dating in front of the customer, cool.

Very very disappointed to say the least. Went down to wash my car because they had a touchless wash option. I put $20 cash in the machine to do my wash and the door to the bay never opened. One of the workers came out to see what was going on and after explaining to him what happened he told me to use the other bay. I told him I didn’t have the subscription service and that I had paid cash to which he walked away and went back inside. After sitting for about 10 minutes with no response from anyone, I walked inside to ask if I could just get my money back. I was told that there was no way to refund my cash and that my best bet was my credit card number in the comments of the refund request link. After stating that I did not want to provide my credit card information that way I was told to fill out the form and explain my story. After filling out the form several days ago, I have had no response from management and heard nothing about a refund. Once again, very, very disappointed from management and the way the situation was handled. Likely will not be returning.

Touchless bay left soap all over my car which then got all over my hands. Mass Ave Car wash in Lexington is a much better deal at $16 for their top touchless service and the car looks clean afterwards.
