I just started my $50 membership and so far so good. I’m able to wash everyday and vacuum my car and I love that for my vehicle. It stays nice and clean all the time. Thanks for opening up this company and creating the plans you created!

I was passing through Boston & needed a car wash. The attendant recommended I use the monthly subscription sign up in order to get a free car wash & I could simply cancel the next day. I tried three times to cancel the subscription but it kept saying “account could not be found” yet I was still charged the 35$. It’s been since Monday, I’ve called every single day & I’ve emailed ten times now. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve dealt with. I now get the luxury of canceling my card since you guys are literally scamming me. I don’t even live in the country why would I want to pay for a car wash I can never use.

I love prestige car wash however, this location's machine is terrible soap dispenser at the beginning was halfway spraying the rinsing and drying was way too short and cannot dry my car at all

service here is awful. I have the monthly membership. came up to the gate and was turned back because allegedly my membership was expired. they charge my card every 1st of the month. the payment is pending on the card because is a weekend. showed it to the guy at the gate and didn’t even bother to help. insisted that I had to get out of the line and leave; employees at this location don’t care a bit about their customers. Mind you I have been a member for over a year now.

Do not use this car wash. I used this car wash on 5/11/25 and it caused damage to my truck. Their machines ripped off my factory installed hood guard while inside the car wash. I submitted a claim but their loss prevention team but continued to deny it claiming that it was already damaged before but could not evidence it. I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

Horrible service at the South Bay location. Cars backed up constantly, gates not working properly, immature staff, equipment not working properly! A total.mess. Must go through nu.erois times to get car clean. I am on a monthly plan and am considering taking my business elsewhere. Do not recommend!

GOOD PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR WASH CLEAN. BUT BECAREFILUL YOU CANT GO THERE ON RAINY DAYS, BECAUSE ON THIS LOCATION THEY ALWAYS CLOSE WHEN IT RAINS. I HAVE BEEN THERE MANY TIMES WHEN IT RAUNS ANDBUT IS ALWAYS CLOSE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOUNG THERE WHEN THE RAIN COMES.

Bring your car here if you want to leave with scratches all over. The outdated car wash system they use leaves ridiculous scratches. If that’s not enough, The dryer barely works so you have to hand dry the entire vehicle.

While my overall experience with prestige car washes has been great; this location specifically sucks. The machines dont really wash your car properly and there is always soap and chemicals left on my car. They don't rinse or dry the car properly. If the service offered here was the same in all others I would cancel the subscription but I just go somewhere else... it sucks because this is close to my job... and its convenient so I still go there to do a quick wash and because its 1 per day I ca. Still go to a different one for a better wash. Quincy has a really good one that properly does the work. I live in boston but I will wait and go to Quincy if I have the time because it's much better.
