We’ve gone here for two years and always had good experiences (granted you pay for it, $250 for inside/outside detailing), but this past time it was like someone had spent 15 minutes on the car. The car still had things that were sticky from spills, areas that hadn’t been cleaned at all, fingerprints on the outside, and definitely no semblance of that new car smell they used to be so great at. Not sure what happened but won’t be returning, huge waste of money. For anyone reading reviews — updating that 100% this review is for this business, just didn’t particularly want to get it reserviced after the last go (it takes about a half day between drop off and pick up). Car was serviced on 4/6 and is a Malibu. We reached out to the owner at his request but never heard back.

I had a great detailing experience at Bradford Auto Wax. I had the 2-step interior detail done for my car. I have a dog and light colored fabric seats, so my car gets pretty dirty. They were able to get out long set in stains (even coffee) and left my car looking brand new. I also really appreciate that they don't use super strong smelling chemicals because I'm sensitive to scents. It only took about two hours and they were very professional. A tip for those having trouble finding it- the garage entrance is actually on Broad Street, just before you turn onto State Street.

This place made my beat up SUV and made it look brand new! The owner is so kind and makes sure you are well taken care of from the moment you make an appointment. The workers there are wonderful, and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The owner even called after to make sure everything was done to my liking. All this plus a great car wash, I will definitely be coming back & highly recommend!

I brought my Volkswagen to 75 State Street for a wash/wax/vacuum and was extremely pleased with the results. Alberto was very pleasant and did great job on the car. Bradford auto wax made my 10 year old beach going, hiker lover, dog owner Jeep Wrangler look like new. I really didn’t have high expectations just knowing how bad I had let my car get over the last 10 years. I got a gift card to get it detailed and Bradford auto wax did not disappoint. The car looks fantastic. While the car looks great, the best part of my experience was the customer service. I spoke directly with Billy and he made sure that I was satisfied and helped set me up for success. I really appreciate that customer service and it really made the experience great. First time for us using Bradford- in fact first time ever having our car interior detailed. Since we live in the financial district, it was super convenient to bring the car to 75 State garage. Both Billy and Alberto were extremely accommodating and responsive. The car looks amazing! Definitely recommend if you want your car to look like new!!
