Absolutely ridiculous. Got my car was on 5/23 in the morning. Went thru the auto one. it stoped half way thru. Sat there for over 5 minutes and moved onto the self serve. Paid over 25 bucks for a wash just to get the job done after the machine should’ve done it for me. Like I paid for. I want my money back!

This place is terrible! I have never been to a car wash where there is no staff on site! I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody. I was stuck in the tunnel today for over 15 mins going back and forth. I didn’t receive a wash at all I called the phone number while stuck in the tunnel multiple times and still no answer or reply nor was their any staff available. Please don’t waste your time coming here. I spent 12 at this wash to get stuck, no wash at all and still no call back.

$5 for 7 minutes, but it takes at minimum 1 minute for water to start and another minute for the soap to dispense from brush. Dryer was weaker than my blow dryer at home. 2 stars because their vacuums are decent I guess but tokens or quarters only (the wash can be tokens, quarters, or card) and because they are 24 hours.

Been going to this place for years but it looks like their quality of their washes has gone downhill. I liked the place because of the prices and usually it isn't busy but for $15 this place is no longer worth it. Look at the photos...this was right after I got home. The car wash doesn't even wash their own soap off. The more expensive and newer car wash on the other side of 87th will get my business moving forward.

Avoid this place! The auto car wash sucks! It does not clean your wheels at all and still leaves dirt on the car! This place use to be awesome. The old owner cared and was always there to help is something was off. The new guys suck. They just want your money

This is the worst car wash I’ve ever used. My car literally comes out dirtier after the wash than it was when I entered. I contacted the owner to explain my concerns and what I thought might be wrong with the wash and he said everything would get resolved. I never heard from him again. The lower half of my car all the way around has kicked on dirt that must be from them never washing out the bay. This is the automated wash not the self wash. I wouldn’t recommend anybody spend a dollar at this place.

Best Kept secret Touchless car wash in the KC METRO AREA. As someone who cannot stand brush car washes and would much rather spray it down myself, this has been my go-to for a quick touchless wash. There are tons of negative reviews, but that's from the previous owner of the car wash because since then this thing has been renovated and works extremely well. They even have the option to become a member and pay a monthly fee and you just pull up to the car wash and scan the code with your phone. Best part about it, It's 24 HOURS!!

Point of Sale equipment works 70% of the time, at best. Over the last 10 years, this place has continuosly struggled to keep their electronic payment systems up and running. Yesterday was the last attempt, with neither of the two automatic bays reading cards. Cash may have worked for these businesses 30 years ago, but those days have gone.

This review is of the self service bays only. These guys must've changed hands a few years back as it used to be decent, now it's an unmanaged ZOMBIE WASH. Don't count on pre-soak, tire cleaner or distilled water rinse working. The dryers also blow, either completely out of order or poorly rigged together. Today I had to go there against better judgement as I needed a quick wash and it's the only one by my house, it literally would not accept payment and start the wash. I tapped card and it said we don't do that, transaction failed. I swiped card and it said insert chip, transaction failed. I inserted chip, transaction failed. Tried another card, no luck. I then got in car and moved to another bay, same thing. Got frustrated and left. You know a place is unmanaged if they don't even have the decency to accept payment before screwing you. 11/25/25 Update - Went again today hoping things had gotten better. Still blows. At least they had the decency to add white out to spot free rinse this time. Now the washer tips no longer rotate and are put on at a diagonal, so water shoots out the wrong way when you hold like a normal person :( thy also turned off heaters to blowers now. Didn’t think it could get worse.

This car wash is way overpriced more than half the settings don't work. The engine tire cleaner literally blows air. The wax setting does not spray wax. Oh and the hose Air dryer barely blows any air at all definitely not enough to dry anything. I wouldn't waste my money here again. The rest of the settings are scribbled or scratched out

They don’t use hot water, pre soak seems to be just regular soap on low pressure, auto wash looks bad after everything drys. The general condition of the facility and equipment is crusty. So many better places to go, don’t waste your money! Edit: One more thing! The spot free rinse is just low pressure water. Should not have a bunch of dissolved solids in it, that’s what makes “spot free” rinse spot free.

This car wash sucks! Credit card portal does not work and when pay with cash it had no change in it. No body was onsite to get my change and they don’t answer their phone. The quality of the wash was extremely poor too, paid for a medium- high wash and left with a dirty car. Terrible place and service. Don’t go there. Waste of time and money.

I just went to the automatic car wash. And there's dirt on my car still and I put $14 in i can put two dollars in and do a better job. You can still see a layer of dust on it so trash carwash

I already have Ceramic Pro, so water beads off my car really well. This review is for anyone who wants to protect their paint. If you have a new car, avoid brush washes. Those rollers can cause scratches. This is one of the best touchless car washes around Overland Park. The water spray and drying system could be better, but overall, it does the job. If paint protection matters to you, touchless is the way to go.
