Worst car wash ever!!! The whole inside of my car was still dirty and the outside was barely touched , the only thing they did was run it through and wipe the water off the outside for $15

I was not happy when I got home and found they had not vacuumed the rear of my little station wagon at all. They appear to be understaffed and not very motivated.

I took my white car to them.they couldn't even clean it.tried to argue that the dirt was in the paint. Should've followed my first instinct and went to another company they sorry as hell!!!

My windows were nasty, also they didn’t even wipe the inside down. Very dissatisfied . Bought the great package and it was the worse one . Will never go back there again. Money wasted

All of the staff was professional unfortunately I can't say that the work was the best. If I'm bringing my car to you to clean it, then I expect the job to be done correctly all the way around, but I guess you get what you pay for

Told me that they will not clean my seats because of the type that they are (light gray fabric)... said that it's too hard to clean and causes more dirt to come up, in which they did not want to be responsible for it looking worse afterwards

shady employees, left missing a watch that was in my center console (granted I should have removed it prior to the wash but still).. couple of employees became a little aggressive when approached... the car did look slightly better though. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Wish I could give 0 stars. There was only 1 guy there working but also no other customers. It was a waste of $20. Didn't hardly vacuum anything. Nor clean the doors, cup holders, or really anything inside. I would never go there again.

These gentlemen were professional and kind. My wife and I pulled in about 10 min before closing when most employees would be "checked out" and ready to go home. These guys told us to "pull right up! We'll get you taken care of". Generous and professional and a great wash too!

Although the place is a bit far from where I live - I loved the work. Rich was very responsive and the person who worked on my car(Mark) was very professional. They cleaned up a lot of stains from my car seat. Wax work made my car shine like a new penny. Would highly recommend west end.
