These guys seemed like they were going to be so convenient, I overlooked the high cost ($180 for a Nissan Sentra). But they got lost coming to my place of work- and blamed ME for the problem. They finally got there, but the car didn't look that great. I expected for that amount of money the seats would be cleaned -not just vacuumed. And they didn't even vacuum between the upper and lower parts of the seat! They were also too lazy to clean the windows above where they met the door(put the window partway down to clean). The scuffs on the hood weren't buffed out. I wouldn't use these guys ever again.

I have taken my vehicles to a number of detail shops in the area leaving very unhappy. About a year ago I took my wife's truck to Premier and I don't have to drive any further than Holland, Ohio to get all my vehicles detailed to the extreme. Nassim (the owner) always makes sure my vehicles are top notch with every nook a cranny cleaned.....trust me I check. Reggie is the one who usually puts in the work and I am very satisfied with how much attention to detail he pays when working on all three of my vehicles. Thanks fellas I will see you soon.

Over all they did a fantastic job on my vehicle. Was impressed as to how clean they they got seats. Only complaint I have is the smell. At first it was ok. Each day just got worse and worse. Asked others to snell to make sure it wasn't just me and they agreed it had a smell. Couldn't figure out what it smelled like, then it hit me, the blue stuff you smell in a Porta potty. Exact same smell. So not too happy with it.

Charged me almost three hundred dollars to tell me to buy seat covers, still had previous owners pet hair in the back and then sent me home to auto bomb my own car with a canister that didn't work. Fooled me once, you don't get twice.

I have been taking my car and my company's pool cars here for years. They do an amazing job. My car is a 2013 and people think that it's only a couple years old at most. Our company cars are so filthy when I take them in and look brand new by the time they are done. I highly recommend them!

OMG! My jeep was really bad! I had dog hair that was building up for over a year. I tried myself to get it out . Nothing worked. I took my jeep to premier. Not only did they get the hair out but they made everything nice and shiny. Well worth the money. The owner is extremely nice along with his employees. If you need your car detailed go see them . You won't regret it!

If you expect attention to detail then I recommend trying somewhere else. I dropped my vehicle off early, with their permission, because it was easier to coordinate a ride. I was scheduled for Wednesday but dropped it off Monday afternoon. They called 4 times after dropping it off to pick it up because they finished it on Tuesday. When I arrived Wednesday the vehicle was parked outside in the sun. I immediately see a scuff that was there before drop-off, indicating the extra money spent for a full exterior buff is wasted. The owner rubbed the scuff off with his finger which demonstrates the simplicity to remove and should have been removed when buffed. The windows all have swirls including the windshield. The included picture is where my kid rubs his feet on the back of the passenger seat, I try to keep him from doing it but kids, and as you can see it wasn't cleaned well. When I pointed these things out the owner started blaming me for the vehicle being there extra time and that I need to remember how many miles it has. He only gave excuses and no apologies. He kept stating he saw his employee buffing my car. If you did then your quality control and inspection sucks. I have been told on several occasions my vehicle is one of the cleanest 100k plus mile vehicles. I keep my vehicle clean and in good condition hence paying for what I thought would be a professional job. In short, if you want to pay for expertise and feel like you received a good value go somewhere else.

Great group of people. They were able to get me in quickly (same day) for interior and exterior. I hauled bags of mulch in my SUV and it smelled awful. They got it looking and smelling new again! And, they provided shuttle service as I live near the shop. I will definitely use their services again.

My car was a disaster. I never thought I would see it look clean again. Dog hair literally EVERYWHERE! I can of pop exploded, just a mess!! I called Premier and they got me in right away, they were very honest and very reasonably priced. They are a super sweet, very kind, very hard working guys. I was so impressed when I picked up my car a cried!!! I highly recommend these guys for any detailing needs!! Exceeded my expectations. I’m upset I didn’t take a before and after picture!! They lured me in with a cheap price of $180 for a interior and exterior detail of a full sized lifted truck, which I see is what another customer paid for a Nissan Sentra. They offer full service shampoo and only spot shampooed the driver's side where the salt residue was from winter. After a few days have gone by I noticed that they sprayed something on the salt residue to hide it for the time being. So I guess it was more of a vacuum and cover up job. He missed bug guts on the bumper in which I had to point out and he cleaned after the fact. I was told that the engine compartment would be power washed and dressed and it wasn't. When I got into the truck and ready to leave I noticed that my radio was used. I WILL NOT be going back nor recommend this place to anyone. They claim to provide services and not follow through.

Everyone that I interacted with was so so helpful and kind. My car was a total mess after I had a water leak, and it is so clean smells amazing AND I was able to get in quick and they had it done same day. Highly recommend, great people.
