Friendly staff. It's hard to clean your car while vacuuming with the loud music screaming in your ears from the car sitting in the stall beside you. Please get this under control or simply lose business.

Everything works, which is amazing cuz most car washes you can't even get the vacuum cleaners to come on, if they do they have no suction power.. so yes this one gets five stars!

Place started out strong. Now one thing or another is broken and the top of our truck doesn't get washed. Happened when first opened, buy not now. Not worth monthly charge if not receiving all services.

Back of vehicle never gets washed. Literally have to clean the back yourself after wash everytime. Not sure what the brushes are doing back there. They should prep the rear of every vehicle just like front. Back glass barely gets wash by top brushes. Pretty new car wash but quality of wash is not the greatest. Tire shine is hit or miss. Does better on trucks and SUV but not sedans with thin tires.

I used car wash once in February and paid 20.00 but have been billed monthly for 7 months at 40.00 since. I never signed up for service and have emails confirming they canceled it but still being billed. My bank hasn't even been able to stop charges. DO NOT RECOMMEND and they will not answer or return a call!

I get a great carwash every time I go there. I like the monthly pricing. I get as many washes as I want for that price. The license plate access makes it easy to navigate the pay station. You can also get cards to use or gift. I like the vacuum area. They have drying rags, compressed air, and 15+ vacuum spaces. You can dispose of your trash while there.

This place has gone way downhill since it opened. There is ALWAYS something broken in the wash but today was the most ridiculous I’ve ever seen it. The brush for the left side of the car didn’t work nor did the center brush for the hood/windshield. Don’t even ask about the high pressure rinse because that hasn’t worked in months. So basically it washed the right side of the car and put a heavy spot of tire shine on about a quarter of the tires. Why don’t the owners maintain this place?

We paid for the car wash. After the first washing, the roof and top of my trunk was still dirty. The gentleman we spoke to explained there was a part in the wash bay they were waiting on to get serviced so we were let through a second time without charge, which I though was very nice. But even after the second run, there wasnt any improvement. It was nice being able to use the vacuum bay after the washing for free (even though the vacuums have pitiful suction) No disrespect to the staff here. This place hasnt been open long. It's in a great location. To the owner and manager: Do regular check ups on your equipment every week? Maybe pick a day during the week where the lights in the wash bay are not being run? Bright, flashing lights are a sensory overload for some people.
