The car wash did not fully wash the car. The soap did not come out of the wand. It was a waste of 10 dollars.

Not the best. Not the worst. Pain in the a** to get out of when the the place next door blocks the side of the building with huge trucks. I prefer foam and wash though.

Very friendly & customer service based owner, had a small problem first time with water pressure and called the number on the board. It was answered by the owner and he immediately gave me 3 free washes.

The owner does not want you to use the change machine to get quarters here!! I just got done getting my weekly wash, and was getting quarters to vacuum and got yelled at for it! LMAO Get your car washed down the street, this owner has terrible people skills!!

A little better than it used to be. π The biggest difference was the "clear" soap! Must be state of the art technology. Very impressive!!! π§ I'm giving you three stars because you're still in operation.

The card readers don't work and neither does the spot free rinse. Plus it's a cold water wash. Go to the Foam and Wash on Grand Avenue in Poughkeepsie instead.

The cleanest self-wash carwash I've ever seen. Well maintained, so there are no broken wands and such. Modern features, like taking credit cards in the wash bays. One bay is an automatic brushless wash that works very well. (Drive in slowly to get the full benefit of the underbody wash.)

I do wish they had a rug beater but the ultimate wash got my car sparkly clean! Vaccuums available and other handy car cleaning stuff. Just drive slow in and out of the laser wash to get the full benefit of the pre spray and the dry!

Wanted to stop and get my car washed, but the card readers wouldnβt take my card (even though itβs an accepted type or card) and there was no attendant to be seen.

Good place to wash your car but the card readers all are junk in the stalls. I've had to leave numerous times summer and winter because it wouldn't run my card. Fix this please!

Just a typical do it yourself carwash. The touch free auto car wash is good in the winter when you just want to get the salt off your car and don't want to freeze doing it yourself. I recommend getting the rather pricey platinum wash which blasts water on the under-carriage of your car - it actually does a pretty good job for a touchless car wash.

This car wash is top-notch! The automatic wash was super clean, quick, and did a great job on my car. I have also used the self-serve bay, and it was incredibly easy to useβtook my card with no issues. I was there really late and needed to save time, so having a 24/7 option was a huge help. Definitely my go-to spot from now on!

This is the worst car wash Iβve ever wasted my money at. At least they paved over the dirt parking lot you used to drive directly out of the wash into. The spot free rinse doesnβt work, the pre soak doesnβt work, the high pressure soap is basically the same as the high pressure rinse, and the hard, recycled water isnβt even heated. Water spots are so bad itβs actually counter productive to wash your vehicle here. Had to go home and buff the hard water deposits off. Unfortunately, I am forced to give them an entire star, but itβs not even worth that.

Absolutely the worst car wash Iβve ever been to. $2.50 to start absolutely no soap comes out and the time is not comparable per minute with other local car washes or any car wash that I have ever been to. Left with a dirty car and out eight dollars.

I had a issue with my membership, and was unsure how to get access. Patrick was there and helped me with it all. Very respectful and helpful. Good wash! Also gave me cloths and protectant for my car.

Couldn't fit my truck in the automatic wash and was dressed for the office, so a kind employee offered to hose it off for me in a self service bay. I didn't know that kind of genuine kindness and customer service even existed anymore. Well done!

Hands down the worst car wash ever!! Nothing ever works here. Just the other day I was charged ten dollars for a four minute car wash. I ran my card again. Charged me another ten dollars for another four minutes. This place is Terrible!!

This car wash was extremely disappointing. It is merely a spray service, no rollers at all. It will get off some of the dirt, but does not wash the car. This is a car βrinse.β You will also need time as it is more than five minutes per car. We sat for 35 minutes waiting to just get our car in. We will not use this service again.

Iβm giving Pleasant Valley Car Wash one star because the wash simply didnβt do its job. After driving through, my car was still visibly dirty, especially along the sides and lower panels. This wasnβt light road dustβit was obvious enough that it looked like I hadnβt gone to a car wash at all. What made it worse was what happened right after. I picked up a friend, and he actually suggested I should go to the car wash because of how dirty my car looked. I had to tell him I had just come from this one. That pretty much sums up the experience. For something thatβs supposed to be quick and straightforward, the results were extremely disappointing. When you pay for a car wash, the bare minimum expectation is that your car comes out looking noticeably cleaner. That didnβt happen here. Iβm not expecting perfection from a drive-through wash, but there should be a clear difference before and after. Unfortunately, that wasnβt the case. I wonβt be returning, and Iβd recommend checking your vehicle closely before leaving if you decide to use this location.
