I brought my car here to get the insides cleaned. It was a mess. I picked it up and it looks like it came off the dealership lot as a brand new car!!! They even did my sons car seat. I have called this detailing shop to have my car picked up, detailed and dropped off three times in the past year since moving to CT. Every single time they take my number down, promise me they value my business and will call me back to schedule a service date. Not even one call back. Enough yeah saying and eventually your business is meaningless. I would’ve gladly plucked down the cash for their service, but it really seems like they didn’t really care about or value me as a customer. I don’t really understand where this seemingly wanton neglect of a willing customer comes from. Nor do I understand why they are so highly rated.

AAA and Absolutely Amazing, another of Bristol's "Hidden Gems". I brought my deep red 2 year old SUV in after being quoted 4 digit estimates from an incident where someone dropped a bucket of bright blue paint on Rte 9. The paint was all over the front half of the car and whoever dropped it was long gone. Fran and his crew made my car look showroom new again. Every part of the transaction was easy and smooth. You will love what happens to your vehicle when you bring it to Absolute Shine.

Called Fran the morning of, requesting to have my black full sized Tundra detailed to get the maximum value before trading my truck in. He explained that he had a full schedule but will try to fit it in. He was able to buff and polish the paint and cleaned up the interior completely that day. Fran and his team are amazing!! I’ve owned my car for 4+ years and between all life things have never kept up with the cleaning I should have, especially with a very shedding dog. So, finding this local spot with good reviews and from word of mouth, I had high expectations but they surpassed them! It’s beautiful! I mean my inside of my car looks brand new, I mean smells brand new, looks brand new and I am just again, shocked! Thank you SO much. Ask to have the inside of my car detailed, but specially the smoke smell. They put an ozone machine in it overnight and sprayed the seats with cleaner. When I got the car back there was still pet fur on the seats and the inside windows hadn't been washed. I don't think it was worth $140

I got white overspray on two of my employees trucks. Both trucks are black, which is a pain to keep looking good without adding swirl marks. After the detail the trucks look better than before. He took his time and was up front about the difficulty of the process. He got them so shiny and got rid of all the swirl marks from years of grim and dirt scratching the paint. Anyone who owns or has owned a black vehicle knows what im talking about. Its a great place to go to. It was a absolute great decision to go here. Very polite and knowledgeable person to conduct business with. And I great eye for fine detail.
