Happy About the New Owners that brought the Car Wash 3months ago. They pre-wash your car & get all the areas the brushes may miss in the car wash and they have the person after that helps to dry it!!! I really appreciate the new car wash and how they do things. Before I would take it through 3-4x and it still wouldn't get fully clean! So I had stopped going for a long time. Now I'm more than happy to return to the New Owners at Platinum Car Wash!!! We will be hsppily returning with our cars!!! And it doesn't cost and arm & s keg for a simple wash! They are Efficient and professional!!!

DON'T GO to this place today may 24 at 5 pm the machine got stuck in between my mirror and the plastic scratch the paint i try to stop the machine but the wheel under my car just keep puching my car .The owner was their the only thing he said was get a new one. The young man there working told me take the place to court i have an audi and its fine.This place i would not recomend this place to no one it be interesting that the machine have not gotten fix and they can't do anything about it. So upset about it.

So a $4 carwash turned into a $500 expense... they were nice enough to show me the big sign where it says "we are not responsible for that" so yeah you get what you pay for... so from now on I'll gladly pay $14 at complete auto wash philly 918 E hunting park ave. Or I'll just wash it myself. 🤷‍♂️😡

I took my suburban here to get cleaned, it was covered in dust before it went through and literally after going through this car wash and getting wiped down my hood looked like a mirror. It showed a PERFECT reflection of what was in front/above it. I would HIGHLY recommend this car wash to anyone who needs a quality wash. 100/10. Tim is so friendly and professional, he seems like an AWESOME human. They must be proud to have a hardworking employee like him.

Great car wash. Don't expect to get your car vacuumed, unless you do it yourself, they're always too busy to do it. Price is fair. I usually tip more then I pay for the wash because I want my tires done right and they should be no matter what, however I guess it's just how it is. Staff is pleasant enough. There's usually a line. Goes fast however.

Paid for services not received. Tires were not shined and my vehicle was still dirty after wash. Vacuum suction was awful, guy next to me even asked if mine was working. It also left a funky smell. Won’t be using this one again and won’t recommend to anyone.

It a worse experience ever. I was there today. The price went up and can understand that but now you have to pay the vacuum as well. $1 for 5 minutes. I was there for the regular one pay the lowest one $6 by giving them 6 bills of one. The car wash was done but when I was going to do the vacuum I saw that I have to pay as well. The car wash employee told me it is $1. Normally I can pay directly with quarter through the vacuum machine and start using it but look like the paiement system attached on those machines aren’t working. So I when back and told the employee about and he pointed another machine that i should pay there to start using it but the machine only receives bills no quarter. I told him I have quarters can he change it for me to a dollar bill he say no they don’t have change with attitude. Remember I gave 6 bills of dollar to wash the car. The worst is when we were exchanging he has the cashier open. Look he was giving some change to someone or putting money in it… I was shocked… i used to go there a lot before. And at one point they closed it for renovation. If that is the renovation with those employees it’s the worst. I will definitely no going there anymore

Extremely rude. Staff member falsely claims to be owner while be disrespectful and called customers liars causing the children with customer to cry. No "out of order sign" was posted at dog wash station and when customer requested money back the staff member became belligerent and refused to return the money. That staff member is a representation of them and that's it's be represented. Truly upsetting. I will not be recommending this place to anyone after seeing that.
