Today 4/28/2025 I took my vehicle to Pit Stop on N Harbor City Blvd., Melbourne. I want to thank Danny, the manager today, for his help and kindness extended to me. After locking my keys, phone etc in car he graciously offered me his phone to call a friend for help. He also offered to get me some water, brought me a chair and suggested getting out of hot sun! While waiting, Danny kept checking on me. I’m most appreciative for his help and compassion shown to me today!

No longer offer $5.00 Wednesday. It difficult to get in, they have a pre wash area but it in a bad spot, feel like your a sitting target when pre washing if someone tries to turn in at the last second. The drive thru was is just okay. The vacuum area needs attention the vacuum itself was broken and had to move, fix all the vacuum! They do offer free rags, to dry your vehicle, which came out extremely wet, the clean bucket of rags all feel damp, some where not clean

These guys are good and they care about doing a good job! I can still do better by washing my truck myself, but for the time and money, this is an excellent option. I have the membership and I go by at least 2-4 times per week and these guys are way better than the competition.

as someone who babies his car, I was very worried on the reviews of car wash around here, especially for me to visit here for the weekend. luckily I found this car wash, friendly staff, quick wash but also very efficient, got all the nasty bugs off my car. highly recommend, will come back next time when I am in town.

My car had light dust and dirt from sitting in a parking lot for a couple of months. I brought it in to get it washed before I did a wax/ceramic coat on it. I bought the basic ($5) wash. It was still really dirty on the hood and on the back of the car, and the dryer didn’t work well so the car was still wet. They told me I needed to hand wash it first, and pointed me to the buckets with water and then they would let me run it through for free. I told him that was the whole point of bringing it to a car wash, I didn’t wanna hand wash it myself. In any case I did the hand wash and re-ran it through. Unfortunately there were still dirt in the areas that I had not hand washed and again the dryer didn’t work so the car was wet and full of water spots. I told the attendant that this was not acceptable. He told me this is what I should expect for the basic car wash and that I needed to buy the more expensive wash if I wanted the car to be clean and to get dried properly. He asked me if I wanted the more expensive wash. I said absolutely not, I’m going to take it to a car wash that actually washes and drys my car. I have come here many times of the last several years. Needless to say I will never be coming back.

Last couple months they have been closed a lot. Now the place has been closed for last five days every time I went by. Have left two phone messages to cancel two vehicles. Message on machine gives email address that I can't understand because of the wind. Try website & you are directed to Mississippi & they don't have anything to do with this place. I left first message Friday, then had a $29 charge added to my credit card on Sunday. Called again yesterday & left another message.

Not sure if the vehicles are being pushed thru to fast or if it is just bad brushes but it did not even touch the very front or the very rear of my vehicle I had to go over it by hand and re-clean it. But the tires were Cleand well and they used plenty of soap they did not cheap out on that. If they adjust or replace the brushes so they work properly they would be a 5 star car wash.

Just got this car three weeks ago and most people know how dirty looking white cars can get. Took it to Pit Stop Cat wash and it’s looking like a brand new car. (Even though it’s a 2010...hahah) I highly recommend this place. It’s affordable and you car will come out spotless.

Do NOT go here! I got the $10 car wash. When I was going through, it looked like the brush came down in the middle of the hood, not in front of it. Immediately after while I was vacuuming my car, I noticed the entire back of my car still had so much dust that I could write my name in it...same with the front. I notified the guy working and he told me to "go use the buckets and brushes across the parking lot to clean my car and then he'll send it through again for free". I did end up doing this in the hot sun. If I wanted to wash my car by hand, I would have gone to a self-wash place! I will definitely never go here again!!

Awesome car wash, great make over!... Best $3 car wash around, and free vacuums!... You can't beat that!.... best way in is southbound US 1 or if your going north make a left on Sarno, and your first right, Myrtle Ave, follow it down and it's right there, alot easier then turning off of US 1, Theres no excuse for a dirty car! 🚗...This place rocks! Great attendants on site also, check it out!

This is the only car wash that I’ve used since I moved to the area over four years ago. I took it through the wash about 6 wks ago and about 1/3 of the way through I heard a little rumble sound and then I got an alert on my dash that said one of my tires had no air. I thought maybe a sensor got dislodged or something, but when I was able to inspect my car by the vacuum I realize that the tire stem had been sheared clean off. The employees here were utterly unhelpful with one suggesting that perhaps a jilted ex lover had done this. I know you can’t see my eyes rolling but I don’t have any exes in Florida, period. Keep in mind I had been running errands all morning. I had just come up eau gallie causeway, and if my tire stem had been sheared off, I’m pretty sure it would’ve been flat before I even got to the car wash.. Anyway the other employee took down my information, but crickets. Never heard from the owner. Luckily for me “Freddy” from the tire shop next door is serious about earning his money and once notified about the situation was at my side with a tire jack, pronto. He quickly took the tire off and replaced the stem. Cost me $25, bringing my car wash total to $33. Definitely can’t ever go back after that. Might visit that tire shop though.

I have been a member here for at least 10 years and it has changed hands a few times. The only time I can go is after work around 6. They are open till 7 however there is no lights and it is hard to see what you are doing. Fine in the summer when it stays lighter longer. My main reason for this review however is how bad it has gotten there. They use to have towels out for you to use now they keep them in the back and to get anyone’s attention is really hard. The last 2 times I have gone they have already put the buckets to prewash away and Tonight I couldn’t even get a towel to dry my car. it’s mostly new people working there now and customer service is not something they care about. Going to try to cancel my membership tomorrow no idea how to do that but i will figure it out. I really hate to switch this one is so convenient but there are other choices. I have left a 5 star review for here in the past but no way I could give 5 stars now. They really need to do better.
