We had East from PFB auto detailing come out to detail our Lexus. East was here promptly at 7:00am and worked diligently for 12 hours!!!!he polished and restored every single inch of that car both inside and out, to include the Upholstry, the carpets and mats and the engine compartment. The car looks better then brand new!!!!! And it smells wonderful! It was a great experience and we can not give PFB Mobile Detailing a higher rating. 5 Star all the way!, 👍👍👍👍👍

Lots of other neighbors recommended PFB to us and we were certainly not disappointed! We had two cars detailed (interior and exterior), a 2-year-old Infiniti QX50 SUV and a 5-year-old Mini Cooper Convertible. Both turned out beautifully! My Mini hasn't been this beautiful since I drove it out of the dealership brand new. PFB owner East was meticulous in cleaning Arizona dust out of every crevice. He was prompt and professional. We will definitely call on him at least once a year to keep our cars looking great. Very highly recommended!

Thoroughly impressed with this company. They showed up on time, very professional and his attention to detail was spectacular! East, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the various options offered and suggest which he felt would be best for my vehicle. Exactly what you would expect from any high quality company. I had some visible scratches on my BMW X5 and he was able to completely remove them! My paint felt like it was sparkling! Inside and out I felt like I had a brand new car. So happy I chose PFB Mobile Auto Detailing for this work. I highly recommend them and would definitely be using them again!

Eastman and his partner Brad at PFB Mobile Auto Detailing are incredible. We have a 2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV so a lot of ground to cover. The entire left side of the car and the roof had a ton of water spots on it and was able to completely remove them. They pay attention to every detail, thorough and pleasant to work with. Will definitely be using them again.

East is very knowledgeable with auto paint corrections and protective coatings and does great work! You can tell he is passionate and truly cares about his name being behind only quality work, I went to East having an existing issue with my clear coat on my truck and instead of just selling me on products and expensive coatings that are designed to protect an already good existing paint job, he got me up to speed on what was going on with my trucks paint and clear coat and he helped me to find much cheaper alternatives and simple application polymer coatings to help protect my clear coat without breaking the bank and he was up front and honest with me that my truck will just need to be re painted eventually no ways around it. East is not like many other salesman out there that will make money off of you knowing that it’s not the correct route to take, he’s up front and honest which is hard to find these days.

PFB did a fantastic job on my wife’s car. After moving to Surprise from out of state, I was looking for a quality and trustworthy detailing service that I could use regularly for all my vehicles. I made a great choice right from the start with East, owner of PFB. During our first conversation, I found East very friendly and easy to talk with. He patiently answered all my questions and quickly demonstrated the knowledge and ability for first class detailing. During the week leading up to my scheduled detail, East communicated with me and then arrived timely at my home. He and Brad seemed very genuine and easy going. After going over the work to be completed, they thoroughly washed the car on my driveway before pulling it into the garage to complete the detail work. Throughout the morning I checked on their progress and found neither of them rushing to finish the job. East and Brad have a passion for cars and their satisfaction was in making my wife’s car look great. That’s exactly what they accomplished. I am a new customer and I would be remiss if I didn’t share my experience with PFB! I own a 1997 Jaguar XK8 convertible, it’s triple black in color! Just about everyone knows that black cars are hard to keep looking good and shiny! I have been in a lot of car shows with it and with not much response in the compliment department! The paint had what I call minute but visible to the eye(in sunlight) spider web scratches and paint swirls, causing the paint to look dull and old looking! I found PBF complete car detailing and hired them to detail my paint and make it like new again! When I saw the products that they use and all the equipment (Polishes and Buffers)’to get the job done right, it built my confidence to move forward and have them do my car! I was absolutely blown away when I saw the fruit of their effort and how my car looked, it looked like a brand new car. I’ve entered it in 2 Car Shows since and I’ve gotten many more compliments and even received a plaque for Best Import! East knocked out my 64 impala and got that paint looking like glass. Black is very hard to manage and is the original paint on this car. It looks like it just rolled out of the dealer. East is a transparent, honest very self disciplined individual who works very hard on these cars and puts in the time it takes to get the job done far exceeding expectations. I always support small business veteran owned companies and this is another one at the top of my list of companies i will always use and refer to anyone. You get what you pay for, he’s not a 100$ wash and wax guy that any car wash can do. Wanted to share a great review of PFB Detailing. East did an amazing job with my Model X. Bought this car from the east coast and drove it home. There was a ton of buildup and gunk all over the car. The exterior was rough, both aesthetically and physically to the touch. East and I met the night before when I dropped the car off. We spoke in detail about the car, and how rough it was coming a cold weather location. I let him know that anything is an upgrade from what it is now. The next day, I picked it up, and to my amazement, the car looked brand new. Sure there were small chips and the such, but the car is 7 years old with 75k miles, things happen. East did an amazing job detailing the car's exterior. The color popped back to life and the surfaces were all completely decontaminated of crud and gunk. The surface of the car was fresh and smooth to the touch, it was immaculate. The communication and incredible outcome were second to none and I would strongly recommend East to detail anyone's car, the work is absolutely incredible. Thank you, East for such a great outcome, and I will reach out to you soon for another detail!
