I've been going back and forth on whether or not to write this review, but I can't get over how bothered I am that I paid a ridiculous amount of money for such a bad cut on my dog. I have been bringing him here for almost 3 years to see the same groomer, who was amazing, but left. I brought him in around a month ago, got charged $20 MORE than I normally do, and the haircut was so bad. I've tried in the past to do a trim on him myself, but I'm not very good at it and it doesn't look great. That's why I take him in, but this last time I took him, his cut looked like ones I have given him in the past. I expect more from someone who has been trained specifically to groom dogs. I'm really disappointed.

I got a bearded dragon and it's so cute and is very healthy - new update all there pets are healthy that they sell but they do not have a vet currently they are looking for someone to replace that spot but they will help you out if you need somewhere to find!

Always a pain to buy fish without getting grilled and lectured by a teenager on the size of the tank. I can adopt a cat, go to the shelter and get a dog, no questions asked, but not fish. Smh

Associates were very unhelpful and the manager was rude and walked away when I tried to ask a question. If it wasn’t the only place in town to get live food for my animals I’d never come back

1 register open on Xmas eve with a line to the back of the store. Backup for 10 minutes would've gotten the line down quickly.

After going in 3 times over the last month or so, I finally decided to leave a review. They have someone named Chris that works there that if you ask for a 29 cent Goldfish proceeds to berate you for not having a large enough tank. I watched him rudely interact with a Grandma who was attempting buy a fish for her grandkids. They were all excited until Chris came over and told them he was refusing to sell them a fish unless they had at least 10 gallons per fish. When he was asked why they sell fish and keep hundreds in a tank, he responded that it was due to corporate greed. He then said if you want a fish buy a Betta and walked away. In the 20 minutes while I was waiting for my turn to get a few fish for my tank, he interacted in the same manner with everyone. Every time I have been in and he has been in the fish area, he interacts with everyone the same way. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and he appears to revel in dashing the hopes of young kids looking for a fish. All I can say is if you want any fish from PetSmart, run if Chris attempts to help you or put him in his place like I did.

Claims they’ll do anything for your pets, unless it’s an inconvenience for them, took my older dog in for a groom but because they had to put more effort in they told me it’d be the last time they take her in

Kathryn and Madison in the grooming department are amazing! My dog had been abused at a daycare center (totally different company) late last year and when I brought him into Kathryn and Madison at petsmart they were unable to do his grooming due to his anxiety however they handled him very well and tried everything they could to keep him happy and calm. They were very helpful in finding ways to help him. I also took Hank here to do puppy training and it was super helpful!

Claims they can groom large dogs but only if its convenient for them. I was even told they had a large dog specialist. 30 minutes after leaving I was called saying they couldn't groom him and only washed him. He was returned damp.

The grooming area always looks spotless, and the pets being adopted are well cared for. Easily the best place in town for pet supplies and service!

I usually have a good experience here and spend a fair amount of money on supplies and food. I came in yesterday trying to buy 2 large dog food containers because I had an app coupon for buy one get one 50% off. The older lady cashier refused to honor my coupon and said the best should could do was 25% off even if I handed her the phone to show her the coupon. It wasn’t an online order specific one either. Needless to say I returned them and took my business elsewhere.

They were very helpful. I watched the employee helpful customers in front of me and she was so friendly, professional and efficient. I was impressed by this. When I went to the register to pay she greeted me kindly and helped me with all of my needs quickly. I'll will continue to use this Petsmart.

Terrible customer service. Picking out fish with my kids and employee is just watching us. As soon as the clock hits 8:45 pm she says “just so you know we stop selling fish at 8:45, so sorry”. Says she can’t help us because she has other stuff to do and wants to leave work asap.

They're usually pretty great and they have some great staff, I do feel like lately they've been pretty bad at restocking the live food on time, specifically the fruit flies. It would also be nice if they had a bigger variety of aquatic plants, but since they've been pretty good in the past I leave four stars :)

Usually I have no problems, but today I dealt with a pretty frustrating situation and the reason I was so frustrated was because of the employee who I spoke with both times on the phone. I got a call at around 8:30am about my order that was supposed to be a delivery order. The girl called to tell me it was ready for me to pickup. I explained to her that I had ordered it for delivery. She didn’t try to help me figure it out, just kept saying it was a pickup order. I didn’t have time to figure it out with her at that moment so I said I would look into it and call back. I check again and again I can see it’s a delivery. So I call back to confirm and see if there was a mixup. Again same girl answers, repeats the same process and is acting annoyed with me. She has now told me that it’s a pickup 5 times in a row. I ask if there is someone I can specifically speak with about it because I have added a tip and it shows it will be delivered with DoorDash because of their partnership with them, and then she miraculously found out that it actually was a delivery order. I was so frustrated with the fact she told me I was wrong and that it was a pickup 5 times before she realized it actually was a delivery order. I had to be incredibly persistent with her and not once did she try to figure it out until I said I wanted to talk to someone else.

I usually have a pretty good experience with most PetSmart locations. Still, today I was dealing with an emergency pet situation, and my vet directed me to Pet Smart to ask about getting a prescription food and if/how they work a situation like that. I called to inquire and got placed on hold for an associate, where I kept hearing the tag line " Pet Smart, where we'll do anything for your pet," except being able to answer the phone. I've tried several times over the past hour with no luck getting an associate to answer my call so I could ask my question. Crossing my fingers, I hope to have better luck with Cal Ranch or some other location.
