I love car washes, they are very calming and exciting to see each different one. This car wash was a yes for me, it had a equality soap aka colourful soap. It first started off rinsing the car with water, then white soap, then went over top with a beautiful rainbow of soap which is obviously a yes for me. I love fun colours and especially in car washes. Moving on. The reason I didn’t make this a 5 star is because at the end of this great car wash it didn’t have the best drying cycle. Left our car wet in not even a lot but most spots, and left the front and back area dripping with water. Other than this specific issue which isn’t a necessity to be fixed but it should (if you want the extra star) I would say this car wash is a yes for me!

If I could give this company a MINUS ZERO...I would! Absolutely disgusting behaviour! I selected REGULAR gas at 1.43L (which is high enough)...my mistake for not noticing that it actually gave me SUPREME gas at 1.78L. I go in and ask what they will do to fix this solution and she has NO answers! Let me call my mgr she says and proceeds to speak in their language. Gets off the phone and tells me she will give me $2 for the trouble. TWO DOLLARS! Then hesitated giving it to me as I told her I was calling head office. This is the SECOND time I have heard of this happening here but I hadnt experienced it myself. Watch your pump and for me, this station will never see another dollar of mine. I sincerely hope head office cares more than this woman did. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I AM PISSED! I will tell everyone that listens to not get gas here!

Need more Petro car washes around. The line is consistently ridiculous. Right underbody sprayer doesn't work (important especially in the winter), and it's extremely disappointing after you wait over a half hour and pay more over $15.

Worst Car Wash station I have ever experienced. Wash Bay is always full with long wait period if not then it’s out of order. while tapping seasonal pass, I had two time same message that “bay is under maintenance”, after waiting 45 minutes to get my turn. City doesn’t have second corporate petro.

Staff is pretty rude but hey, they work at a gas station. So did I, but at least I tried to have some kindness. However!!!! The car wash is good, but the wait is a killer!! I know touchless takes longer, 4-6 minutes a car, which is the sacrifice you’ll have to take not wanting the soft brushes on your paint but blahhhh! You could be sitting here for 30-60 minutes at times! They really need the owners to invest (1-1.5 million that is) on another one in town or even in the region. This is the only touchless one that belongs to Petro Canada. There’s another touchless but it’s at the Canadian Tire in St Catharines. But man!!! Business is good but painful if you’re the customer. If you check out the pictures. Red car at the end was at 11:02am. I left for a coffee came back 3 cars behind the red. In the second picture the red is now finally making it to the door to go in next, it’s 12:24pm. 1:22 min wait 🙂

went to gas station on Thursday afternoon had a bad experience. I wanted to fill air in my tire also wanted to vacuum my car. Their vacuum was not working properly also air pump was not functioning. also lost my $ 5.50 dollars and still i have to look other place to complete my work. please don't provide service if you can't deliver.

I went to a car wash 3 weeks ago with the same amount of dirt that I had today. I paid only 10$ and my car was clean. Now I was in a different area and tried this car wash. The picture of my car shows the "after". Of course it's cleaner than it was before, but it's definitely not clean. Can not recommend. :/

car wash is okay. The left dryer has been broken for a few months now, I've let two employees know and it still isn't fixed. Doesn't dry the car 100%. Also hour or more wait times to wash the car, they need another location. otherwise when its working properly its a good wash.

I did car wash over McLeod Petro Canada station in Niagara Falls , experience was horrible, arrived at Car Wash around 12:25 am , scan my season pass screen showing due to maintenance issue cannot complete the Car Wash, so speak to the gas station worker, he come out to check then saying no problems just go in to wash your car, so I listen and Drive in wash ,totally messed my car all over the soap to come out, I try to show the gas station worker how much soap all over on the car , but he is disappeared for some reason, I think that’s totally unacceptable, I can’t park the car in the garage because the soap and mess , also spending one hour time because that, he shouldn’t direct me to wash the car when is not safe, very upset and disappointed for such a big company doing like that! I usually go to this station because I get the lowest price at the end of the day. However, almost all the time the machines don’t dispense the receipt and you have to go inside to get one. It just defeats the purpose of being self serve.

I went to wash my car at this location, waited for almost 30 minutes to get in the car wash. I opened the app and put the code and it didn't open the door automatically as always, instead gave me a bar code to scan and didn't work, for any reason, I asked for hel in the intercom and a guy came and asked for the 0hysical car, which I don't have anymore since its always done through the app, and because of that he just opened the door to get through without washing my car. Very bad experience and what is the point of having an app. Very dissapointed.

We had an experience on Dec 14 on 10:42 pm My husband tapped $50 at gas station and it shows no service so he went inside and there is a punjabi guy who is very rude and careless. He didnt even answer the question but asked my husband are you drunk is the behaviour a staff respond?? Also other guy defended him saying he is stressed so what?? we just there to fill gas not to deal with this kind of craps. He can just check is the payment go through or not thats it.Veryyy disappointing

Dec 03, 2025 at 9:00pm,I had a disappointing experience at this location. I went inside to pay for gas, but the cashier didn’t properly set up the transaction. When I got confused, he said something in another language and started laughing together with another man who didn’t seem to be an employee. They were both looking at me while laughing, which was very disrespectful. Even another customer noticed the behavior. This is not acceptable customer service. I hope management addresses this.

Terrible experience. I went to fill up the air in my tires and the timer ran out before I could get to the last one. I went to the service desk to explain the situation, and the only “solution” they offered was for me to pay for another five minutes. Really? How do you expect customers to fill all four tires in five minutes, in the dark, when you can barely see the gauge? It’s ridiculous and extremely frustrating. I’ve been getting my gas here for years, but after this level of customer service, I’ll be going to Costco from now on.

Their car wash used to be best in the city. But their machinery is now set to use less detergent and car remains dirty, drying is no longer good, prices went significantly up (from $55 to 70 for a card with 5 washes), bonus washes are no longer available (they used to give one or sometimes even two free washes when you buy and register a card with 5 washes). And in addition to all that, even if you get there after midnight, there is usually a lineup of people, so you are lucky if you spend only half hour in line... After doing hundreds of washes there, I'm looking for another place.
