Just applied for the basic membership and went to my first run. Very good to keep your car clean daily. Enough to get the bugs off after doing all the highway driving and with a monthly rate for unlimited washes compared to other washes I went to is pretty good. Sent an email on how the process works if I were to upgrade now and wondering how many times you can go daily. It looked like on the site that you can only go once daily which is fine.

Went to Valet Car Wash to on their opening week. I cannot say enough stuff about this place. I received the best customer service from Ekas while inquiring about a membership. He was incredibly nice and professional and helped me choose the right membership. I'm so excited to wash my car now because all I have to do is drive through. It's quick, efficient and effortless. I've always enjoyed this car wash. Close to home, love the membership, never much of a line-up and I appreciate the vacuum station!! But today... the guys went above and beyond 🤗 I pulled into the wash bay and the gentleman stopped me....he noticed my mud covered front end. I had got stck in the mud at the golf course. He and an associate hosed down my front tires, wheel well, fenders and hood. Thank you so very much! This is another reason I love this place. Sharron 🩵

Friendly staff and a nice clean property. Vacuum station is easy access. You can be in and out in minutes for a quick clean-up. Car wash is quick, but thorough. Great results every time. The wash pass is well worth the price if you're a weekly car wash user. Saved me a bundle already.

Not the best wash I've gotten especially since I paid for the top wash, $30 plus tax. Was told it would definitely clean the running boards completely and it didn't, as well as the entire tailgate was barely touched and lots of missed spots along the sides. Definitely not worth 30 bucks

I didn't realize this place was open. Saw the sign as I was driving by Montrose Rd. I was surprised to see free vacuum service. It has I don't know how many vacuum stations, but a lot. You don't have to wait, and each station offers vacuums for both sides of the vehicle with places to hang your floor mats for easy cleaning without having to bend. This was super convenient and will be my new go-to place for cleaning my car.

Poor Service – Damaged My Vehicle I recently visited this car wash with my Range Rover, and unfortunately, it ended in a very disappointing experience. The wash process caused visible damage to my vehicle’s exterior. I take great care of my car and was shocked to see scratches and marks that were not there before. First they tried to fix that and when they could not , they said it was pre damaged and now it’s worse after the wash so we can’t do anything. Anyone can see in the last picture which is took from their camera recording that it was good before the wash. I do not recommend this place if you care about your car.Specially for luxury ones. Which customer care shall i contact???

Today the pay screen was acting up while I was trying to pay and the attendant came out and just sent me through the wash no charge while he fixed the screen. I didn't demand for 5 washes, please check your records if i have used more than 2 washes a day till date! Please do not mislead your members again like your advertised claim of 'unlimited washes!' 😞 Reason for giving ONE 💥 is because of ( COBBY/CALAB ) I recently bought a brand new car and got membership for my car was and after couple wash i noticed getting SCRATCHES on my brand new car which is annoying.I like to keep my vehicles neat and clean as we buy them with our hard earned money.I went to the manager (Monika) Which I found her really helpful as she set appointment for me with one of their location nearby to get the scratches remover/taken care off.But the guy working on that location (COBBY/CALAB) was unprofessional and was arguing and trying to ignore the issue.Just wanted to get rid of me.When I was trying to explain him about the scratches he simply kept on saying it's not our fault and kept on repeating same thing not at all ready to listen to customer INSTEAD WAS TEACHING ME that this is due to small stone particles.I,ve attached the image with the clear scratches on it which anyone can say it's causing of wash.Whenever I was trying to explain him about it he was cutting me out which un respectful this is unprofessional behaviour talking over customer.Iam driving more than 26 years and know how stone particles scratches looks like.He said me I am well experienced hold more than 6years of experience in this field.Can you tell me guys is this good behaviour/acceptable?HOPE THE OWNER TAKES STRICT ACTION ON THIS.I DINT COMPLAINED for my previous car which part was broken due to wash as it was pre-owned but still it has no scratches.I would really appreciate if my concern is addressed and taken care off.As COBBY/CALAB just done polishing on my car trying to hide the scratch.But the professional should know scratches can't be hidden by polishing..Hope management helps me get it fixed completely
