Love coming to this store for both grooming for my dogs & supplies for all species of pet. Crystal does a phenomenal job when my dogs come in for simple nail trims and ear cleaning. Especially because of how overly dramatic and vocal my husky mix is. She is so patient and skilled at working with even the craziest of dogs. She deserves all of the tips, bonuses, and raises. I cannot recommend her enough.

Will only being going to Amy for grooming for now on. I have had some bad experiences and frustration grooming experiences with my husky mix especially concerning her nails, she wiggles a lot. With winter being her, I needed to get her undercoat loosened and her nails trimmed. I came into the salon and was greeted even though she was on the phone and was told she would be with me in a moment. After check in, she asked me if I had anything specific I wanted done, I explain as I have so many times before that my dog is very wiggly about her nails and I couldn't care less if the back ones got done as long as the front ones did. Amy acknowledged that and stated she always tries to start with the front anyways and will make sure she does. She then came around the counter and got down on the floor to feel my dog's coat and get acquainted. I really appreciated this as my dog is friendly but new environments like grooming salons can make her nervous. My dog happily went back with Amy which was a shock for me as every other salon I have had to walk back with her because she will refuse to move anywhere without me. At pick up only two hours later, Amy walked me through my dog's report card and let me know how she did. She did explain it took two people to do her nails so it would be best to book appointments in the morning during the week to make sure there was the staff there to do her nails which I appreciated the heads up. My dog's coat and nails looked nice and she didn't seem as nervous or anxious as she normally did after grooming appointments. I will definitely be returning.

They need a bell at the register, or a self checkout. I appreciate the employees multi-tasking, but I always do a search for someone to ring me up.

Worst experience ever. First i couldn't find someone to help me and when i finally did she had no intentions of helping me. Told me to go over somewhere and walked away. I ended ip getting the wrong item i wanted.

Should say there was a dead fish several and tons of fish sick and snails were dead, and there were two frogs and one of them did not look very And most of the fish tanks were dirty and a lot of the cages were dirty

Save your time and go to petsmart this store has cockroaches and dead animals on the floor. The hamster cages were covered in piss and poop. Very sad. This place should NOT be allowed to have animals. But then again this is Sioux City so can’t expect too much!

So disappointed in the employees. A grooming employee was standing outside smoking. As I approached, she blew smoke in my direction, then went to her car. When I went inside the cashier walked away, I waited at the register for several minutes. I found her in the office. She was the only employee on the floor. I know finding good employees can be challenging, but this is crazy!

I go here to buy live crickets for my grandson's tree frogs. I love the staff here, but there is never enough staff to accommodate the customers very well. There is a lot of wait time. Be patient when there.

Truckers: tight area to get to for unload. Enter from Bomgaars gate and go back around to pet co. Be advised gate is locked after 5:30pm and you can’t get through to pet co after that. Receiving and management are super nice and professional and will take you early if store not busy. Like I said, tight area to park and unload from. They don’t have an official dock but have a dock machine for pallet jacks.

Yesterday my neighbors lost their home we were able to get their dogs out and luckily the boys will get released from the vet today. Our community has came together but I wanted to make sure that the boys had food I called petco just to see If they could donate a bag of food the young lady Saif let me call you back within a couple hours she called and said I got the green light we have a bag of food upfront for pick up. Another amazing neighbor was in sioux city so she did the pick up she let me know that not only did they give food but staff members spent their own money to buy toys and treats. So from the bottom of my heart thank you for helping care about out 4 legged family members. It's amazing to see there are still people who care.

We had a reward on the bottom of our receipt for $ 10 off. It stated for use between 12-26-25 and 01-11-26. We attempted to use it on 01-11-26. The clerk stated it was expired !! We pointed out the dates and she said you could only use it BETWEEN the stated dates and not ON the date stated. We were not aware. Hope everyone out there is aware of this policy.

Waited for 40 minutes to get 3 German blue rams. Then had to convince her I had the right tank setup to get her to sell me the fish I wanted for my aquarium. Seems like they spend more time detouring my business then selling me what I have came there for weeks waiting for. I really am not a novice to the fish scene and really makes me want to spend my money at PetSmart

Asked for 1/2” length and I receive a shaved summer cut and he looks like a rat now!!! Worst grooming job I’ve seen and all THEY HAD TO DO WAS WASH AND CONDITION HIM THEN BRUSH HIM OUT AND THEN CUT HIM BUT THEY GOT IT ALLLLLL WRONG THANKS WILL NEVER RETURN IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A GOOD DOODLE GROOMER HMU!!!
