★☆☆☆☆ Customer Service is joke… avoid at all costs. I have been a long time customer. I pay for the full synthetic service which is their top oil change. I spend over a hundred dollars every time I walk in the door. I bought an air filter with the intent of installing it myself. It’s been pretty busy so I didn’t get it done. This place is going to check the air filter anyways as part of full service. So I ask them to quick swap it out and they said it will be $10 shop charge. Well guess if I wasn’t headed out of town and needing the oil change I would have just left the place. So needless to say this will be my last time here. From now on I will schedule with my regular mechanic because at least I know they value customer service. If I was anyone else I would go elsewhere. You can can do better than this place

★★★★★ These guys ALWAYS treat me right! Great bunch of folks! Quick, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly! Kirby was a sweet, stand-up young man! Very pleasant experience. The car wash was also nice and did a great job on my old Honda even with just the standard wash. I'll be back.

★☆☆☆☆ WARNING: NOT WORTH ADDITIONAL COST!!! I was late on my oil change & this place is right around the corner from me. Figured I’d give them a shot. They were nice enough, definitely upsold me, but I was sort of planning on that. I’ve been having to add oil since having them change my oil, but they told me my engine seemed to be over consuming (hence the upsell ‘cleaning’ so consumption could hopefully lessen). I brought my car to my normal mechanic today bc I finally had time in my schedule & was sick of consistently adding oil. Performance Plus is ‘so quick’ they completely stripped my oil pan bolt so it can’t tighten and has a constant leak. I’m now facing a super expensive bill right before the holidays because I trusted this place to do a decent job. I will never return to another Performance Plus location… you save $$ on the front, just to get royally screwed after the fact. Hopefully this review will help someone else make a better decision and avoid this place.
