Brought my car in for a bumper scratch when a friend backed into my car. They were able to take it in and repair it like brand new the next day in a few hours. Amazing work, would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again no hesitation

Good luck if you choose this company for towing. Especially if it's a drop-off towing. The people are nice but the work was not done properly. They did explain to me why the miles was charged for round-trip. (26 miles for actual towing distance, got charged for 277 included 108 for tow and 52 miles towing mileage) Mass Law do support this part. When I made the first call, I described two front wheels got bent, but turns out only one is their responsibility. (The other one was because of pothole) However, after I checked all the pictures I took I admitted my mistake. But they just constantly said I washed my claim and they are not going to pay anything. I understood that I was wrong at first, but they didn't respect the truth that one rim's damage was related to that towing. If you have to choose this company, make sure take pictures before & after the tow. Be beware of the way when they apply the metal plate & straps to the rims. It's not worth for me to find an attorney to sue them for that 300 dollars repair. But when you can not be understood by the people who damaged your belonging or even receive a 'SORRY' from their mouth, it just made u a bad day. I know they have worked in this area for a long time with relatively good reviews, but just remember its always a good idea to protect yourself when you can.

Detail-oriented, kind service, and reasonable prices! I LOVE bringing my car here for oil changes and repairs. The staff is so kind to me, and they are able to point out if any concerns I bring up are ACTUAL problems or just things to keep an eye on while using my car. They are SUPER busy because people love them, and I usually wait for my oil change because I only have one car for our household. They are able to get it to me and keep me updated. They also have done things like change my headlights and glue back my antenna cover for reasonable prices. I appreciate how much they care about my car and me. My mom has also brought the car for oil changes, and we feel part of their auto family. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your customer base! We are from out of state, and this is our go-to place for ANYTHING car-related. Thank you so much Perfection Auto!

Mike Penta, the owner of Perfection Auto Body, is the best auto body service in the state of Massachusetts. He always takes care of his customers cars and takes care of anyone. I first met him 15 years ago, when I was a poor student who got hit-and-run damage. He was able to patch up my car for 1/2 of what other shops were offering because he understood my situation. I really appreciate that. Now I bring in all my cars and my friends' cars too. He'll come out personally and do the work himself. It's the little touches, like buffing our yellowed headlights for free, or adding touch-up paint to the cars. His entire team is incredibly nice as well.

Had a vehicle towed over to our shop from one of the tow truck drivers which seemed to be his first day. Completely blocked the front door to the business with maybe 30 other spots to place the customers vehicle. Would recommend implementing more training.

My parked car was hit, and no information was left for me. I contacted Matt, who advised me to come into the shop. Both Matt and his father, Mike, were incredibly helpful in guiding me through what to do after a hit-and-run. They were extremely kind, caring, and never made me feel lost or overwhelmed by the process, despite my lack of knowledge about cars. Once all the insurance matters were taken care of, I dropped my car off on a snowy Monday morning, and just 10 days later it was ready to be picked up. This was the fastest I’ve ever had work done on my car, and it came out absolutely amazing. Most people don’t give 5 stars after being towed, but I was in a pickle. I stupidly ran out of gas on the Mass Pike in a bad spot and the gentleman that towed me off was just that - a gentleman. He made me feel extremely comfortable and calm in a stressful situation. He made sure I was safe and provided solutions for multiple ways that I could get home. In no way did I feel judged for my mistake. This was the ultimate outcome I could have hoped for and happy to have made the gentleman’s acquaintance. Thank you again, the girl with the RAV4.

My family and I broke down on the turnpike. I called and Mike the owner answered. He was very friendly and understanding that I had someone coming to get us and couldn't wait for the tow truck as they were tied up with an accident. Mike took my fiances triple a card number and we found out it was expired. I told him I could give him my credit card. He said he wasn't worried and we could settle up when I picked up the car. He offered to let me install the alternator there and didn't try to push any services on me as I'm pretty sure they are a mechanic shop as well. This morning I drove out with my truck and trailer and grabbed the car. They had it in the shop most likely because it was dead and probably wouldn't lock. I was impressed and thought to myself this guy cares about his customers. The customer service inside the office was as good as it gets as well, the lady at the desk gave me paperwork so we could get reimbursed by aaa as I didn't have the new card on me. I'd highly recommend Mike and his team. Thank you for getting our explorer off the turnpike.
